表演结束了。领导们在赛场巡视，我们小记者一拥而上，把领导们团团围住，我看准了一位和蔼可亲的领导立刻跑了过去，我的队友在为我拍照，我流利的采访领导：“请问您觉得这场比赛对小学生有什么帮助呢？”领导回答说：“现在已经来到了智能时代，这场比赛锻炼我们对孩子的动手能力，也考验他们的团队合作、沟通能力，为未来做好准备。”

采访结束细细阅览比赛宣传册，后来才发现，我采访的这位领导是江西省科技厅党组副书记，省知识产权局局长——谢金水！我的心情百感交集，激动、骄傲，开心，像吃了蜜一样甜！正能量小宇宙瞬间爆发！

一年一度的运动会开始了，我们穿戴整齐，排着整齐的队伍走过主席台。远远望去，操场上人山人海，那场面真让人激动啊!

董俊杰是我们班俗称的“飞毛腿”，他参加的是男子100米跑。经过紧张的检录，他站上了5号跑道。“各就各位，预备——”随着枪“啪”的一声响，董俊杰像离弦的箭一样，右脚使劲一蹬地，向前冲去。他手臂前后摇摆，双脚迅速前后交替。他心里想：我一定要为班级争光。突然，别班的同学一个箭步追了上来，他们两个不相上下。董俊杰说：“跑得挺快嘛，但是永远是我的手下败将。”那个同学说：“我才不会输给你呢，你才是我的手下败将。”马上就要到终点了，董俊杰使出全身力气，跑了第一名。我们大喊：“好样儿的，董俊杰!”

This time, the main destination is Australia, a country which is in the Southern Hemisphere. I want to feel the opposite climate, see never-seen scenery and experience the land and its people and live a quite new life for 7 days.

So I have chosen a travel agent to help me with my journey. They offer Qantas flights the entire journey with free meals and three-star or four-star hotels for accommodation.

The first day:

I will take the Qantas Airways non-stop international flight (QF106) to Sydney, the capital of South Wales and Australia’s oldest largest city and port, to star the trip to Australia, overnight on board.

The second day:

Upon arrival, I will take a bus to visit St. Mary’s Church, Hyde Park and other interests. Then, I will visit the world-famous, Australia’s most beautiful building----the Sydney Opera House. There will be professionals conducting a detailed explanation in the House. By the

The third day:

After the breakfast, I will start from Sydney to Wollongong by bus. We drive to the Sea Cliff Bridge, the most beautiful and special part along the road. Then I’d go to the cleanest beach of the New South Wales State; visit the first brewery in Wollongong and have lunch there. In the afternoon, I plan to go to Flagstaff Hill and enjoy the quiet and beautiful environment. At last, return to the urban area.

The forth day:

I will take a flight to Cairns, a city which is rounded by palm trees. It’s a tourist city, where there are magnificent mountains, dense rain forests. The forests are the world’s oldest, largest tropical rain forest. I can novel amphibious vehicles traveling around the forests, experience exotic enjoyment. What’s more, I can watch the indigenous people’s wonderful dance performance.

The fifth day:

Take a bus to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Terminal and take a ship to the world-famous Reef. Located off the coast of the north-eastern Australia, it is the world’s largest coral island, which stretches over 2000km, including thousands of coral reefs and shoals, known as “the eighth wonder of the world”. I would watch the colorful sea view, taking a submarine. And I have enough time to enjoy a wide range of water sports. (Including a buffet lunch on the island)

The sixth day:

I would fly to the capital of Queensland----Brisbane. Then I’ll take a visit to the South Bank Parkland where the 1988 world exposition had been held. Go to the City Hall located in the King George

Square. It is the central symbol of Brisbane. Then I will drive to the Gold Coast, which is known as a paradise for tourists. After arrival, I’d visit the Fool Terminal.

The seventh day (the last day):

After breakfast, I will go to the Warner Movie World, which is a theme park of an area of 1.68 square kilometers. I can enjoy the

roller coaster and see a different film production process, great

effects and super performance and a lot of cartoon characters. Then I will go to a farm to pay a visit. There I can experience a real farm life and get close to the koala, kangaroo and take photos with the cute creatures. (I need to pay for the lunch.) At last, I will take the QF505 to Sydney and the QF105 back to Hangzhou.

It is my plan to have a journey abroad. It will cost about 12000 RMB for the agency and I need another sum of money to support my self-consumption and other costs. 一声枪响，迎来了我在初中的第一个秋季运动会，对于从来在运动会上不参加任何活动的我，更是激动、兴奋!

