还是从两年前演讲比赛那件事说起吧。

那时候，我__岁，“老大不小了”，却没有独立自主的能力，面对一次镇性的比赛，我的心跳加速了。这时，语文老师雪中送炭，帮我修改演讲稿，多次当我的听众――那是我在校的听众啊!

“渴吗?歇歇吧，喝杯水，待会儿再来。”老师亲切的话语使我十分意外又感动至极。

接过老师给我的那杯温茶水，我觉得这杯茶水有千斤重，怎么也送不到嘴边。多么善解人意的老师啊，我渴、我累她一眼就看出来了。

那时候正逢冬季，稍微一不注意身体，就会感冒，我就是因为不听话，没多穿衣服而交上了“感冒”这个难以甩掉的朋友!我的喉咙疼，嗓子发哑，“真不想继续练下去，多辛苦啊!”于是，我便跟老师说了我的想法，本以为老师会体谅我，说些类似“好吧，你就休息几天”什么的话，没想到却遭来老师的一顿骂：“什么?绝对不行，不能因为这点小毛病就退缩!我们不是说好要向第一名进攻的?如果不坚持，我们必定是要输的……”尽管她没有打我，但那严厉的目光和话语，却像一根根鞭子，抽打在我的心上。事后，她给了我一盒包装精美而又小巧的“金声亮”润喉糖，我的嗓子渐渐舒服多了。

在比赛那天下午，五、六年级的学生代表、语文老师以及其他老师也一起去看比赛了。我好开心，好高兴!在车上，语文老师亲手帮我戴上红领巾，望着她亲切的目光和慈祥的脸庞，我觉得她真像我的姐姐!尽管我听见有人笑我“连条红领巾都戴不好”，但我听了不以为然，还是尽享我此刻的幸福!

至今，看到桌上“金声亮”的小盒子和墙上贴着的“镇性演讲比赛三等奖”的奖状，我觉得胜负已经不重要了，重要的是蕴含在里面的一片浓浓的爱!

刚进初中，令我印象深刻的是第一节历史课。因为我认识了一个从未见过的老师。

老师长得不高，白白的，鼻梁上架了一副眼镜，显得很有书卷气。他自我介绍时，更是别具一格，开口就是“大家好!以后由我来教你们历史!“敝人姓宋”，相传还是贵族的后代呢!”听到这，全班哄堂大笑，我更是眼泪都笑出来了，心想：真不愧是历史老师，介绍都带有历史文学气息!之后一段时间，“敝人姓什么”也在学生之间传为佳话!不过，老师上课时动作更为“经典”!他两手撑讲台，身体前倾，一只腿在前，一只腿后伸，讲起话来摇头晃脑，真有点古代学生背论语时的样子!于是，一节课我都在笑声中度过。老师幽默风趣使我而感到自豪!

而宋老师跟别人不同的是，它具有创新思想!一般都是老师授课，不知哪天宋老师突发奇想让我们备课，我们叫苦连天，只好回家苦干。而我就得亲自制作幻灯片。到那天果然抽到我上去讲课。不过我还真得感谢老师，是他让我知道当老师的辛苦，同时也让我知道学历史的快乐，从而真正意义上的爱上历史!老师的创新使我们走进新的历史天地!我为这爱创新的老师感到自豪!

但其实最让我为之自豪的是老师的魅力呀!上他的课感到轻松、愉快，却能学到很多知识。比如老师老师讲一个课时，往往会告诉我们许多历史故事，还有不少从《史记》中的名言。他还会联系生活实际和社会现况来发表言论。可我们也并不是听众，而是积极参与，这时班里就像是讨论会!每人脸上都笑得像朵似的!所以我觉得老师的魅力很大，有时我不认为他是老师，而是一个无所不谈的朋友。正因为这样，班上无一例外的都爱上了历史课，当然历史成绩也在全年级名列前茅呀!不止这样，我们都和老师到了称兄道弟的情份上。每次一到历史课，我们就会用幻灯片打出“欢迎发哥”的字样!每次老师一来就会笑，而我们也跟着一块儿大笑!所以我们为有这样一个魅力指数超过万点以上的老师感到自豪!

来到初中，我庆幸自己能遇到这样的老师，而不幸也许只能跟老师相处三年!不管怎样，我都永不忘记!

