的确，我学习不好。这是一个事实。但又能怎样呢？难道像时间老人一样会返回吗？返回到小学一样？返回到身体好的时候？这是一种幻想，纯粹的幻想。我们不应该去逃避责任，而是去勇敢的面对事实，消去自己的伤心。

“小红，又考了这么一点分。”他们用轻视的眼光看着我。那时，我的心情真的很不爽，就如辣椒、酸奶、苦瓜同时吃下去的滋味。我难道没有努力过吗？我同样是一名学生，刻苦努力学习。同学们只要稍微一努力，就能进步一大节。而我呢？到头来，却原地不动。还给我的却是一种嘲笑，无知的嘲笑。假如你是我，去感受一下，你们也感受不了这种滋味，这种痛苦的滋味。因为你们没有亲身体验过。然后不管别人的感受如何，就刺进别人的心灵，使别人有了一个阴影。时间长了，越刺越深，阴影也越大。

每当雨过天晴，一股清新扑面而来时，就会想起不愉快的事，一直在脑海里回荡。想着，想着从现在想到未来。我未来一事无成，什么都做不成。想着现在都承受不住不愉快的事，那未来呢？我不敢想象，我真的不敢想象。我脑海里一团糟，心很急，不知所措。

“不行，我不能再想下去了。再想下去的话，只会无药可救。我必须宽容自己，理解自己。不要再在乎别人的看法，不要在乎一点小事。我必须当做耳边风。他说他的话，我做我的事，是不干扰。别在乎，别在乎。”我一直在安慰自己。

我还是有点想不通。我还得安慰我自己：“我可以从另一个角度来想啊，他们也是为我好。如果不在乎我，才不会说这句话呢，懒得理你，就像空气一般不存在。就是因为关心我，在意我，才会看看我的分数，也是为我好，也希望我进步。如果同学真的不理我，我又觉很孤独。所以啊，我不觉得很幸福吗？我很幸福，我得知足吧。”我一想，心情一下子舒畅好多了，一切烦恼都消失了。

从那天起，只要我伤心时，就会安慰我自己，不要伤心。

读了上面的句子，你知道我为什么会这样吗？并不是因为我家没有饭吃，而是因为我挑食。

我在家里是独生女，父母亲十分疼爱我，对我百依百顺，因此，我养成了“衣来伸手，饭来张口”的习惯，而且经常不吃这不吃那，弄得父母天天为我的饭菜操心，不然我就不吃饭，有时稍微有什么小事不顺心，我就会生气，耍点小性子。

记得有一次，在英语村午睡起来，我们要吃水果了，因为水果放在冰箱时很冷，老师为我们切西瓜，大家都想吃中间的多水份的西瓜，谁也不肯吃边上的，我因为没抢到中间的西瓜，便头一甩，咚咚咚地背起书包，向楼下走去，还生所地说：“我不吃了”老师听了，连忙拿了块大西瓜一直追到楼下，我根本理都不理，也不接，现在想想，我这样做多么不对啊！这就是我任性的性格在作怪。过后，我心里十分惭愧，后悔当初不该这样做。

我虽然性格上有不是之处，但是优点也不少，老师经常表扬我热情、善解人意。有一次，英语村二年级危哲良同学的圆珠笔不见了，而三年级的方荔涵同学又有一支跟哲良一样的圆珠笔，哲良硬说是自己的笔，于是，我仔细观察了荔涵的那支笔，才发现：荔涵的笔不能伸缩，而哲良的笔可以伸缩，这一点足可以证明荔涵没有拿哲良的笔。

于是，我像个热心的大姐姐，来到哲良的身边，亲切地对他说：我刚才认真检查了荔涵的圆珠笔，她的笔确实不你的，因为她的笔不象你的能伸缩，一定还会错的。“哲良听了我的话，用他那天真可爱的大眼睛望着我，甜甜地笑了。

我决心要把自己任性的毛病改正过来，不让父母亲再为我操心，不再耍小性子，做一些自己力所能及的事。这就是我 ―― 一个普通的女孩。

Now i will introduce myself briefly.i am 26 years old,born in shandong province . (general introduction)

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003. during university, i spent most of my time on study so that i have passed cet4/6 . and acquired basic knowledge of my major.(education background)

In july 2003, i began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in qingdao.because im capable of more responsibilities, so i decided to change my job. and in august 2004,i left qingdao to beijing and worked for a foreign enterprise as an automation software test engineer.because i want to change my working environment, id like to find a job which is more challenging. moreover motorola is a global company, so i feel i can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. that is the reason why i come here to compete for this position. (research experience and academic activity)

I think im a good team player and im a person of great honesty to others. also i am able to work under great pressure.
