昨天整天穿高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时头痛得像要裂开一样，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃了我坚持“足足”两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了。虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽得下。

今天下午ZUO老师在四班上了节班会课，课上左老师总结一周班级的基本情况。听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，类似宿舍有没有倒垃圾，学生校服是否合格，课堂表现等等，不过班主任要关注的也是这样的方方面面。ZUO老师用聊天的方式很细心地分析这些，不仅仅吸引学生的注意，连我也不自觉被吸引进去了。我整节课都在一边盯着ZUO老师看，一边瞧瞧学生们的反应。真不知道到我接手的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。接手前的这个星期有点像被判了“死缓”，哈哈……

跟这么一个好老师其实压力真的好大，不过呢，天将降大任于斯人也，难得有这样的机会。别的同学还在埋怨没课上，锻炼少呢。按道理，我现在天时，地利，人和都有了，应该珍惜。

会议

转眼就来到了实习的第四天，这两天天气开始转凉了，班上好几个感冒了，来请病假的一堆。看来要提醒学生注意身体。

听了三天的课，还参加了几个会议，收获真的很大。下午的会议是全校班主任会议，在会议上我知道了一些关于学校班级管理在实践方面的知识，比单纯在书本上获取的理论强多了。作为实习生能参加这种全校性会议是件很幸运的事，充分体现了HT中校领导的宽容。

所以尽管今天回去很晚，但还是很开心。

回到家，志哥和志嫂在等我吃饭，很感动。实习周到啦，为了提高自己的英语水平，把知识和实践结合，在学校的帮助安排下，我来到了“瑞博英语培训学校”，开始了我的执教之路。

瑞博外语学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业外语培训机构，我的实习地点是凤凰城大梨树分校。这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。

我的实践内容是教培训班的小学生初一英语课程。

虽然我是英语专业的学生，但毕竟没有过教学经验。因此，7月3日，我到“瑞博”的第二天就开始接受相关培训。邓校长真是个认真负责的人，她为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——王老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

经过了一段时间的备课听课和试讲，我终于走上了讲台，开始教课啦！

我角的这本教材的特点是单词量大。所以在教课的过程中，我遇到的个困难是如何让孩子们对枯燥的英语单词产生兴趣。关于这点，我在培训时准备的游戏帮了我不少忙。我发现学生最喜欢的游戏要数Simon says 和Snowman.因为这两个游戏学生可以全班参与，有赏有罚，十分热闹。这也是学校里其他老师使用得最多的游戏。

不过，为了使我的课堂有自己的特色，我也想出了几个其它调动学习单词的兴趣提高学习效率的方法。其中最有效的是领读单词这招。每个人都有上进心，都不想被别人比下去，这一点在孩子们身上体现得最明显。我正是利用了这点，在教单词时，给孩子们充足的时间自己练习读熟它们，并让以不同的形式他们轮流领读，读得标准的同学还可以获得当小老师的机会去较其他人，实力相对弱的同学不仅要接受惩罚，还要成为“别人”的学生，这样学生为了可以当小老师，为了得到大家的掌声，一节课下来，几乎每个同学都可以把单词读熟读好。 一个问题解决了，第二个问题马上出现了。经过几次考试，孩子们贪玩的本性实在令我头痛。全班十二名学生，回家能认认真真背单词的人不超过五个，怎么办？在得到几位老师的意见后，结合我班的情况，我终于想出了几个办法！

“瑞博”向来有积分制度，学生根据自己的上课情况和考试成绩会得到不同的积分，不同积分会有不同礼物兑换。本来每位同学每节课最多只能得四分，但在和几位老师商量后，我决定我们班每节课的积分以考试成绩为主，单词全对的同学，根据人数可以得到五分十分二十分不等的奖励。这个新方法一实行，就取得了特别明显的效果。不过，总有几个贪玩的“小懒虫”，从不在意分数。没办法，我只好用其他的方法使他们学习。找出这几个孩子回家后不学习的原因。第二招，为他们量身定计划。举个例子具体点说。我们班有两个关系很好的女孩子，她俩共同的特点就是爱上英语课，不爱背单词。别看她俩关系好，在学习上可是暗暗叫劲儿。每次上课前她俩都会各自找机会悄悄问我要对方的作业看，比一比谁写得好，评语好。我就是抓住了她俩这个心里，为她俩制定了一套学习方案。有一段时间，我会给她俩布置背单词，读课文，背句子等不同的任务，并在第二次上课前单独考她们，再根据她们的考试情况在课堂得分外多加些分数。开始时，她们不理解我的做法，没想到一段

