三、最后将中考写作的基本步骤和技巧归纳为以下几个环节：

5、串句成篇将写好的句子连贯地组织起来，注意上下句的逻辑关系，适当采用递进、让步、转折、因果等关联词语，使短文浑然一体，层次分明，过渡自然。6、检查修改文章草成后，默读1～2遍，检查修改，尤其要注意人称、大小写、拼写、习惯用语、格式有无错误，要点有无遗漏，文句有无语病，词数是否恰当，行文是否连贯。

学生最初写作时，教师要给予必要的指导，使他们少犯错误。教师还要经常性地例举错误的表达法，提醒学生注意避免。在批阅作文时教师要随时标出学生错误之处，还要随时记录学生所犯错误，把学生的错误加以归类总结，把普遍性的错误提出来，让学生集体改错，使他们的语言表达尽可能地规范正确。

总之，学生英语写作能力在老师有计划的组织和耐心帮助、正确引导下，在学生长期积极密切的配合下是能够得以逐步提高的。

Last week, my English teacher gave us a task, she asked us to form a small

group, each group was made up of five students, the groups need to do a

research, it is about how much people know about foreign country. In my group,

there are three girls and two boys, at first, we did not know what to do, then I

suggested our group take the cooperated work. As I and the girl are good at

writing paper, so the two of us decided to design the questions, and the other

research went go so well, we finished it in two days, thanks to the teamwork, we

did well on the task. The teacher praised my group, I have learned the

香烟，是大家最熟悉的，吸烟在当今社会也是一个极为普遍的现象，从年迈的爷爷、奶奶，到十几岁的青少年，有多少人不迷恋它?可你知道它究竟有多少危害?吸烟就好像在喝“慢性”的毒药一样!

科学家证明，香烟中含有大量的尼古丁。一支香烟中的尼古丁可毒死10只小白鼠，25支香烟中的尼古丁能毒死一头壮牛，40～60毫克尼古丁可使人致死。

由此可见香烟中的毒性的是多么强。还时时刻刻损害着人类的健康，引发了以下这些可怕的疾病：

1、肺部疾病：香烟燃烧时释放38种有毒化学物质，其中有害成份主要有焦油、一氧化碳、尼古丁、二恶英和刺激性烟雾等。焦油对口腔、喉部、气管、肺部均有损害。烟草烟雾中的焦油沉积在肺部绒毛上，破坏了绒毛的功能，使痰增加，使支气管发生慢性病变，气管炎、肺气肿、肺心病肺癌便会产生。

2、心血管疾病：香烟中的一氧化碳使血液中的氧气含量减少，造成相关的高血压等疾病。吸烟使冠状动脉血管收缩，使供备量减少或阻塞，造成心肌梗塞。吸烟可肾上腺素增加，引起心跳加快，心脏负荷加重，影响血液循环而导致心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、猝死综合症，呼吸功能下降、中风。

3、 吸烟致癌：研究发现，吸烟是产生自由基最快最多的方式，每吸一口烟，至少会产生10万个自由基，从而导致癌症和许多慢性病。

5、 吸烟对智力的危害：吸烟可使人的注意力受到影响。有人认为，吸烟可以提神，消除疲劳、触发灵感，这都是毫无科学道理的。实验证明，吸烟严重影响人的智力，记忆力，从而降低工作和学习的效率。吸烟有百害而无一利，中国53%的儿童被动吸烟，危害更大，容易患肺炎，支气管炎，重症哮喘和其它疾病。如果目前吸烟的情况持续下去，儿童的智力发育、吸烟的家庭，个人将会付出极大的代价。

为了自己的健康，为了不要让家人吸到“二手烟”所以我们应该大声疾呼：“吸烟危害了大家的健康，请不要再吸烟了!”

Today was Saturday, early in the morning, I woke up and stayed at home the whole morning to watch TV. After finishing my lunch, I had nothing to do, so I decided to call my friends out. I headed to the coffee shop which was near a square.

There were a lot of people in the square, some women were dancing and singing, while some men were taking the chess. I walked into the coffee shop, chose a table which was near the window, so that I could see the outside scenery.

When my friends came, we talked happily, we shared the things that happened during these days.

Then all my pressure was relieved, I forgot about the annoyance on my study. At that moment, I was enjoying the time talking with my friends. I had the great time this afternoon.