操场上人山人海，衣着整齐，被军训过后的我们还真有点军人的样子，显得十分威武。

国歌荡漾在天空中，给人一种严肃、庄重的感觉。开幕式开始了，我们跟随着着前面的队伍，踏着整齐的步伐向前走去，“锻炼身体，力争上游”，嘹亮地口号声在校园里四处回荡，形成了一种回音。走过主席台，迎来了评委们一阵雷鸣般的掌声，我们更是鼓起精神向前走去，等到各班归位后才开始升国旗，举行运动会。

“请运动员们注意，下面是100米预赛，请参加100米的运动员们到检录处准备!”广播员在广播里连续说了三遍。轮到我们班的运动员上场了，我们的心悬吊在空中，为运动员们捏了一把冷汗。

“轰——”枪口喷出的烟雾在空中画出了一条优美的弧线，运动员们像一只离弦的箭朝终点飞奔而来，她们个个互不相让，第一名、第二名、第........我们班得了最后一名，心里还正安慰，不过令人吃惊的是接下来的几场也次次如此，哎，真没劲，我明天上场，一定要得冠军。

挥去了上半场，接下来才是真正精彩，有挑战性的比赛。

广播里再次响起：“请运动员们注意，接下来是女子200米预赛，请到检录处检录!”终于归我出场了，这时我心跳加速，不知怎么办才好。到了检录处，才发现原来跟我一起比赛的是我以前的同学，我心里万分庆喜，这下有救了。

我目不转睛地盯着枪口，只要一开枪，我就立马向前冲去，“轰——”枪声响起，我立刻以惊人的速度向前奔去，我昂着头卖力地向前跑，第一名会是谁呢?我看了看前面，再看了看后面，咦?是我?记完名次后，回到队伍里，底下迎来一片掌声，老师向我走来，拍了拍肩膀说：“这次跑的不错，下午再接再厉，发挥好水平!”

一眨眼的功夫就到了决赛，我依照像早上那样发挥所长，可不知怎么就得了小组第二年级第五，总会有点失望，不过只要得到名次就行了。我和同学们一起观看下面的比赛，一直到运动会圆满结束。

这是我第一次参加运动会项目，不管怎么说我都十分开心，我期待的不就是这样一个激动人心的运动会吗?

周五那天，是一个阳光明媚的日子，也是一个激动人心的日子，因为学校举行了四年级诗歌朗诵比赛，我们班获得了第一名。

那天第二节课间操结束后，我们在老师的带领下自信满满地来到了操场，期待着比赛开始。

当四三班最先上去比赛的时侯，我开始紧张起来，心儿怦怦跳，大脑一片空白，甚至连台词都忘记得一干二净了。我赶紧平复了一下紧张的心，渐渐又恢复了自信。

四四班上台后，我们班就整齐地站在舞台右边候场了。这时，有几位老师过来给我们班拍照片，我想：大概是我们班同学穿着整齐，看起来精神抖擞，连主持人也长得帅气吧！我相信，这次比赛我们班肯定能获第一名。

终于轮到我们班了，在张铭源铿锵有力的指挥下，我们迈着整齐的步伐，神采奕奕地走上了舞台。此刻，我又紧张起来，当我看见台下的张老师用鼓励和欣赏的目光注视着我们时，那种自信的感觉突然间回来了。接着，在张嘉禾铿锵有力的领诵下，我们声情并茂地朗诵起来。在比赛的过程中，我看见台下有很多的老师竖起了大拇指，这使我和同学们群情振奋，我们的声音更洪亮，更激情，更悦耳，最终，我们一字不差地圆满完成了朗诵展示！

在热烈的掌声中，我们走下舞台，来到操场中间继续观看其他班表演。同时，同学们也七嘴八舌地猜测起来。有的说我们班能拿第一，有的说能拿第二，有的说能拿第三，但我却有一种强烈的感觉，这次比赛我们班肯定能拿第一名，因为我们班的同学在表演之前付出了很多的努力！

四七班朗诵结束，朗诵比赛就画上了句号。公布成绩的时刻到了，场上顿时变得鸦雀无声，同学们凝神聆听。

"第一名，四五班！"

"耶！"同学们禁不住高声欢呼，沉浸在成功的喜悦之中。而这时，我对一句话的理解更加深刻了。“台上一分钟，台下十年功。”只有刻苦努力，才能取得最后的胜利！

巍巍华山，尽在脚下。悠悠群山，眼下之绿。多么巍峨壮观的景象呀！此情此景，此时此刻，怎能不欣喜若狂激动万分呢！

刚走到山脚下，我便累得直不起腰来，但是老爸鼓励我：“儿子不经历风雨怎能见彩虹？到了山上，一片风光会呈现在你的眼前，那时你会品尝到成功的滋味”。我听了这番话打起了精神继续向山上前进。

