星期五可是一个重要的日子，那天是运动会。早上，蓝蓝的天空上没有又大又圆的火球—太阳，所以很冷，直到下午太阳才在天空上现了真身。

运动会的前一天，我们去彩排，彩排到差不多快放学才结束。这次运动会的开幕式有所不同，运动员会穿上独特的万圣节服装，这真是个好主意。开幕式结束以后，比赛马上就开始了。上午我们班就进行了好几个项目比赛，我参加的是短跑女子100米跟4乘50米接力赛，上午最先进行的是女子60米，其中有我们班的孔令茜和戚静雯，她们的成绩都不错两个季军。上午还进行了跳远、跳高、200米等等。我参加的项目全部是在下午进行，但是喇叭里突然传出报幕员的声音，说请参加四年级女子100米比赛的做好赛前准备，我跟我们班的班长参加都是女子100米，突然心跳得好快！有一点紧张，但是在内心里我告诉我自己不要紧张相信自己是最棒的！但后来等了好久上午还是没能跑，由于时间关系吧我参加的项目还是改到了下午进行。

中午回家吃过午饭后回到学校，班主任张老师告诉我下午第一个就是100米的比赛，老师让我们到100米起跑线等候。由于分的跑道不好，同时起跑枪就在我的耳边的原因最终导致没得成绩。女子400米我们班的孔令茜拿了金牌，王韵琦拿了银牌，她们都很厉害。最后就是接力比赛了，他们男生接力拿了亚军跑的还不错，于是我们女生也不甘示弱，在我们共同的努力下最终也是拿了亚军，就差一丁点就能拿金牌了，有点遗憾。

今天妈妈有事不能陪我来参加比赛，只好有石叔叔带着我和石亚一起来到了幼儿园，我们上了三楼，比赛已经开幕了。首先有两个可爱、漂亮的小姑娘朗诵了一首诗歌。下面掌声雷动。开幕式过后，就要分赛区进行比赛了。

我们在第二赛区等待比赛，我是二号选手。我听着第一个小选手讲的有声有色，我心里既羡慕又紧张。过了一会儿我就上场了。我当时非常紧张，声音也有些发颤。我讲的是《一条小面包》的故事，由于背诵不熟练，中间有一次停顿。下台时我心里非常后悔，在等待结果的时候，我更是焦急。一会儿成绩出来了，我得了9.0分，进入了复赛。我高兴的跳了起来。

这是怎么回事，不是其它学校的学生都在上课吗?为什么我们不上课呢?原来，我们学校正在树德中学光华校区举行第一届田径运动会!

待全校(南、北校区)师生都到齐了后，精彩的入场仪式开始了!随着那高昂激情的音乐响起，同学们精神抖擞，一下子呈现出了军人一样的气势，每一个少先队员都朝气蓬勃。入场仪式结束后，每个班都被分到操场的指定地点观看比赛。我们班有幸被分到了看台上，这样我们就能有更好的视角观看比赛了。马上，800米的女子长跑就要开始了。

郑媛心是我们班的女“飞人伯尔特”，短跑的速度犹如火箭。可是在报名时，她不但没有报自己的长项――短跑，而且还报了最耗体力的800米长跑。在上场前，全班人都在鼓励郑媛心。这时，比赛通告下来了，郑媛心大步流星地走向跑道，站在了起跑线上。只听见“啪”的一声枪响，运动员个个都像离弦的箭，飞快地向前跑去。郑媛心跑得比任何选手都快，一下子就跑过了两个弯道。我们班的同学都在为郑媛心呐喊加油。我的耳边听见其它班的同学在大声地为他们的选手加油，也会听见其它班同学一声声的叹息。当郑媛心领先跑到我们班所在的位置时，全班人都为她欢呼起来。这时，旁边班上传来一阵欢呼，原来后面的选手追上了郑媛心了。随着越来越多来自其它班的欢呼声响起，我们也越来越担心起来了，情不自禁地站了起来，为郑媛心加油，呐喊。郑媛心仿佛又有力气了，开始向前冲刺，超过了一个又一个选手。最后，郑媛心获得了第四名的佳绩。全班顿时沸腾了……