时间后她们不仅提高了成绩，还主动要求我给她们布置课外任务，比一比谁学得好，这点让我很高兴。当然，其他的同学也会有不同方式的加分的机会。

我遇到的第三个问题就是如何和家长沟通。和家长沟通的内容有两个方面：一是学生的安全，二是学生的学习。家长和老师最担心的事不是孩子的学习成绩上不来，而是孩子的安全得不到保障。所以我们一旦发现有孩子没有按时来上课，就会立即通知家长，了解情况。在课间也会有专门的老师保障他们的安全。而当孩子学习上出现问题或取得进步时，我们做老师的也要及时和家长取得联系，让他们能够及时掌握孩子的情况。每次和家长交流前我都要仔仔细细地想一遍一会儿和他们说什么如何说，尽量做到落落大方，表现得成熟些，免得让家长对自己对学校不放心。

近一个月的实践经历告诉我，要想把课讲好，在课前必须做好充分的准备。熟记每个知识点，熟悉每篇课文，校准每个单词的发音，精心安排课堂的每个环节...... 不过，要想使学生从心底里喜欢上你的课，喜欢上你这个老师，我们要做的就不只这些啦。所以我一有时间就和他们聊天，做游戏，了解他们的性格喜好在学校的学习成绩甚至是家庭状况，和他们建立宝贵的友谊。看到我的学生真的把我当成了自己的朋友，有什么好吃的会拿来和我分享，有好玩的游戏会叫上我一起玩儿，甚至会把喜欢的玩具送给我，我觉得自己成了世界上最幸福的人！ 教师是个力气活，劳力，劳脑，又劳心。教师也是良心活，教得好坏多少，得用心中的那杆秤来衡量。当教师还得讲策略，要想教好学生，要想学生信服自己，必须和他们交友，不断琢磨学生的心理，才能做到。

有过同样经历的几位同学曾告诉我，她们当了十几天的教师就开始厌倦这份工作了。可是，我觉得我的教师瘾还没过够呢！虽然在这个过程中我累过烦过也抱怨过，甚至有几次我做梦梦到的都是那帮让人省不了心的孩子。可我觉得为他们付出值！ 每当站在讲台上,被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时,作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。

我真心地感谢学校给了我这次实践的机会。在这个过程中，我得到了很多，也进步了很多。能够将自己在学校所学的知识运用到实践是我最大的收获!当然，在教学过程中我还有好多地方做的不够好，多希望以后还会有这样的机会，让我弥补一下心中的遗憾。借住在志哥志嫂家已经很麻烦他们了，现在还要等晚归的我吃饭。晚饭是吃火锅，好开心。志嫂饭后还把没吃完的食材拿来下粥，她手艺很好煮得特香。

好像实习以来我碰到的事情都是些好事情，其他同学一定很羡慕这么多好人在我身边守护。LUCKY！正式接任班主任首要的工作，便是在最短的时间内认识整个班的学生，以及阅读他们的周记。

周记，可能更多地带有作业的性质，然而，在仔细阅读每一个学生的周记后，我发现确实很多人写出了他们的心声，写出了他们的思考。

九十后，是目前被谈论最多的一代，也许是他们的风格与社会的传统相悖，也许是他们的叛逆心理比较严重。我们不难看到整个社会对他们的关注和担忧。很多人说九十后“少年不识愁滋味，为赋新词强说愁”，而我通过他们的周记中看到的是另外一面，他们真的感到孤单，很多源于父母甚至社会对他们的不理解。

现在很多言论都批评他们肤浅，我觉得写这些评论的人根本就没有深入地去理解他们（当

然我也是）。他们有他们的深刻，九十后思考问题的方式和方向可能跟我们以前认为的常理格格不入，因此他们总被迫使着前进。为什么我们总要用自以为是对的东西去规范他们，而不去理解他们的方式？其实是因为我们比他们还懦弱，不敢随意地去更改已经规定了的东西。

他们并不是只会玩的一代，并不是懒散、无知、无所忧虑的一代。相反，他们思考的很多，他们的忧虑很多。在他们的周记中，这些语言真实地反映了他们的心思：“高中的课程让人窒息，早知道就去读中职了，反正路是已定了的……”“四中真是变态，条条框框那么多，而且都是鸡毛蒜皮的规定……”“我以前总以为没有人关注我的，我是被遗忘的。想不到今天居然有人注意了我……”“普通班的注定是低人一等的，给人当垫脚石。尖子班的就算矮子也变高了，然后把你踩矮。可恶的是他们打篮球，可以犯规犯到裁判看不见，他们的素质根本没有他们成绩高……”“刚上高中，第一周的两次测试惨不忍睹，以后要加油努力了，不能这样下去……”……

