中午，我就写几行字帖或是一页半页都可以，然后再拿着英语课本，在点读机上读读，至少也要个十来分钟，干完后可以看电视或玩电脑，最好是下楼到健身器材那边找小朋友玩儿。

由于下午我不能呆在家里，必须跟妈妈一块儿去她办公室，计划先在办公室写几页作业，看看书，然后在院里的跳舞场和篮球场上和小朋友玩，玩玩后就可以玩一会电脑游戏了。

还有这段时间博客写得太少了，现在放假了，我得多写，计划两天一篇。

这些当然指妈妈单位没放假的时候，等到过年那几天就什么也不干，光玩了。

放寒假了，我就是这么想的，既然是放假吗，我就要痛快地玩好，但也不能不学习，我会严格要求自己的!

Recently, we have made a survey of the people on physical training. Only 35 percent of the people surveyed have taken part in physical activities.

December 25th is Christmas day, my mother told me: Christmas is not a traditional Chinese festival, it is a festival in western countries the biggest, equivalent to the Spring Festival of our country.

Now our country Christmas is very grand. A few days before Christmas, go into the street, every corner lets a person feel the atmosphere of the festival. Most of the merchants, shopping malls with a Christmas tree and with a charming smile form to Santa Claus, some on the door, and some in the hall. In fact, environmental pollution is a very serious problem the whole world is facing.

it is mainly caused by the waste products released from artificial substances, industrial

production and increased consumption of goods. Bedsides, the use of chemical substances

in agriculture also causes environmental pollution. Look at the sky, you can see that dense smoke is being released from the high and big chimneys; those dirty and poisonous substances are flowing into the rivers that we use for drinking water and millions of tons of waste products are heaping around us.

How to change this condition? More and more countries are trying to work out some effective means to bring it under control, but no great success has been made.
