在此，我只想告诉“网瘾少年”，别玩了， 让我们成为网络的主人，它是拿来用的，不是拿来玩的，只把它当成一种工具，不要让网络游戏把自己玩了。

科技现在非常发达，电脑走进了千家万户。电脑的用处很大，它能像老师一样，让我们学到更多的东西，让我们和同学交谈，查到一些使我们感兴趣的东西。玩电脑游戏可以锻炼、提高我们的反应能力和手脑的快速配合能力，可以使我们在紧张的学习中得到放松，得到快乐。

其次，玩电脑游戏，尤其是长时间的玩，对我们的视力和健康都十分有害，当你沉迷在电脑游戏带给你的快乐时，你的视力也在不知不觉中一天天地衰退，等你最后醒悟时，已经来不及了!可能还要搭上你曾经拥有过的健康身体。

再次，玩电脑游戏，也许的确有这样、那样的一些好处，但是，好处与坏处权衡起来，我认为，玩电脑游戏，是弊远远大于利的。所以，我规劝那些痴迷于网络游戏的同袍们，为了自己的将来，请快快远离电脑游戏吧!

As a product of modern computer and the Internet, online games have become very popular among college students. Many students have enjoyed great pleasure and satisfaction from these games. But as we see, some students lacking self-discipline are too much indulged in these games so that their health and academic performances are affected. However, some others argue that online games are not always harmful. They can train the ability of youngsters to respond to things quickly. From my point of view, online games are a wonderful entertainment if you play them in a clever way. When they interfere too much with your study, it is better for you to give them up at once.