到了半山腰我精疲力尽，累得气喘吁吁口角直吐自味，这是老爸又发话了：“要一鼓作气不能半途而废，要知道不到长城非好汉”！我思考良久终于下定决心拼了这一次，我一股做气直接爬到了山顶。

啊！终于到了山顶，和煦的微风拂面，一道道青影映在脸庞，于光福是作怪石嶙峋的山峰，上有碧云蓝天，下有群山连绵。多么秀丽的景象呀！我见景抒情：“岱宗夫如何，齐鲁青未了。造化钟神秀，阴阳害昏晓。荡胸生曾云，决眦入归鸟。会当陵绝顶，一览众山小。”看！眼下还是漂浮着千姿百态的雾。我的心也随着雾气而变化，激动万分手舞足蹈地把《望岳》唱成了慷慨激昂的歌曲。

华山之险冠名天下，我的心情也如华山一样直插云霄到天际。

最激动人心的春季运动会，在一个风和日丽的上午开始了。同学们兴高彩烈的前来观看比赛，赛场上响起了此起彼伏的呐喊助威声。

跑步是我最喜欢的体育运动了。我代表我们班参加了60米短跑比赛，在大家的注视下，我步入了赛场，这时，我的心“怦!怦!”跳了起来。提醒我自己，(我提醒自己)千万别紧张，于是，深深吸了口气，紧张的心一下变得平静了许多。我认真地做起准备动作。压腿和弯腰是少不了的，为的是以免在比赛中受伤。这时，广播响起：“请运动员入场，比赛马上开始。”我走到起跑线前，双腿下蹲，右腿弯曲，左腿跪地。双手撑地面形成八字形，身体微微向前倾斜，眼睛目不转睛地注视着前方，耳朵仔细地倾听着发令枪响。

Making a trip to Beidaihe on May 18 was an experience which I will never forget.

A arrived in Beidaihe at about 2 oclock,and immediately took a No.5 bus to the sea area.The beautiful blue sea was so large that I couldnt see the other side of it.After getting off the bus,I went straight to the shore.Taking off my shoes,I put my feet into the water.The water was cool,and walking in the water was such a great joy that I didnt want to stop.Then I collected shells.When it got dark,I sat on the shore,watching the sea.The night scene was simply marvelous!

Finally I had to go back.It was an unforgettable day in my life.

如今我正在聆听这位音乐巨人的曲子。近了，近了……我仿佛渐渐看清了他那张不屈于命运的脸。我不禁潸然泪下，我发现我的心已经完全融入到了这曲子中，心中升起一股说不清，道不明的情绪。我不能也没有资格去对他的曲子做任何点评，或许这本身就是不公平的。又或许，在这曲子，中本身就蕴含了他的情感，他的灵魂!否则，他怎能仅用一首曲子，而震撼整个世界呢?

曲子渐而渐高，我也仿佛看到了他：独立而骄傲，沉郁而坚强，严肃而善良;热爱自然，追求自由，乃至将整个生命都献给伟大的音乐!

终于，曲子达到了高潮，声音戛然而止。我仿佛看到他在向命运，向黑暗势力作最后的宣战!我仿佛看到了他向黑暗势力挑战时那坚强的意志和永恒的信心;仿佛看到了他不屈于命运的斗争精神和乐观品质;仿佛看到了他对幸福与美好生活的渴望与追求!

曲子结束了，我激动的心却难以平静，是什么，让贝多芬能够仅以《命运交响曲》这一首曲子而震动整个世界。现在我有点领悟了，因为懦弱的人永远用愁苦去挖掘，而坚强的人始终用奋斗去开垦。

或许，贝多芬正是凭借着这坚强的意志和不屈于命运的精神，才能在世界音乐的历史上留下这让人永远无法忘记的一页!

