Giant pandas are Chinas nationaltreasure.They live in SiChuang province and Gansu province in China.They have black and white fur.Their eyes are big and they are fat.We love them very much.They like eating bamboo.They can climb trees and swim.Now,there are only about 1000 giant pandas.So we must try our best to protect them.

Panda is one of the scarcest animals. People in the world like it very much. there used to be many pandas in China long ago. As the balance of nature was destroyed and the weather was getting warmer and warmer, pandas became less. But at present, the number of pandas is increasing year by year. there are now so many pandas that some are being sent to other countries so that people there can enjoy them.

Nowadays, the biggest nature park for panda in China is in Sichuan. there is a research centre for nature and wild life there. Scientists hope that one day they will have enough pandas to be set free and let them live in the wild again.

我喜欢的动物，就像天上的繁星一样数也数不清，有威猛的老虎、高傲的鹰、还有活泼可爱的小松鼠和机灵可爱的猴子……等等。但我最喜欢的还是憨厚可掬的大熊猫。

大熊猫的四肢都是黑色的，其他的地方都是白色的，在她那乌黑发亮的眼睛旁边，最重要的是还有一个黑色的大眼眶，就像一个黑色的大眼镜，和一双毛茸茸的大耳朵，十分的可爱。

大熊猫十分喜欢吃箭竹，一只成年大熊猫一天要吃十千克左右的箭竹呢!大熊猫吃箭竹时，先把竹子弄断，然后扯掉竹枝，在撕开竹皮，然后左一口右一口，吃得津津有味的，大熊猫喝水时十分的有趣，她会挪动着那笨重的身子，慢慢的走到小溪边，然后后用爪子刨一个小水洼，然后就开始咕噜、咕噜、的喝了起来，然后再在岸边几个钟头就够了。

大熊猫是我国特有的珍稀动物，经常在四川、甘肃、云南的深山里活动，大熊猫被视为我国的国宝，和国家一级保护动物，“和活化石”等称号，非常有研究价值。那是因为早在很近以前，大熊猫就已经存在了，现在世界上仅存一千多只，所以十分的珍贵。

大熊猫平时稳重好静，但是遇到敌人时就会迅速的爬上树。

大熊猫已那憨厚可掬的样子，和温和稳重的样子深受人们的喜爱，也被为两国之间的国礼，赠送给友好国家，因此也被称为“和平使者”。

在充满无限生机的大自然中，有着许许多多可爱的小动物，我最喜欢的要属我们国家的国宝——大熊猫。

大熊猫的样子很可爱。它身上毛茸茸的，黑白相间的皮毛特别抢眼；圆溜溜的脑袋上，长着一双黑黑的耳朵，它的耳朵总是竖着的，像是在认真地听着什么似的；它还有一双乌黑的眼睛，眼珠子总是咕噜转个不停，而眼睛外面的一层毛，像是故意染黑的，镶在白白的脸上，如果你不仔细看，还以为是它戴了一幅墨镜呢！加上它那慢条斯理略显笨拙的动作，和走起路来东张西望的神情，常常惹得人忍俊不禁。

动物园的大熊猫，经过饲养员的训练，还会表演很多节目呢！如钻圈、直立、倒立、翻跟头、推小车等，这些都是我在电视上看到的。大熊猫的性格很温柔，也比较胆小，它不像小猫那样喜欢吃鱼呀、肉呀的，也不像小猴子那样专吃鲜美的水果，它只喜欢吃竹叶和竹笋。

大熊猫是非常温顺的动物，从不会伤害其它动物，更不会伤害人类。它是我们国家的国宝，数量非常稀少。它是那么的可爱，是我们人类的好朋友，我们一定要好好保护它。

I want to tell you something about my favourite of all the animals, i like giant pandas best.

Giant pandas are beautiful black and white animal. when a giant panda was born, it looked like a white mouse and when it grows up, it looks like a bear. i think it looks lovely. it usually eats bamboo shoots and leaves. i hear that giant pandas ate meat long long ago but now they never eat meat. it lives in bamboo forests so it can climb trees. i like it because it can make me happy.

But the number of giant pandas is getting smaller and smaller. many hunters kill them for their fur and farmers change the nature reserves to make more farmlands. i think giant pandas need our help. we should take actions to protect animals. encouraging hunters and farmers to leave reserves is the most important. though im still a student, i can write to newspapers and magazines about protecting animals. i hope animals can live a happy life.
