饮食的重要性当然还有很多，以上我所说的只不过是最基本的而已，离要想成为一个健康的人，还差十万八千里呢!总之，我想说的就是一个人要想获得成功，就必须有健康的身子，要想有健康的身子，就必须注意饮食。
