Hello, I am Fan Rong. I am from China . This is my family’s travel plan. We are going in to travel around China during the summer holidays. We are going to stay in China for two weeks. The next dish is the main course.Many Westerners think the chicken breast with its tender white flesh is the best part of the bird. Some people can use their fingers when they eating chicken or other birds,but never touch beef or other meat in bones.It is polite to finish eating everthing on your plate,so dont take more food than you need.

At table ,you should try to speak quietly and smile a lot,but do not laugh all the time.

Most Westerners like soft drink if they will drive home.Many of them drink white or red wine with the food.When drinking to someones health,you raise your glasses,but the glasses should not touch. The custom of toasting in some parts of China is to finish the drink at once,but Westerners usually take only a sip.For drinking during a dinner,the best advic is never to drink too much.

Table manners change over time.They follow the fashion of the day .Beside,table manners are only important at formal dinner parties.If youre not sure what to do ,you can always follow your hosts.Although good manners always make you look good,you do not need to worry about all these rules while having dinner with your friends or family

I went Chong Qing in July 22.It is a city which was built near mountains.

So people call it Mountain City. In Chong Qing,I went to the Red Stone Center, to see the places which the prisoners lived in the past. It is a terrible and awful trip. There are a lot of dogs, and soldiers with guns near the prisons. And most of the prisons are good, they didnt want to tell the bad people where the other people were. They lived in very small houses. No good food to eat, no good water to drink.They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing.

I think they are the heros in that century. I will follow their spirit.

On the day of National Day, its sunny, I happily follow mom and dad to play in the taixing.

It is reported that in recent yiars several new holiday habits have been developed. Among them， the most interesting one is the growth of the so-called holiday camps.

From the report we can see that in 20XX，40 percent of people stayed at home for holidays. But now the proportion has reduced to 9 percent. More people go out for fun. This is a report in an English newspaper about city life in the United States. In many cities in the USA hundreds of people ride bikes to work every day. Some of these people have even formed a group called “Bike for a Better City”. They ask people to ride bikes instead of driving cars so that the city may have cleaner air.

For several years ,this group has tried hard to get the city council to make life easier for bike riders. For example,they want the city council streets.The council has not yet decided what to do . It wants to keep everyone happy.But,so far the only cycle paths that have been built are in parks. To this day the safest place to ride a bike may still be in the parks.
