让我最难忘的是仰卧起坐，因为这个项目，我也参加了！轮到我时，我闭紧双眼，双手抱头。一听裁判一声令下：“开始！”我就一个劲地把头往上抬，自己还默默地数：1、2、3……，慢慢的我觉得有点累了，速度也有点慢下来了，我拼命催自己：“快点往前，快点往前。”“10、9、8……。”听见周围的人大声地喊着，啊，时间快到了，我使出浑身解数，继续抓紧时间做着……。终于，我做了43个，得了第二名，啊，我真开心呀！

I went on my first travel when I was about seven years old with my mom.That was a weekend.We went to climb a mountain not far from our city.It was sunny that day but just because we traveled in spring so it was comfortable that day.

We went there by bus then we took a taxi there.The mountains we climbed were very tall and there was a temple on the way to the top so we took a rest there.

开始比赛了，我和我的“战友”们以弓箭步站好，刚拿起绳子，后面的黄海博幽默地对我说：“好一条约18米长的黄金莽。”我们都大笑起来。突然发现绳子在一点一点地往前移，原来是体育老师提醒我们要比赛了，我们的神情又严肃起来。

第二局开始了，老师让我们交换地形，对方突然变得力大无穷起来，使劲一拉就快把我们给拉过去了，可他们还是精神百倍，把我拉得一只脚都情不自禁地翘起来了。哎，我们输了，可还有一局来分出胜负。

风和日丽的下午，我们举办了一年一度的风筝赛，我是参加比赛的一员，我是放飞手，而王倩蕊是我的助飞手，我们两个人搭配的很默契。

比赛前我们都很迫不及待的想看看风筝节呀！我们大家都说：“我们班一点要赢。”弄得我们放风筝的人心里紧张极了。

开始比赛了，首先我们看到了六年级的大哥哥大姐姐的精彩的比赛，然后是四年级的，看着他们的风筝真是比我们大还几倍，再然后就是三年级了，他们的表演这是太激烈了，大家都想得第一，所以大家都很努力。

第四轮就是我们了，我们都很紧张尤其是放风筝的，我的号码是：006，第三跑道。可是就在要开始比赛的时候，刘昊东的风筝给坏了只好用别人的了，我一开始风筝快掉了可我又用力往前跑风筝飞起来了，我们的风筝已经飞到了教学楼的上方，可是在别人比赛的时候有一个小猫的风筝给掉到了外面，幸好有老师拿回来。

这些风筝有趣极了，有的风筝开始打架了说：“你干嘛呀！想打到我可没那么容易。”

另一个风筝说：“我一定要打到你。”它们想一定要分出个胜负。

还有很多人都用的是飞机风筝我想：一定是想飞上宇宙。我们的风筝在蓝天得意洋洋的说：“我是第一，谁也比不过我。”还有的风筝掉下来了愁眉苦脸的样子，我们到头的时候有一个哥哥问我：“你是几班的？”我回答说：“我是二（1）班的。”然后我和王倩蕊写上了名字就回去了。

比赛过后我们总算是松了一口气可是我们还想再来一场这样的风筝赛，可是只能恋恋不舍的离开了。

今天的风筝真是我最难忘的日子了！

这学期期末考试终于到来了。此刻，坐在考场上我觉得这次的试题很难，所以我就十分十分认真的答卷，直到最后一堂检测之后。我觉得自己这次还考得不错，因为我这次几乎每个都检查四五次，没有一个题没做。

这次考试之后，我觉得这次我考的最差也是我最害怕的一门课最差的一门——语文。一天后，当我听见我们班被老师叫去填分数的同学说：“你这次考得还算不错，是全校第四名，全班第三。”，听到这里，我十分惊喜，因为我的成绩又进步了，上次是全年级第六，这次是第四，前进了两个名次。

直到今天，学校才把名次和成绩公布出来，果然，这次考的很好，因为我的成绩基本上都在我们老师定的分数线上，学校给我们这次考的好的同学给了奖励，就是给我们前几名同学一人三十元钱的奖学金。我们的班主任还给我们班的每个同学一个糖。

等老师发布了奖品之后，老师片开始向我们讲述我们这一学期来的表现，有的同学受了表扬，显得十分高兴，也有的同学瘦了老师的批评，显得十分沮丧。当然，我受了老师的表扬。但是我没有骄傲。当老师说完后，底下的同学们纷纷开始议论，说谁考得好或是不好。我和几个我的铁哥们聚在了一起。他们都说我这次是为他们争光了，他们要向我学习。放学后，回到了家里，爸爸妈妈早已在家中恭候多时了，我想他们听到我的消息后，一定会高兴的。果然，他们听到后，惊喜不已。

