Dear Mum and Dad,

Im writing to remind you of the importance of keeping a healthy life.

You’re so busy every day that you don’t pay much attention to your health. I’m

worried about that all the time so Id like to give you some suggestions.

First, you should balance your diet. Eating more fruit and vegetable is

good for your health. Second, since your company isn’t far away, why not walk to

the office? I hear that walking is the best sport. Besides, you’d better take

exercise at least twice a week, such as playing basketball or tennis. Going to

swim is also a nice choice. What’s more, try not to stay up too late. Going to

bed early and getting up early is also important. Having enough sleep can help

your brain work better.

My parents

I have a busy father and a kind mother.

My father is a businessman. He is 42 years old. He is short. He likes reading newspapers after meals. He watches TV in the evening. He goes to work by car. He has got a nice black car. He often plays golf with his friends on the weekend. He does not often eat dinner with us.

My mother is a housewife. She doesnt work. She stays at home. She is beautiful. She has long hair. She does housework in the morning. She often goes shopping in the afternoon. She is kind, but she is strict to my study. She likes reading. She watches TV at night, too.

I love my parents. And they love me too.

Be Grateful to Our Parents

I consider my parents as the most important people in my life. This is not because they re wealthy or famous. Rather, what I value about most is the care and love they show to me.

My parents might work hard, but they re always there for me. Whenever I get into trouble and desperately need a hand, they come over first to support me and encourage me. There are three people in my family, my parents and I. We live happily together. Every morning, mother makes breakfast for us. Sometimes, it’s my father’s job. And then, father drives mother and me to school. My mother is an English teacher in my school. We have lunch and dinner at home. Sometime, my father eats outside, but he would call and tell us advanced. My family is a traditional Chinese family. Father is the backbone and mother takes care of our daily lives. I don’t have to worry about anything and all I have to do is working hard on my study. I have a happy family.

我的家有三口人，我和我的爸爸妈妈，我们幸福地生活在一起。每天清晨，妈妈为我们做早餐，有的时候，这也是爸爸的任务。之后，爸爸开车送我和妈妈去学校。妈妈是我学校的一名英语老师。我们回家吃午饭和晚餐。有的时候爸爸会在外面吃饭，但是他会提前打电话通知我们。我家是传统的中国家庭，爸爸是家里的主心骨，妈妈照顾家里的日常起居。我不用担心任何事情，只要努力学习就好了。我有一个幸福的家。

小时候我被陷入水沟，母亲不顾一切，立马将我拉了起来。而她的手心却被粗壁磨得血流不止。这次的经历，让我懂得父母的爱是最无私的。

不知不觉已告别欢乐的童年，迈进中学生阶段。父母给了我一次又一次的鼓励，使我在一次次考试中不负父母所望，名列前茅，得到一次又一次的奖励。

父母有时也十分严厉。有一次，我和弟弟为了一个玩具而大吵大闹，我明知是自己不对，可我还是不依不饶。事后，父母批评了吾一顿，我也知道我的过错。

父母生身之恩我无以回报，父母严厉的教诲我谨记心头，正是父母严厉的教诲、辛勤而无私的付出使我走上正直之路，走上阳光大道。
