张老师是我的英语老师。她长得很漂亮。看！她有一张圆圆的脸，两只小小的黑眼睛，一个小鼻子，一张大嘴巴和两只小耳朵。

她的头发又短又黑。她经常穿一条浅蓝色的裙子。她看起来像一个仙女。

张老师对我很好，所以她是我的好朋友。我的英语学得不好，她经常帮我学习英语。她常对我说：“一切会好起来的！”现在我的英语成绩提高了。张老师很高兴。

张老师是我最敬爱的老师，因为她不仅教给我知识，而且也把我带入一片新天地。

所谓丰满的形象，就是能给读者留下鲜明鲜活、有血有肉、意蕴深厚、立体多面印象的形象。而要塑造丰满的形象，就要调动多种手法来刻画人物。比如，综合运用肖像、语言、行动、心理等描写手段；又比如在表现人物特点时，并不是概念化、脸谱化地光写其高、大、全或假、恶、丑，而是写出人物的丰富性和复杂性，写出生活中有血有肉的人。

几点素心，一身静气。她，是我的语文老师。

犹记初见，她朗朗笑侃自己的名字：林林。“父母也想了很久，到最后还是返璞归真。嗯，小时候还觉得挺可爱的，长大了就……”我们笑起来，她也笑起来，脸上竟有一丝孩童般的羞涩。我突然就对她有了好感，因为她是一位能和我们一起笑的老师。

渐渐熟悉之后，我更惊异于她的学富五车，沉迷于她的春风化雨。至今仍铭记的是她上《指南录后序>时介绍文天祥时的情景。或许是因为文天祥被夸得太多太滥，我对这位民族英雄似乎有种说不清的抵触情绪。而她，撷取历代史书中的段段简评，捕捉各朝诗歌中的点点掠影，一点一点地告诉我们何为民族英雄。最后，她说：“让我们一起朗读这几句《衣带赞》。”随即，她舒缓低沉又饱含深情的声音在教室中响起：“孔日成仁，孟日取义。唯其义尽，所以仁至。读圣贤书，所学何事？而今而后，庶几无愧。”在跟着她大声朗读这几句诗时，我突然眼角湿润，哽咽几不能语。就在我拼命想忍住眼泪时，又听见她用异常严肃的语调说道：“中华民族之所以能五千年来生生不息，一次又一次地抵御外敌，守住这片华夏大地，或许就是因为有像文天祥一样的人存在。他们是民族的根。而我说这些，是希望你们能够懂得我们民族的根之所在，在将来的某个时候真正为这个民族做些什么。”我抬头望向杏坛之上的她，她面容平静，眼神坚毅。我想，她最擅长于不动声色处，做最盛大的演出。

去她的办公室，常会撞见她捧着古代的文化典籍轻声诵读，侧影安静而平和。《人间随喜》的作者薛仁明曾这样描述过他高中时的国文老师：“他身上有着几千年来中国传统文化的厚实安稳。”而在我看来，她亦如是。子日：“君子比德于玉焉，温润而泽仁也。”而她，就是我在十六年的人生中所认识的最当得起“温润如玉”四字之人。

而现在，在选科分班时我毅然选择了政史地。这意味着我将迈上一条孤独而又艰险的道路，也意味着我即将离开她。正郁郁之际，她找到我，浅浅笑着，叮嘱我学政史地“野心”要大，去其他班也要好好努力。那一晚夜月高悬，繁星如霜，而她非师，只是友。她曾说她读《论语》时尤喜孔门师徒之间言谈清明，活泼不拘；她曾赞师生之间若是信任，嬉笑怒骂皆为教育。或许我与她尚未那么亲密，但她清浅的微笑抚平了我的不安，温柔的眼神给予了我无尽的力量。那一夜的月下絮语，我将织月色为帛，研时光为墨，挥毫成就一尺素宣，妥善收藏于心底的某个角落。

得师如此，夫复何求！她身上温润而平和的气质，是我毕生之所求。或者说，她是我的精神信仰，是我想要成为的人。而唯一的遗憾，是我无法完满地做她三年的学生。但何其有幸，我曾遇见她。

我亲爱的林林老师，这，是我用这一年时光写给你的情书。

[我的老师描写作文

步入初中，认识了许多同学和老师。我有很多个老师，每个老师各自的性格特点也不同，比如数学老师，喜欢执着;历史老师，和蔼可亲……

但是在这些老师中，我最喜欢英语老师。他有火一样蓬勃的头发，表示出他那活泼的性格;他有一张爱笑的脸，散露出他诙谐幽默的心态;深邃的眼睛略带蓝色，有一种不能不让人笑的感觉，整个描写出他活泼幽默的性格。

一次上课，英语老师一边上网查歌，一边叫我们读单词。过了一会儿，单词读完了歌也下完了。老师就打开歌词，打开千千静听放歌。老师说：“我们来唱首歌吧!叫Bingo!”说完，老师用手拿起指挥棒，走了下来，一边指挥着我们，一边唱歌。大家都非常感兴趣，尤其是唱到“B——i——n——g——o!”的时候，老师唱得非常大声，脸上洋溢着笑容，手摇来摇去，嘴巴成“O”形，身体倾斜着。我们看到这幅情景，笑得前仰后俯的。歌唱完了，老师不慌不忙地说：“现在我们来做一个小游戏吧!首先，先抄好25个单词，之后我再念单词，念到你写的那个单词你就画一下，当你连续画了五个并排单词时，你就喊‘Bingo’!有奖励加分的哦!懂不懂?”之后，我们兴致勃勃地抄好了单词，等待着老师来报。英语老师故意地清清嗓子，提醒我们快开始了，要做好准备。可是我们却被老师这个动作搞得哈哈大笑起来……

