As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi. My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldnt buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didnt make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. How tired am I! I went back from chongqing three hours ago. In the city I nearly lost the way. Thanks for the hot heart man and woman. They help us to find the way. Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it. This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam. World Environment Day is started from 1972, which is established by the United Nations General Assembly for raising global awareness to take actions to protect the Nature. The establishment of World Environment Day shows people’s the cognition and the attitude to the environmental problem, and expresses our human beings’ desire of pursuing the better environment. Every year the United Nations Environment Program proposes a theme, and the 2014 theme of this day will focus on ‘Small Island and Climate change’ and the slogan is “Raise Your Voice Not the Sea Level”.

世界环境日，起始于1972年，它是联合国为了提高全球的环保意识而创建的。环境日的创立展现了人们对环境问题的认识和态度，表达了人们对美好环境的追求渴望。每一年联合国环境规划署都会提出一个环境日主题，而的主题主要着重于小岛屿与气候变化，今年的口号是“提高你的呼声，而不是海平面”。

World Environment Day can be celebrated in lots of ways, for instances, planting trees, doing some recycling, participating the clean-up campaigns and so on. Certainly people can also do something simple, like going to work by bus instead of private cars. I believe if everyone takes environmental actions as a habit, we are doing a big difference for the better environment.庆祝世界环境日的方式多种多样，例如植树，对废物进行循环利用，参加清洁行动等等。
