这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。

十月一日是举国欢庆的节日，这天早晨五点钟，我们全家就起床了，简单洗漱完毕，我们就坐上了大巴车向着目的地出发。窗外正飘着蒙蒙细雨，我们一路谈笑风生。经过几个小时的车程，我们先来到了游览的第一站——苏州园林。这里的景色很美，庭院里到处都散发出迷人的桂花香，古色古香的建筑群，令人目不暇接的园林设施，不禁让我流连忘返。

傍晚，告别苏州园林，我们又驱车前往上海外滩，一到外滩，首先映入眼帘的是灯火辉煌的外滩夜景，江中的游轮来回穿梭着，为江面增添了一道美丽的景致。

第二天一大早，我们又乘车来到了世界瞩目的上海世博会展览馆，尽管世博会已闭幕，但来这里参观游览的游客却依然数不胜数，在人头攒动的队伍中依次进入园区，首先来到了我最喜欢的红色中国馆，眼前高大的古典建筑，充分展现了我国劳动人民的勤劳与智慧，中国五千年文化却在这里得到体现。闻名中外的《清明上河图》中栩栩如生的人物形象，更是让我叹为观止，错落有致的古建筑，深深地震撼了我。走进绿色环保大厅里，百花齐放，仿佛又将中国推向世界环保大国的前列。我为我伟大的祖国深感自豪。

下午，我们乘车踏上了归途，这次旅行中所看到的美丽景致在我脑海中不断浮现，我的心情久久不能平静，这次国庆之旅真令人难忘啊！

主持人才刚把小青年送下台，就立刻对我们说：观众们!高潮即将到来啦!随着美妙的音乐，一位四十多岁的叔叔也上台了，可是他这一次表演的不是踩钢刀，而是表演的另一番绝技。只见工作人员把一堆碎玻璃放在了被子上，那位叔叔不管三七二十一便踩了上去，还仿佛跟碎玻璃有仇似地，竟自己踢了起来，一块块碎玻璃掉到了台下，我咽了一口唾沫，心里想：这不是自寻死路吗!玻璃肯定会扎破脚的!又慢慢地往后倒退了几步，当场的工作人员便让我们不要靠的太近。

终极挑战开始了，这位叔叔必须站在凳子上纵身一跳跳下去，可是叔叔还是从容面对了，面对着大家的恐惧，他纵身一跳跳了下来，教训起那些碎玻璃起来，但在最后，那位叔叔还是被碎玻璃划破了脚，看到这种情形，我不禁感叹：这是传说中的铁布衫吧!这一次的精彩表演，再一次获得了观众的喝彩。

构思、准备不充分，匆忙下笔。任何一篇作文出题都是有它独特的道理的，所以提前审题和构思就显得必不可少了。文新学堂教学专家提醒，很多学生目 前存在一个情况，想到哪写到哪，这也造成了作文杂乱无章，毫无条理，同时容易出现写错单词和用错句型的情况。针对这种情况可以从以下几个方面予以解 决：

1、认真审题，审题的重点放在写作体裁、格式、字数方面，确保第一遍审题就能保证得到基本分。

2、确定文体和时态，因为不同的文体要求的写作格式也是 不同的

3、列提纲，打草稿，然后修改。这样可以保证错误降低至最少或者没有错误，同时也能保持卷面整洁。

中心重点不突出，切题不准确。英语写作不是语文散文(形散神不散)，写英语作文，尤其是在中考大压力下短时内写出高分作文一定要注意这一点。造 成这种情况的主要原因是动笔前并没有认真审题和思考，对出题者希望得到的预期尚未揣摩透彻，这也就造成了一些同学虽然语言功底非常不错，但是最终的结果还 是没有拿到一个自己预期的心理分数，最大的问题就出在切题不准确或者不够突出中心上了。

After school yesterday afternoon, my brother and mother, with the speed of Shenzhou VI went straight to Changan by bus to go to the Sanshui station.

Today, my uncle and aunt took Hao with us to play in the Sanshui square.

Hao is saying to his uncle, "Dad, lets go to the game city on the third floor and play games, OK?" The uncle shook his head and said, "no, I cant do it."