从这次考试的总体来看，我考得还算不错，但今后我会更加的努力，争取更上一层楼。此时我的心情更是激动，久久不不能平静，我相信一定会成功的。

交加的清晨，我背着书包站在摇晃的巴士上，呆呆地看着窗外。忽然，“咔嚓”一声，一阵冷风骤雨在沉闷拥挤的巴士里激起一片惊呼。原来，一块有裂痕的玻璃，在巴士急转弯时被震飞下来，幸亏没有人被那尖刺的玻璃割伤。窗外的寒风一阵阵地从那个“洞”里钻了进来，那丝丝凉意直往人的衣服里钻，巴士上的乘客不觉抱怨起来。这时，巴士司机把巴士停在路边，红着脸，一声不响地走到玻璃窗前。他看到坐在这个窗旁的是一对老盲人夫妇。两个人手握手，默默地坐在那儿，雨水打湿了他们苍白的脸和已经褪色的衣服。也许太冷了，他们的手好像有点颤抖。巴士司机的脸顿时更红了，忙撑开手中的伞，堵住了那个洞。

巴士内一下子静了，大家都向巴士司机投以赞许的目光。“对不起，各位乘客。这块玻璃该换了，都怪我……”巴士司机说了一半，一阵狂风把他刮退了半步，出口的话也咽了回去。这时候，一只大手抓住了伞柄，把伞往前一顶，“咝”的一下，伞被尖利的玻璃撕开了一道小口，伞骨也断了一根。还好，洞口还是被封住了。“哎唷!”乘客都为巴士司机的伞惋惜，但我看见他并不介意，反而朝那位站在他旁边的高大中年人投以感激的微笑。“你去开车吧，这里让我来。”那位大汉铿锵有力地说道。

于是，巴士司机又开起了车。车上的气氛又融和了起来，恢复了先前的安静。

“玻璃修好了吗?”老盲人夫妇和蔼地问。

“不，是雨小了。”我笑着回答。

“那就好，小了就好。”

乘客们都跟着我善意地笑了，巴士里显得格外温暖。

巴士又过了两个站，大汉身边一位大嫂突然伸出手说：“你该下车了，交给我吧!”“你怎么知道我要下车?”大汉用奇异的眼光看着她。“我们都是老乘客了!”大嫂以洪亮的声音道，同时接过了那把伞。

又过了两个站，我看见大嫂似乎四下焦急地寻找着，于是我竟不约而同地和一位大哥哥一起冲了过去说：“给我吧。”巴士里的人见了又笑了。那位大哥哥又顶了几站就走了，但在每个人要下车之前总会有人主动地要求接过伞柄。

就这样，一站又一站，一个又一个，虽然我们都被雨淋湿了，但伞柄被众人握得暖烘烘的。这伞柄里的暖意不断传给后来者，也传给了巴士里的每个人，更传进了我们的心扉，也更加激动了我们的心……

My traveling pla

I hope to go on a trip to Beijing，but my mother always tells me "you cant".She thinks I am too young to go to Beijing，and I am too busy at school.This term is over，To my surprise，my mother will take me to Beijing.I am very excited!Then I have a traveing plan for this trip：firstly I will go to the tiananmen square，I will take many pictures，then I am going to the palace museum，I can see many old builds there.secondly，I am goingto the wangfujing street，we will buy many things，for example，foods，clothes and some books.then I will go home. I think I will have a great trip to Beijing.

Huhehot is in Inner Mongol. There are lots of large grasslands. The grasslands are endless. The sky is bright blue. There were a lot of horses and sheep. They were running or eating grass. I rode a horse on the graland. I picked some colourful flowers. We drank the tea with milk. There is a small desert, it was very hot when I walked on it. The sand could sing.

I enjoyed my day.

2008年8月18日下午5点左右，在中国国家体操馆进行了一场激动人心的高低杠决赛，大有冲金希望的何可欣将与外国选手争夺冠军。

离比赛还有几分钟，我紧张的坐在椅子上，担心何可欣又出现失误，这是因为他、她曾在预赛中失手，从高低杠上摔下来。一会儿工夫，比赛正式开始了，外国选手陆续上场比赛，我发现外国选手柳金的实力很强，已获得一金一银二铜，并暂时以16.25的高分位列榜首。该轮到何可欣了，我心里打起了鼓。