一边看他们的周记一边思考。虽然他们是九十后，语言里带着诙谐稚嫩与不成熟，但是他们并不是没有想法，并不是不深刻，就像读者里一个九十后写的：你们无法理解的深刻……说实话，我在四中的感觉就是——急迫。记得当时我读高中的时候根本就没有这种被压着的感觉，气氛是轻松自由的，照样有很多人进了重点大学，而今这样的情形，也没见他们的重点率高了多少。每天九节的课程量，一节四十分钟，加上早读，放学一大堆的作业，这班九十后每天的一举一动基本上都被框得“有条不紊”。他们每天就按着这样的行程机械地运作着，真的没有一点空间，一点自由发展的时间。除了课程外，学校的条条框框真的是多不胜数，规定小到学生的指甲长度，头发的发型，等等。流水线作业本来是工业生产的一个伟大进步，如果运用于人，运用于教育，是怎样——我们把人当罐头生产了！

知道为什么雄鹰能飞那么高吗？因为在它们破壳而出的时候，展现在它们面前的是一片最广阔的天空。没有谁规定它们应该怎么飞，没有谁规定它们不能去搏击闪电乌云…… 九十后，他们的潜力是巨大的。举个例子，特别是九十后中的男孩子，他们基本上都是游戏高手，而这正是几乎为所有家长跟大多数老师鄙视的。在小小的一个方寸大小的游戏机上，几乎在一两秒内，要同时操控几个按键，画面的切换飞快，眼睛要关注对手的反应，还要做出反击，这些都是在同时进行的。试问，这样的反应速度和判断力，没有很高的智商，能做到吗？家长老师所鄙夷的，是他们没有从另一个角度去看待问题。为什么九十后的潜力会被

My favorite season is summer. It’s hot in summer. There is a summer

vacation in summer. I don’t go to school. I think many children like this

今天，为了星期五的试讲，我将教案又重新誊写了一遍，交给管老师再次批阅。经过她的点评和点拨，原本一份儿自认为还不错的教学设计竟是如此的漏洞百出。

不过，今天我明白了，针对小学英语词汇和句型的教授，更重要的是不断的操练与巩固。尤其是在随堂课上面，方式不必太过翻新、太过多样化，稳扎稳打才是课堂教学的本质。

与此同时，我也在思考：

教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《Atasnack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢？

而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。

之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。

总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven. I made a appointment to meet at nine oclock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. When I arrived, my friends didnt arrive. I waited for him in front of the KFCs door. I havent seen them for a year. And in a year, we didnt come into contact with others frequently. About ten minutes left, my friends arrived one by one. After we greeted,we went to play basketball in Liwan Gymnasium. The match last for tow hours.Oh!I fill very happy today!

I visited some page or QQ Zone in some old friend’s space. Some of them got married and best wishes for this guy.

I am a couch potato and crazy about the USA soap opera whose name is broken sisters. This series is very funny, so I will watch them as long as I am available. I really want to make some relaxation by listening to songs and watching funny series / movies. I guess I over use my eyes in the company, due to frequent overtime at the normal working days. My neck and my eyes feel terrible. I feel uneasy that I always dream a lot when I was asleep. The next morning when I woke up, oh, my god, I do not feel like doing anything at all, just feel headache. I hated to dream a lot in the sleeping time.

Sometimes I feel ashamed for my poor oral English. So many girls in our department can speak fluent English and absolutely do not have difficulty in communicating with foreign guys. I envy of them and I just too lazy to make some useful effort for spoken English. All the mangers in our company are proficiency in written and spoken English and all of them are from HK. Maybe I should learn something from them.

I need to work 5 days per week, after two days rest. Every time when I back to office on Monday, just feel verysleepy. Somehow I have the same feeling every Monday. I just call it black Monday. Because I have to back to normal and resume to work. I have not written something in English to record my daily life for couple of weeks. I think I need to make it up once I am available. No matter how busy I am, my strong interested in learning English will never stop. I think I‘d better go to bed early tonight, in order to avoid laziness for work tomorrow.

