在此我想对那些沉迷与网络游戏的同龄人说：良药苦口利于病，忠言逆耳利于行。不要再沉迷于网络游戏了，回头吧！后面将是大好前程，前进键是万丈深渊。

那一双恐怖的面孔，狰狞的双眼。却会变化成一个天使，一片草地。它辽阔，它狭隘，它给人快乐，却带来了痛苦。没错，它就是游戏。

游戏对人的一生影响巨大，他改变了人的一生，它使一些人变得富有，它使多数人变得堕落、沉迷。一些人说能控制自己，但是他进入游戏却永远的沉入了谷底，永不复生。它是多么神奇，能招风唤雨，使人赞叹不已，它能实现人们也许永远不会实现的梦想，它是多么的神奇，就因为神奇，沉迷它的人才越来越多，做游戏的人总是拿着辛苦的幌子来向人们诉说：‘人们啊，都来吧，我们辛苦的做的某某游戏，望大家都来玩。’打着这样的幌子来赚钱，而后使许多人毁于一旦，他们是知道的，大部分都是学生，他们正值青春年华，正值读书时代。但是他们为钱财而制作出更好更吸引人的游戏，中国54%的学生因游戏而不能自拔，只有18%的学生因父母或老师的帮助下走出了那片地狱。4%学生是顽强的走出游戏的大坑。至今19%的学生已经因游戏而自杀或者犯法被捕。这些血淋淋的事实却只能是一个教训。

游戏是人生路上的拦路虎，它凶猛无比，至于用坚定的心，用顽强之箭将老虎置于死地。为了父母的期待，自己的将来，我们应该去恪尽职守的去学习，放弃游戏才是真正的道理，为了学业，为了人生，为了在人生路上有更光辉的历史，让我们大声的喊出：“游戏再见，自信重来”。

Li Hua spent too much time playing computer games and he fell behind others. As a good friend of his, I must do something to help him.

Firstly, I think it’s very important for him to learn lessons well. He should spend most of his time on his study instead of computer games. Secondly, I must tell him that playing computer games too much is bad for his health, especially for his eyes. So he must give it up. I can play more sports with him after school. Maybe he will become more interested in sports than computer games. And then Ill ask him to concentrate more on his study. Of course, I will try my best to help him with all his subjects. I think I can do it in many fun ways and let him find much fun in studying. At the same time, Ill ask both his parents and our teachers to help him, too. The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the society. As a student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago. It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof. In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. In addition, Internet provides me a better way to communicate with my friends and professors. I can get response from my professor in a few minutes instead of waiting outside of his door for hours. Some of my friends are living in a foreign countries, I can simply just drop him an email whenever I can and get a message from him very quick. It is much better than waiting for letters. Also, the email will not lose while the letter might be losing in the process of delivery.

However, there are also disadvantage of using Internet. For example, I might spend too much time on the Internet to concentrate on my study. Also, there is a chance that I am cheated because of the Internet purchasing. Last, Internet has lots of information, both helpful and harmful. There might be too much tempatation that I will access some of the harmful information I can on the Internet.Even though the usage of Internet has both positive and negative effect to me, I still consider Internet is a symbol of technology development. I believe I can use the Internet very well as long as I know how to control myself.

当初同学们都对网游发了疯似地着迷，好奇心驱使我也去感受一下网游的魅力所在。这一试就是三年。我渐渐地发现。即使我的自制力再强，也终究会被网游一步步吞没，最后彻彻底底地变成网游的傀儡。为了早早避免这个恐怖的结局，我决定，告别网游！

刚开始我觉得网游没什么意思，不会令我如此地痴迷。所以一次次地原谅自己，一次次地包容自己，直到后来我才知道，我的想法是多么的幼稚，网游的魔力太大了，亲身感受的过程中，我明白了为什么网游会使这么多同龄人心甘情愿地走入陷阱，即使他们明知道这是个陷阱，还是会自己向里面跳！

网游使我的成绩一落千丈，我痛恨它，更痛恨我自己。我为什么当初会尝试这个错误的试验，我为什么会对自己的自制力这么肯定，我为什么会抵制不了这种低级的诱惑。在被诱惑的时候，我仿佛变成了网游手中的木偶，我们自认为操纵着网游中的角色，其实真正被控制的，是我们自己，而且是被我们自认为操纵的网游所操纵！

网游把我在虚拟世界中囚禁了整整三年，但是我现在觉悟了，我重新苏醒过来了。这说明，我战胜了网游这个诱惑，我成功了。现在退出完全来得及，希望大家和我一样，早早退出的好，否则就会成为最终结局的主角，到那时再退出，就真的来不及了。退出的过程是相当难受的，但是一旦退出来，你就会发现你是多么地伟大，你会为你感到骄傲和自豪！

从现在开始，我将删除电脑上一切游戏，将网络游戏永远忘记，绝对不会再重蹈覆辙。我杨松，我真正的自己，回来了！！

游戏是人人都熟知的词语，可以帮我们带来乐趣，可是你们有没有想过，游戏也是有危害的。

比如网络它会让我们的身心都沉浸上去；跳山羊它会让我们的身体受到伤害；斗鸡它会让我们摔跤，轻的会破皮，重的可能会骨折。。。。。。

网游它会让我们的心沉浸在网络的危害中，所以我们要主动去做一些事情——戒掉’网瘾‘。首先要主动避开，与其被电脑诱惑，不如主动把家里的电脑搬走；放学路过网吧，赶紧绕行；听到同学谈论网游就转身离开。另外转移注意力也很重要。

跳山羊的危害也很大，它会让我们的身体受到伤害，如：后脑勺。脖子等部位，要是你这里摔了，那里摔了，通的人可不是别人，而是你自己，我们班就发生过这种事情。九月二十六日，下午第三节课，讲台前面站了好多人，是怎么回事？原来都是跳山羊惹的祸，站在前面的同学一下课就去玩跳山羊，被老师发现了，全被狠狠地批评并保证以后在不玩跳山羊了。

斗鸡它会让我们摔跤，轻的会破皮，重的可能会骨折。父母可怖希望你们摔摔哪了，摔摔这里吧！父母可是希望你们健健康康的。

每一种游戏都有它的危害，每一种游戏都要控制的去玩，可不能沉浸在游戏里面啊！
