我们学校相应上级领导的号召，积极发动每一位教师开发自己的学校课程，即综合实践课。作为初四的教师，工作相比之下比较忙，起初没有这种想法。但是仔细想想，我们每一个教师都应具有自我开发课程的能力，我尽量抽出时间来，研究一个我们大家都认为值得研究的内容。到底研究什么呢？我也在冥思苦想，希望能有所收获。起初脑海里一片空白。但是在今天我值班时，却碰到一件大事，有七八名男生在厕所里抽烟，满厕所里烟雾缭绕，还抽得不亦乐乎。还不时地在炫耀自己的吸烟姿势，我也不只一次的告诫学生不要成为烟民，劝他们停止吸烟，但是还是有一部分学生把老师的话当耳旁风，照抽不误。以致于学生吸烟的现象屡禁不止。现在，吸烟已不再是成年人的专利了，它也成为了未成年人的“专利”。所以为不让这种恶习继续蔓延，我们必须戒烟！

所以我打算搞戒烟这一个课题，作为综合实践的研究内容。我将以九年级七班为研究人员，从以下四个方面进行研究：1、烟的成分。2、吸烟带来的危害。3、什么原因吸引中学生去吸烟。4、中学生禁烟、戒烟的方法。通过问卷调查法、走访、上网查阅的方法来完成这个课题，搞研究不是目的，走形式。真正的目的是为了让学生远离烟草，充分认识到吸烟对人的危害，吸烟就是慢性自杀，使他们不要成为新的烟民。也就是说，开展无烟教育、创建无烟世界必须从中小学生开始抓起，而且越早越好，让中小学生尽早形成固定的思维——吸烟有害。

中小学生是祖国未来的希望，作为教育工作者，当你看到他们成为新烟民，当你看到他们生长在烟雾中时，难道你无动于衷吗？难道你不认为在中小学开展禁烟教育是我们每个教育者的责任吗？

希望我这次研究能使我们的中学生充分认识到吸烟的危害，真正禁烟、戒烟，从烟民中解放出来，成为一名合格的、健康的中学生。让我们生活在一个无烟雾缭绕、绿色的净化环境。

When we are very small, we dream to be the great person in the future, such as the scientist, the policeman and so on. I live with my father and mother in a very big house in dongguan. my parents are both very busy. they leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11 oclock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on playing till 2 oclock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day of my winter vacation.

But I havent bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether. Should students make friends on line ?Some people say yes .The internet helps make many friends .Chatting on line ,students can more freely express their feelings and opinions ,and even get help with their foreign language studies .