随着第一个单词的开始，大家都在认真地画单词。20秒钟过后，教室里突然响起一声“Bingo”，刚要下讲台的老师的脚步停在了半空中，眼睛瞪得大大的，吃惊地望着那位喊“Bingo”的同学，愣了几秒才说话：“哇，你也太幸运了吧，我才报了5个，你一下子就Bingo了，太牛了吧!加分!”之后一个个Bingo声响起了，可把英语老师围地团团转的。英语老师说：“怎么这么多呀!我都快忙不过来了!”“铃铃铃”下课了，我笑嘻嘻地对老师说：“老师，您这下可以轻松轻松了啊!”老师听了，哈哈地笑了。

哈哈，这就是我们幽默活泼的英语老师了，怎么样，羡慕不?

对我初中生涯影响很大的老师就是阎丽老师，她的姓很恐怖，她总是自称自己是阎罗王，要管住我们这群小鬼。

她是个很美的老师，有一种古典美女的气质。记得我刚进安外的时候，第一次离开家去外面读书，刚开学军训的时候，阎老师总是对我慈爱的微笑，她总是担心我们这群孩子军训累了，热了，时常跟着我们军训的列队，教官下命令休息时，我一个孤零零地坐在草地上，阎老师和教官聊天，然后我听到他们的交谈，阎老师对教官说我很像她之前认识的一个孩子，然后就朝我笑笑，当时心里说不出的暖，也许阎老师不曾记得，但我至今难忘。

因为我的小学不学英语，所以我的英语底子不好，进入安外有点跟不上，阎老师就放弃中午休息的时间给我补习，从最基础的教起，不耐烦的一遍又一遍，我清晰的记得当时办公室里就是我和阎老师，她就坐在我身边教我，当我一个知识点了解的时候，她就满足的笑笑，然后摸摸我的脑袋，那种近似母爱的感情让我至今心里充满温暖。

当然，阎老师凶的时候还真的很可怕（阎老师，得罪啦，呵呵）记得那时我和一个男生和另外两个一个女生负责早上扫楼梯，我和另外一个男生刘涛总是早早过来打扫，等到女生来的时候我们都已经打扫好了。我们心里很不平衡，所以，有一天早上我和刘涛都没扫，等女生扫，最后女生以为我们已经扫好了，也没有打扫。最后，阎老师发现楼梯很脏，就让我们值日生出去扫地，两个女生和刘涛都出去扫地了，就是我坐在座位上读书，因为我平时做的最多，心里很不平衡，所以有点火大就没去。阎老师最后知道我也是当天的值日生而没有出去一起扫地，就很气愤的直接在班里很多人面前发我的火，还把我叫到她办公室谈话，她很凶地问我为什么不和他们一起扫地，我心里很委屈，就说之前几乎都是我一个在扫地，两个女生几乎都没扫过，我的心里不平衡就没出去扫地。说话的时候，眼泪都是含着的，因为确实觉得很委屈。阎老师就对我说，老师一直很看重你，觉得你身上有一股正气，当她说到这里的时候，我哽咽的难受，心里更难受。然后又说“吃亏是福”我知道她对我的要求远远胜过其他人，我也不忍心让她失望，所以很努力地做人，很努力地做事。

还记得她的一句话对我影响很大“今日事，今日毕！”这么多年来，我一直谨记这句话，可以说这句话已经渗透到了我的生活，今天的脏衣服，我也从来不留到明天洗，呵呵，有点傻哦。

很感激有一个这么善良的老师引我英语入门，更重要的是那些品行影响我至今。阎老师，好久不见了，你还好吗，希望你幸福。还有，阎老师，知道吗，你笑起来比凶的时候美多了。

All in all, we love our headteacher, though sometimes he is serious. We like his responsibility. We also appreciate his spirit to work for students heart and soul.

总之，虽然有时候他很严肃，但是我们爱我们的班主任。我们喜欢他的责任心。我们也欣赏他为了学生全心全意工作的精神。

The environmental health of our school is not good enough. Although many students love the school very much, every day you can see many students in earnest service for schools, some pick up the garbage in the trash on the ground, some active hand at the broom sweeping the floor, and take the initiative to clean the blackboard......

今天我看到一篇文章名为《大家都来弯弯腰》。内容是讲，号召同学们齐心保护学校环境卫生。

联想到我们学校的环境卫生也做的不够好。虽然许多同学都非常爱学校，每天可以看到许多同学在认真地为学校服务，有的捡起地上垃圾扔在垃圾桶，有的主动拿起扫帚扫地，还有的主动擦黑板......

可是还有些同学在保洁方面做得不够好，包括我自己，有时很随便地扔垃圾、纸屑，有的同学明明看到地上有纸屑，但他们当作看不见，这样很没“主人翁”的精神，也大大地影响了学校的面貌。希望同学们行动起来，开展“大家都来弯弯腰”的活动，人人争做学校的小主人，人人从我做起，使我们的校园环境既清洁，又美丽。让大家在优质的环境中读书，这样才会取得好成绩。