老师是一本厚厚的书，里面有看不完的知识；老师是一把钥匙，为我们打开智慧的大门；老师是一艘船，带我们驶向成功之岸。我们班来了一位英语老师。他个子高高的，帅气的短发，乌黑的眉毛总会皱一下，大大的眼睛清澈得像两汪泉水，高挺的鼻梁，小麦色的皮肤构成了我们的英语老师。

他上课严肃，一丝不苟，回答同学问题时他耐心讲解。九月二日那天，当英语老师踏进门的那一刻，同学们个个坐好闭住了刚才还滔滔不绝的嘴。英语老师做了简单的自我介绍，就开始上课了。他一开口就把我给震住了，他说的真标准，一点也不逊色于外国人。由于老师教的太快了，我听得似懂非懂，其他同学也半懂半不懂。这一节课就这样稀里糊涂的上完了。我们的老师也很自恋。有一次他说：”你们用英文说我最喜欢的老师是英语老师。“我们就齐声说道：”My favorate teacher is my English teacher！“他笑开了花，说：”我知道你们最喜欢我！“怎样？我们的英语老师有意思吗？其实我们也真的很喜欢他！

老师像灯塔，照亮了我们前进的道路；老师像园丁，辛勤的培育着们；老师像蜡烛，燃烧了自己照亮了别人；老师像雨伞，为我们遮风挡雨……总之，老师就是一个在默默奉献的工作者！

我们的英语庞老师是一位五十多岁的中年人，虽然已经有些许白发，但还是充满活力。她憨厚善良，她淑质英才、温柔敦厚，还有她那无比敬业的精神值得我们去赞扬。

每次上课前她都给我们听写，为的就是查漏补缺，找出我们不会的地方，去弥补这个缺洞。她对我们的作业也是非常认真，每次都让我们查词、翻译……当然，遇到有不认真写作业的同学她也会批评。老师说：“清清楚楚做人，认认真真学习。”这名话使我铭记在心。在课上，她组织同学们玩一些小游戏，例如：接单词、猜词，等等。她使原本枯燥乏味的课堂变得生动有趣。老师经常在课堂上给我们画图，为了让我们更好地理解，画的也都栩栩如生，有种身临其境的感觉。这些事情都能体现出她认真负责、无比敬业的奉献精神和强烈的责任感。

在上一次的茶会和一节英语课上，庞老师给我们带来了美味的茶点和可口的水果沙拉。老师将制作方法告诉了我们，也让我们做给家人吃。那种味道使我馋涎欲滴，真是太美味了！课后我们都夸赞英语老师以及她那分享、奉献的精神。

庞老师！感谢您的谆谆教导；感谢您的无私奉献；感谢您教会我读懂了人生。您给了我勇气和力量，您给了我前进的动力，您给了我希望和鼓励。您就像母亲一样陪伴在我的身边！

用一个“疯”字来形容魏老师，我看是最恰当不过了。魏老师是我初中的化学老师，魏老师怎么教书的，我倒全不记得了，只是他的疯劲让我至今记忆犹新。

魏老师的发型就够疯的。不知道是天生的自然，还是后天的人为，初中三年时间，魏老师一概是顶着一头略长的卷发，这些卷发又一概朝着一个方向倒去，就那么蓬蓬松松地搭在脑袋的一侧，一目了然，几分特别，几分妖娆，加上那副金丝眼镜和说话时总是偏向一边的头，又几分斯文，几分滑稽，让人忍俊不禁。

魏老师的行为也够疯的。初中时候老师们一般抓得紧，早晚自习轮流坐班，有时还会上课。那时候晚自习经常会停电，通常我们都备有蜡烛继续学习，不敢怠慢。而我们的魏老师是个超级鬼故事王，如果是他的晚自习停电，同学们就再兴奋不过了，魏老师一定会主动或是有点“勉强”地带我们进入恐怖鬼世界了。搞怪的男同学们为了营造气氛，通常只点上两三支蜡烛，魏老师站中间，我们则一层层紧围在周围。魏老师就那么靠在课桌旁，抱着膀子，偏着头，在忽明忽暗、飘摇不定的烛光中，开始绘声绘色、声情并茂地讲各种鬼故事。什么吊死鬼吐着长舌头的样子，爆炒人心时呯呯乱跳的状态，讲到紧张处，他还故弄玄虚，装腔作势，时而暴叫出声，时而小声私语，害我们不时高声惊叫，心里狂跳，一个劲儿往老师身边挤，唯恐暴露在人群外围，生怕被后面的黑暗吞没，几次把课桌椅什么的挤倒。看到我们惊慌失措的样子，魏老师却乐得哈哈大笑，摆出一副若无其事的样子来。每每之后，我们心情久久不得平静，长久地处于毛噔噔的状态，如果有男同学随便使些小恶作剧，女同学们也会被吓得大叫不止。只是自习期间，突然来电了，魏老师便戛然而止，不管一个故事有没有讲完，或同学们怎么哀求，立即吩咐进入学习状态，他也会马上换出一个严肃认真的面孔来。有时候到了下自习的时间电还不来的，魏老师会差遣部分男同学送不住校的女生回家，算是一种特别安慰吧。

疯，而不疯的魏老师让我们记住了他，让我们在紧张的学习之余，有了更多的体验，虽然是“可怕”的体验。他想让我们知道，学习固然重要，但还要劳逸结合;学习不是唯一，生活中还有很多东西需要我们慢慢去感受。
