An unforgettable experience

My mom used to say that I was born to swim. But the truth is that I didn t know how to swim until the last year of my primary school!

Mom always said that I could swim in the basin when I was only two months old. I was surprised at the amazing fact. If this was true, then why was I afraid of water? I went to swim every summer, but I didn t make a little progress. I was worried and blamed myself several times. When I watched people swimming freely, how I wished I had learnt to swim!

The story of how I learnt to swim is dramatic. One hot summer afternoon, my father and I went to the swimming pool to swim. While my father was changing his clothes, I was roaming along the bank of the pool. Suddenly I heard a voice, Look out! and then came a big noise and beautiful splashes. Just when I was admiring the swimmer s skills, I slipped into the pool! I was so afraid that I shouted at once! But the water kept coming towards me and I drank a lot of it. On Sunday morning, my parents took me to the zoo. We dint go there for a long time.

Last week, my classmates told me that the zoo added some funny entertainment facilities. I was very curious. So, I asked my parents to took me there and they promised to. We got there at 9 oclock. There were many people. Most of them were parents and children.

我理想中的老师不仅要幽默风趣，而且要通情达理，善待学生。

有时在放学的路上，听到别班的同学在赞叹：“我们的班主任语文王老师呀，堪称世界上最好的老师!前几天去电脑教室的途中，几个同学随便讲话，恰好被过路的校长看到了，因此，我们班失去了宝贵的流动红旗。出乎意料的，王老师并没有去怪罪，去责备，去训斥那些同学，而心平气和地用善意的话语去提醒那些同学不要在行进的过程中讲话，要注意集体荣誉感。经过老师的循循善诱，那些同学恍然大悟，这几天表现可好了!”听到这儿，我不禁在心中为这个老师竖起了大拇指。啊，只有通情达理的老师才会用这种正面的方法教育学生，使学生心悦诚服地改正错误。

写到这儿，我不禁想起了一个周末读到的故事——《秘密》。写了一个学生，家徒四壁，连作业本都没钱买，就乞求老师用铅笔看作业，这样用完了之后擦净就还可以再用。老师答应了，并照着做了。后来，在这个学生生日时送了100本作业本给他!学生长大后成了大公司的CEO，对老师当年的关照念念不忘。文中写的这位可亲可敬的老师没有对学生的恳求嗤之以鼻，而爽快地答应了。这什么?这就通情达理，善解人意!就因为这位老师有一颗善良的、同情弱者的心，他才能同意这个穷孩子的请求，给予他特殊的照顾!