何可欣上场了，观众们大喊道：“中国队加油!何可欣加油!……”有的敲锣打鼓，锣鼓喧天;有的挥舞国旗，国旗飘扬……我虽然不在现场，但我也在心中暗暗为她加油鼓气，手心里攥满了汗水，激动而又紧张的我凝神屏气，眼睛直勾勾地盯着电视屏幕。只见她现在手上涂了粉，昂首阔步来到高低杠前，做了一个长长地深呼吸，看得出他心里很紧张。何可欣轻轻一跃抓住了杠子，双脚紧紧并拢，像被强力胶粘住了似的，她脚往上一提，上半身提到了杠子上，接着在高杠上翻了好几圈，每次靠近杠子时双脚都拉成了一条线。她突然来个正掏转体360度成倒立，右手支撑在杠子上，而左手则放到右边，两只手轮流做着。这时，最令何可欣得意的动作出现了，只见她凌空一翻，做了一个优美姿势，手又立即抓住了杠子。还没来得及让我喘息，连着做了好几个这样的动作。何可欣要换杠了，她从高杠上脱出手，紧握住了低杠。我摸着额头的汗，终于松了一口气。紧跟着他连贯的做了一连串的优美动作，在下法中，何可欣翻了好几个跟头，然后稳稳落地了。

分数算出来了_16.25分。何可欣以微弱优势夺得了冠军。全场观众都沸腾了，欢呼雀跃，锣鼓声更是不断，挥舞着国旗的人们更卖力了……我也高兴得又蹦又跳!何可欣的比赛赛出了奥运的可贵精神。

When I was alittle child, I had many dreams. I wanted to be rich, so that I can live in abig and beautiful house. I can go everywhere by car. But now, my dream seems tobe better and more realistic. I hope I can have a good job. It will not takemuch of my time, although I can’t earn much. Every year, I have holidays totravel. Traveling is my favorite and it can reduce my pressure. It’s good formy life. Therefore, I hope traveling can be a part of my future life.

are huge. The traffic of Zhuhai is good. There is almost no traffic jams

here,because the transportation system is good. Macau is on the opposite of

Zhuhai.We can even see the cars running in the streets of Macau. I hope I can

step into Macau to visti this magical city.

在张校长宣布了运动会开幕的那一刻，热烈而又持久的掌声响彻操场，全校一片沸腾。

看，五颜六色的彩旗方阵向我们走来，每种彩旗都代表不同的事物：蓝色代表勇气，粉色代表梦想……再看，各个年级的运动员向我们走来，他们精神抖擞，朝气蓬勃，迈着矫健的步伐，准备迎接今天的挑战。各个班级都喊着自己的口号，嘹亮的声音响遍操场，他们的口号喊出了他们的开心，喊出了他们的决心，喊出了他们的信心。

运动会的比赛多种多样，其中最精彩的当然要数六年级女子组800米赛跑了。这次比赛我们班派出了刘悦，可比赛之前，看看其他三个班派出的都是些“实力派”。我顿时傻了眼，冒出一个疑惑：刘悦到底能不能赢得比赛，为班级增添荣誉呢？

“嘭” 的一声枪响，打断了我的思路，打破了操场上凝固的空气。此时，运动员们也像离弦的箭飞了出去，这样的速度大约持续了300米，各运动员好像有点体力不支了，慢悠悠地跑着。有的同学举起彩旗为她们助威，有的同学大喊：“抢道，抢道！”有的同学不耐烦了：“加油，加油！”通讯组的同学也在拼命地写通讯稿。最后一百米了，到了冲刺的时刻，我也按捺不住心里的激动，加入了加油的行列。这时刘悦好像明白了什么，使出浑身的力气冲刺，虽然最终只取得了第三名，但我们明白了一件事，只要尽力就行，下次还可以继续努力。

今天的运动会很快就结束了，虽然我们班没有取得好的名次，但是这次运动会给我们留下了美好的印象。望着同学们回家的背影，我就会想到，明天还有新的挑战在等着我们！

My Dream to Travel

I have learned English for many years, as I learn more knowledge about the English, I become more and more passionate to have a look at the world. When I was small, I knew nothing about the world, I believe the place I lived around was the whole world, then I came to middle school, I realized the world become more and more bigger, but how big it was, I had no idea. As I came to high school, I learn more about the world, There are all kinds of cultures in western countries. I am so interested in the culture, I want to go to these places and talk to the local people. This is my dream, I believe I can realize my dream, since the traffic is so convenient. 我班上场了。“掌舵”手死死地抓紧两头，“饺子们”一个个入锅了，先舒活舒活筋骨，抖擞抖擞精神，一个个轻装上阵，势在必得。哨声响起，比赛开始!

“掌舵”手两臂火速旋转三百六十度，一个个“饺子”神态轻盈如燕子，轻松一跃，躲过高速飞来的绳子。“一个，两个，三个……”我班越跳越带劲，队员越战越猛，“掌舵”手越甩越带劲，眼看胜利在望。不好，有“饺子”露馅了，大家都心急如焚。可我们也是不会放弃的，站起来，继续坚持，不拖班级后退，坚持就是胜利。“掌舵”手依然卖力的甩着，大家也一分一秒的坚持着。

激动人心的时刻到了，剩下最后十秒时间，所有人都绷紧了精神。呀，又露馅了!怎么办，没时间了……“三十九个，四十个”又站起来跳了，耶!
