We overlook ourselves, not because we forget, but because we fear that focusing on the self is an indicator of selfishness. It is moreover much more difficult to heal oneself than to heal others because the seeds of uncertainty are more easily banished when we act on anothers behalf. When we send healing light to ourselves, it is important that our intentions and our self-trust be stronger than ever to counteract doubt. As we bless ourselves in this way, we serve as both an active channel and a passive destination. This should not change the way we interact with the valuable energy we wish to receive, however. Though we may be tempted to consciously direct or influence the manner in which light impacts our lives because we know ourselves most intimately, we should not try to control its path. When we draw the white light of protection and purity to our bodies, taking it into ourselves with each inhalation, our belief in the fact that it will naturally move toward areas of dysfunction will ensure that it flows through every muscle and organ. And when we fill our spaces with this light, our environments are cleared of all the negative energy that can sap our strength and our spirit. One of the most memorable time I travel is to go to Ocean Park in shenzhen. As soon as I went in I jumped with joy, wow, a towering building, how so like a private house, I began to doubt. The house was full of praise for me.

我们来到海洋馆，里面有凶猛的鲨鱼、可爱的海豚、胆小的海龟，海洋动物真多!让我目不睱接，走着走着来到了海洋剧场，海豚表演、海狮表演，最精彩的是小丑跳水，滑稽、可爱的小丑，从跳水台上跳到水里，全身湿透了，有一个小丑跳着跳着掉到了水里，有的把救生圈丢到了另一个小丑的头上，......。

我们又来到海边游泳，海水一浪接一浪地扑到我身上，啊!真舒服!海水把海边的沙冲走了，脚踩在沙滩上，软绵绵的，感觉真好!

我们在海边捡了很多贝壳，形状各不相同，有大的、有小的、有三角形的、有栯圆形的，颜色多种多样，美丽极了!

吃过晚饭后，我们又到沙滩捉螃蟹，发现了一只小小的螃蟹，我迅速的用手把它捉住了。啊!真的是大收获，我们一共捉到六只螃蟹。 我们就高高兴兴地回到酒店了。

Travelers can choose different modes of transportation which have advantages and disadvantages. Airplanes are the fastest but also the most expensive. Buses and trains are less expensive， but they soon make you feel cramped and uncomfortable. Ships provide you with comfort unless you get seasick. Most people can afford traveling by bicycle， which， although slow， can limber up your muscles and get you closer to nature.

Very often, we are not conscious enough to realize that one little candy wrapper that we threw outside the bus while travelling could one day contribute to the blocking of the drainage system and could cause flooding in the area; we are not aware enough of the fact that the litter we throw away carelessly might one day turn the place into a trash dump; we are not considerate enough to see the tree we attempt to climb might be over 500 years old and can hardly bear our weight.

I think we should understand that travelling should not be seen as something that is human-centered.

It should be understood that when we travel, we should feel honored that we could still see and enjoy the beauty of the world.

We, as a human being, should be responsible for the few of the remaining beautiful places in this planet. Being responsible doesn’t necessarily mean that we are required to do something grand for the environment. It’s those little things that matter the most. After finishing my homework I went to the Tai Mountian with my friends during my holiday. When we got near the Tai Mountain by buswe were very excited. We planned to get on the top of the Tai Mountain. Next we began to walk we to the foot of the mountian. There were many visitors there. And all of us enjoyed the beautiful views beside the steps. At last we reached the top.Not only we had a picnic there but also we took several picturestoo.
