Recently,people come to realize how much grain we wasted every year. And everyone is called on to join a program,called "GuangpanXingdong",which requires people to eat up all our food.

As for me,i think its a extremely good idea to follow.And there are lots of things we can do to contribute our efforts to it.For example,when we go out for dinner,we can just order as much food as we can eat to make sure little will be wasted.Of course if we really cant eat up our food,its also ok to take it home,so we can eat it later.Besides,once we have a chance to have meals with other people,who dont realize the importance,we can explain what the program is for and persuade them from wasting food.

Some may question whether the campaign have any effect,but,i think ,one thing we should keep in mind is that no matter what a small effort we make,it do make a difference.

Most Chinese students have difficulties in learning English. The difficulties vary so much from person to person that it is difficult to cite here in a few words. Some may have problems in reading. Others may have trouble in writing. I also had problems in English learning, but my difficulty seemed to lie in listening. For example, when tested for listening comprehension, I couldnt understand a single sentence, let alone a passage of medium level.

In order to overcome the difficulty in my English learning, I made great efforts to find the key to the problem. I consulted my teacher and found out that I merely didnt have enough time to practice listening. So I bought a tape recorder and listened to it at least two hours a day. 半夜里，一条饿狼潜入阿布家的院子，绿着眼睛绕着羊圈转了很多圈，口水直流；羊群受到了惊吓，在羊圈里横冲直撞。可怕的事情发生了，常年失修的羊圈被一头强壮的公羊猛烈地撞了一下，两根篱笆桩松动脱落了下来，羊圈上出现了一个大洞！狼发现羊圈破了，立刻钻了进去……

第二天早上，阿布高高兴兴地来到羊圈，准备带羊群出去吃点新鲜的草。还没到羊圈，阿布就看到了地上的斑斑血迹，他心里一紧，不由加快了步子。“呀！”阿布惊叫起来，他看到了羊圈上的大窟窿，还有地上散乱的羊毛、点点的血迹和一些凌乱的狼的脚印。“不好，狼来偷羊了！”阿布立刻明白发生了什么事，他赶紧数了数羊的数量：“一、二、三……十二、十三！少了两只羊！”

阿布立刻哭了起来，他一共只有15只羊啊，这就是爸爸妈妈留给他的唯一的遗产！不知所措的阿布坐在羊圈旁呜呜地哭着，哭声传到了邻居王爷爷的耳朵里。王爷爷赶来一看，立刻安慰阿布说：“孩子，别难过了，羊已经丢了，还就是赶紧想想怎么样才能保住剩下的羊吧！”阿布抽泣着说：“我该怎么办呢？”王爷爷查看了一下羊圈，告诉阿布说：“别急，这羊圈总体来说还就是挺牢的，只要把这掉下的几根重新补上就好了。走，孩子，跟爷爷回家拿工具区。”阿布听话地点点头，擦干眼泪跟王爷爷走了。

阿布拿来了锤子和钉子，叮叮当当地补起了羊圈。每订好一根还用手摇一摇，看看就是不就是牢了。很快，羊圈补好了，细心的阿布还把其他的篱笆桩都修整了一下。满头大汗的阿布靠在羊圈边上休息，羊群发出了咩咩的叫声，好像在说：“谢谢主人，我们以后更安全啦！”阿布回头看看可爱的羊儿，又露出了笑容。

This years summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

今年的暑假是最愉快的。我花了十五天帮助我的爷爷奶奶做农活在农村，在那里我看到了山区域覆盖绿色植物。有时我去游泳的河以西的村庄，水是很清楚的。

I kept a diary every day. Besides doing farm work， I help the children in the neighborhood with their lessons. All of them showed interest in English. They could read write wellthey could hardly understand simple English. So every day in the morning I spent about two hours helping them improve their listening spoken English. They all made great progress. Their parents all thought highly of me. I now realize that knowledge is very needed in the countryside.

我每天写日记。除了做农活，我帮助邻居家的孩子做功课。他们都对英语的兴趣。他们能读书写字wellthey几乎听不懂简单的英文。所以每天早上我花了约两个小时帮助他们提高他们的听力口语英语。他们都取得了很大的进步。他们的父母都以为我。我现在意识到，知识是非常需要在乡下。