地为我们两队队员加油。正在想着策略的我已经满头大汗了。然后我带着球猛地冲向“敌人”的龙门……

那是一个晴朗的下午，我们组织了20人准备正在进行的激烈的足球比赛的场面。我们在20人里选出了两个球员来做各队的队长。过了不久，我们已经分好工作准备开始。

“开始”叫声一完。我和我的队员小明做前锋。小明带着球拼命地朝向“敌人”的阵地里，然后他被人拦住了。小明不慌不忙，右脚包球一踢，球滚到左边去了。“敌人”的身躯已经往左边倾斜。正在这时候小明左脚轻轻一踢，球又落到右脚上了。这时“敌人”已经没办法反应过来。小明趁这机会跑上前去了。到“敌人”不远的时候，小明又遇上了一位“敌人”。这时小明没用刚才那招。因为他知道“敌人”已经看清楚他的底细了，所以他用力一踢球落到我脚上了。这时“敌人”的目光已经注意到我了正朝我这边跑来。我不停地用假动作来耍掉“敌人”。后来我遇到一位身材高大而有强壮的“敌人”，我不停地用假动作骗他走开，但是已给他一一破解了。在我没办法的时候我脑袋一转想到球可以从他的裤子底下那个洞穿过去，然后我把球轻轻地穿过他的洞最后我从他身旁跑过去接球。这只剩下龙门员一个“敌人”啦。我跑到他前面，龙门员跑过来想把我的球拿住不给我射。这时小明走了前来，我把球传了给他。这时龙门员反应不过来还朝着我这边做来。小明就用脚猛地一射。“进啦！”围观的同学们高声喝彩。

最后我们已3：2获胜了。这场足球赛令我懂得了做事一个人的力量是不够的，还要加上团队的力量才能把事做的十全十美。

第二天，我们要运球比赛了!随着我前面的人逐渐减少，我的心跳也逐渐加快。我心中暗暗捏了一把汗，当老师点了我的名字 时，我是十万个不愿意，因为运球只要稍有不慎，我可就成了“千古罪人”了!一想这烦躁地心情涌了上来，心里像打翻了五瓶，很不是滋味。只听“砰”的一声，开路先锋徐褚泽，像猛虎一样冲了过去一路“势不可挡”，还好没有遇上‘拦路虎“。我前面的人渐渐减少，我的心跳也随着人数减少的关系加速直跳。黄梓昊球传给了我，我以迅雷掩耳速接住了，我不顾一切地向前冲去绕过了一些障碍后，眼睛目不转睛的直盯球，心中只有一个想法，把球安全的传给下一个人，手不停的拍着，心想这短短的几十米怎么有点度日如年的感觉，不知是紧张还是怎么了，球没有弹性了，当时的情形迫在眉睫，幸好我像风一样追了过去，传给了下一个人……

这场激动人心的运动会不只给同学们提供了一展身手的平台也使我们懂得了只有团结才能取得好成绩。今天我们为班级争光将来我们会为学校争光为祖国争光!

我非常荣幸地成为其中的一员，参加女子800米和400米比赛。

我等呀、等呀，终于等到了三年级女子800米比赛了。

老师把枪朝向天空，只听“各就各位”“呯”的一声响，我们像离弦的箭一样，向终点跑去。开始时觉得很轻松，可是跑了2圈，我就有点力不从心了，速度也慢了下来。但是，同学们如潮水般的加油声鼓舞了我，让我的速度再次变快。最后一圈的提示枪声又响了，我用足了吃奶的力气，往终点冲刺。最后我以小组第一的成绩结束了这次比赛。

我的两条腿像灌了铅一样，拖着满头大汗的身体，在终点焦急地等待下一组的成绩。成绩下来了，我得了冠军。听到这个消息，我兴奋地人都快要飞了，心脏差一点少跳一次。所有的累都在瞬间消失了。

最激动的一刻到了，我站在高高的领奖台上，当老师把金牌挂在我脖子上时，那种激动我无法用语言来形容。

很快，蔡雨晗顺利地把接力棒传给了姚甜甜。姚甜甜不负众望，依旧保持第一。下一棒是丁子豪。没想到，姚甜甜和丁子豪交接棒时，“啪”的一声，接力棒掉在了地上。我放下的心又悬了起来，姚甜甜和丁子豪也呆住了。这时，不知是谁起头，全班响起了激烈的喊声：“六五加油！”“六五必胜！”

就在我们班选手失误时，四班的选手立即追上，三班已经超过去了……丁子豪飞速捡起接力棒，狂奔起来，不一会儿，就赶超了四班。但我的心还未放下，虽然燃眉之急解决了，可三班还超越了我们呢！我睁大了眼睛，鬓角也有了汗珠。

说时迟，那时快，一切都在很短的几秒钟内发生了。第四棒是张恒硕。就在张恒硕已经急得站不住时，丁子豪终于到了。现在形势迫在眉睫，张恒硕顾不上埋怨，只是瞪了丁子豪一眼，就像风一样向前飞去。

不得不说，张恒硕的“跑技”十分了得。原来我们五班败局已定，可张恒硕以一己之力力挽狂澜。当裁判宣布我们五班获胜时，我的心才真真正正地放下了。

这是个人的胜利，也是团队的胜利，更是我们班集体的胜利！