I was fifteen minutes late for school this morning. I usually go to school

was 8:15. I was afraid when I entered the classroom, because Mr. Zhang is very

This is my first time to join the summer camp in Zhejiang University. In the morning, we took part in opening ceremony. There were more than four hundred students in this sumer camp. 寒假的一天

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in

Shanghai opera. She was watching a Shanghai opera contest. The apartment was

much. It came and I didnt have to do my homework. We went to the living room

1、思想重视的不够

随着各种教学法涌入我国，对我国英语教学影响最大的当数“听说法”和&ldquo,日记;视听法”。这些教学法提倡将英语作为一门工具来对待，侧重学生语言技能的训练。然而，我们在着意于口头技能培养的同时却忽略了书面阅读和写作，在强调语言结构形式的反复操练的同时却忽略了学生语言能力的培养，从而导致教师和学生轻视英语写作现象的产生。

2、写作素材的缺乏

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. I want to kill my bother named kewang because every time and every day he makes me very tried. If yesterday he hut you, tomorrow he will heart you. He is a silly man, he went to bed at 9:00,then he woke up at 6:00 and then he shouted very loudly to makes me up. But I went to bed at 4:00 morning for my home web. I really want to kill him.

Today the weather was terrible，so I had to stay at home.

In the afternoon，I finished some homework,then I thought that maybe today

was very boring。I stared to surf the Internet ,and I found the movie 《Ghost

Rider》which was directed by Mark Steven Johnson by accident and then I began to

watch it. The movie told us that a lover of motorcycle called Johnny signed an

agreement with a demon in order to save relatives‘’ lives .However,he lost his

spirit and had to work for the demon.Then He used his spell to fight with evil .

The movie was so exciting that I coulnt be calm 。I would never forget this

movie.

I am a 10-year-old boy，smart and handsome. I am proud of myself. Because I can get perfect scores in Chinese， math and English. I am also proud of being an elderbrother.

That was a Friday evening， my baby brother was crying all the time. My parents were both cooking for dinner. I said to my mom， let me look after this little baby. My mom said， "Are you sure you can?" "Yes， believe me I can，" I answered. Then mom went to the kitchen. I went towards my baby brother. "Oh baby， dont cry. I will sing a song for you." I carried him and sang songs for him. After a while， he was asleep. I was so tired.

My parents were happy and praised me a good boy. This is my first time to look after my baby borther and I feel proud of myself.

今天，是汇报课进行的倒数第二天了。管佳静在上午第三课进行汇报。整个见实习过程，她都是和我在一个办公室。所有的活动，我们一般都会两个人先一起讨论。我们各自的课堂，在之前的教案设计，教具准备也都是一起进行的。我的汇报课在明天，她的先于今天开始。但是很可惜，因为指导老师管老师临时的任务，我没能去观摩管佳静的汇报课。

结束后，管佳静很失落地告诉我，课堂不是很成功。整堂课总感觉不是那么顺利，她不太明白为什么？因为她的准备还是相当充分的，这点我也是感同身受。结果她的指导老师一语中的，原来是因为管佳静在课堂上太过严肃，面无表情，没能放开，所以不能调动孩子们的积极性。

管佳静开玩笑地和我说自己本身就是个感情匮乏的人。虽是句玩笑话，却让我从中看到了自己的影子。我也是个很内向、很容易羞涩的人。站在讲台上给学生们上课对我来说已经是一种挑战，要做到有声有色，更是难上加难。

但是众所周知，小学教育特别讲究艺术性，就像一个演员，说哭就哭，说笑就笑，而小学老师的语言表达和肢体动作之丰富也不是那么简单就能做好的。对于一直很羞涩的我来说是种挑战。可那是小学教师的必备素养，我想我会突破自己，学会教育的艺术性。

明天的汇报课，便是突破的第一步。希望我能做好。

Last night, I had an interesting dream.In the dream I accidentally got a

magic pen with which I could write beautiful Chinese characters.Then I took part

in a calligraphy competition.With the help of the pen I got the first place. I

became famous soon and a lot of people came to beg me for some characters.I felt

very proud of myself.But when I picked the pen up and wrote down a character, I

found it very ugly.The pen no longer had magic. I was frightened into cold

sweat.Seeing this, people understood what was happening.They all laughed at me

and said that I was a cheat.I tried to find some place to hide but couldnt find

any.

昨天晚上，我做了一个有趣的梦。在梦中，我意外地得到了一支魔笔，用它我可以写出漂亮的汉字。然后我参加了一个书法大赛。在魔笔的帮助下我获得了第一名，很快我出名了，许多人都向我求字。我感到非常自豪。但是当我拿起魔笔，写下一个字时，我发现那个字非常丑。魔笔不再有魔力了，我被吓出了一身冷汗。看到这些，人们明白发生了什么事情。他们都嘲笑我，说我是个骗子。我竭力想找一个地方躲起来，却无容身之地。