这真是一场激动人心的运动会呀!希望我们班能在明年的运动会上取得更好的成绩。

“好了，课上到这里，第一节课和第二节课连起来进行一次模拟期末考试测试，上课铃一响就考，慢慢准备吧，嘿嘿!”唐老师轻松地说。全班都成了正宗的苦瓜脸，一秒钟后，全班拿出试卷、作业本……复习。唉，有时候时间就那么快，很快，上课铃响了，唐老师疾步走进来，发了试卷。

拿到试卷，我用两分钟好好看了一遍试卷，然后迅速、仔细地做起来，整个教室只剩下写试卷的“刷刷”声，我偶尔紧皱眉头，偶尔望着天花板，偶尔吁了口气，迅速写起来。时间一分一秒过去了，一直揪着我的心，此时我非常紧张，恨不得有人帮我做。心里顿时充满愁，脸上挂着勉强的微笑。一小时十分钟过去了。

“收卷!”唐老师一声令下，我们都只好乖乖交上试卷。唐老师让我们复习一下，下午，唐老师板着脸走进来，把试卷狠狠地往讲台上摔，全班的心都揪起来，紧张不已。我也在心底默默祝自己考得好一些。唐老师用冷冰冰地声音报了试卷成绩，遇见成绩好的，就用温柔的目光和温柔的声音表扬她，遇见成绩差的，就发下试卷，懒得理他。

“唐琳雪，97分，唐琳雪，你考的很不错哟，全班第一名，大家鼓励一下唐琳雪!”唐老师表扬了我，我心里吁了口气。耶，可以回家交代了!考试万岁!

周四上午，太阳时隐时现，微风习习，正好适合户外运动。而我们檀枫小学首届田径运动会就在此时拉开了帷幕。

首先是开幕典礼，运动员代表、裁判、副校长逐一致辞、宣誓，然后由校长正式宣布运动会开幕。

比赛项目有很多，譬如垒球、跳远、跳高、六十米、二百米······

我所观看的第一个比赛就是男子跳高。不一会儿就轮到我们班的方羿阳了。只见他助跑、蹬腿起跳、收脚，一气呵成，越过了栏杆，成为了小组第二，并且在之后的总决赛中以优异的成绩荣获第一名。

周芷亦是我们班的跳远健将，只见她先以利箭一样的速度进行助跑，然后起跳，最后以3。55米的成绩让对手落下一大截，并取得了第一名的好成绩。

第二天进行的八百米决赛，我们的长跑健将陈帅宇和周轶承双双参加。随着“呯”地一声枪响，比赛开始了，所有运动员都像一匹脱缰的野马，窜了出去。陈帅宇首当前冲，一下子就领先了，可周轶承因先前二百米冲刺时失误而与冠军失之交臂，还没从刚才的阴影中走出来，大失水准地在第三和第四名间徘徊。四圈过后，陈帅宇得了第一，二周轶承却得了第四，咱们班的同学忧喜参半。

当然，最精彩最激烈的还数接力赛了，参加4＊100比赛的四名队员不负众望，为我们班又摘得了一个桂冠。

短短一天半的时间让我们明白了运动员取得名次的艰难，也再次诠释了“团结就是力量！”这一道理的深刻内涵！

“啦啦啦啦啦啦啦……”是谁呀？当然是我呀！是什么是让我那么兴奋？告诉你们吧，我今天要参加一个活动，还会给我发奖品呢！

我期盼着可以早早发奖，可老天好像要和我作对似的，我一直等了30分钟，我以为要开始了，可没想到老师却让我们再等一会儿。

终于开始了！前几个节目我并不觉得很好就看，到了给博客之星颁奖的时候，我激动极了，看到李校长给我发奖，我说了一声“谢谢您！”，但觉得好像是过电影一样，快极了！但那一幕我是不会忘记的。

爸爸虽然来了，但是很快就走了，我有些扫兴，回到家，爸爸给我讲了一个道理：“包子不能看褶子，要看肉。”听了这个道理后，我又高兴起来。

今天，我不但得到了奖品，还懂得了一个道理。

I went Chong Qing in July 22.It is a city which was built near mountains. So people call it Mountain City. In Chong Qing,I went to the Red Stone Center, to see the places which the prisoners lived in the past. It is a terrible and awful trip. There are a lot of dogs, and soldiers with guns near the prisons. And most of the prisons are good, they didnt want to tell the bad people where the other people were. They lived in very small houses. No good food to eat, no good water to drink.They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing. I think they are the heros in that century. I will follow their spirit.
