我原来体质很差，所以体育一直不好，但没想到我只是在家练了几个星期，跑步和跳绳就有了很大提高，而且还在三跳运动会上和李丹婷取得了双人女子单摇第一名的好成绩。经过这一次运动会后，我对体育方面有重新有了自信心。

最近要开运动会了，老师在选跑步的运动员，让我们跑八百米。可我才跑了四百米就不行了，其他很多同学都跑完了。所以我以后还要继续努力，好好锻炼身体。
