我想，只可能是考完试后，公布成绩时，大多数同学的表现!懊恼自己买没有细心再细心而导致失败的原因!但是，可惜了，后悔晚矣。只能空叹气。

我也是这样的一个人，只是单纯的注重结果，而忽视了过程和甚微的细节。其实我们是知道自己的实力的，老师也是在黑板上经常强调注重那一细节，注重那一细节，但是我们总是忽视了某一个细节，而导致差一点点的挫败，这一点也就说明了，你，不注重细节!

在这里，我想大家不会忘记，当年美国挑战者号升天的那一刹那，爆炸时的那火花四溅，让我们目触目不已，而最重要的原因就是因为忽视了一个小数点。我们还能够想到，当年英国最大乃至是世界上最大的豪华游轮—泰坦尼克号，就是因为全力向左才导致撞上冰山的，不是吗?所以，我们现在只能在电视上见识她的美丽。

当多种原因导致自己的挫败时，我们就要找原因来逃避责任。

—只是因为一个小数点……可是我们万万不能那个忽视这一“小数点”，因为这9和0。9只是在你的一念和弹指一挥间!

对此，我们的出来一个结论：细节，决定成败!

在我们身边发生着的细节问题，就是举不胜数，例如：在做一道数学题时，你可能会因为忽视某一个小数点而导致全局的分数偏差，使你气愤;你会因为英语考试是某一点语法没有记清楚，而丢分;会因为物理化学考试时，某个定理没背熟而导致不及格。

其实你就只是差那么一点点，实践告诉你，你没有决定细节，才导致的失败，其实你应该会更好的不是吗?

是的，也许下一次我会更好，但是，人生又有几个下一次在等着你来呢?你的高考失败，会有下一次等着你吗?但也许下一次你会成功!

面对这么多的因细节产生的失败的案例，已经是数不胜数，那么当我们面对这些微之甚微的细节时，我们应该怎么办?

在学习中我体会到认真做事只是把事情做对，用心做事才能把事情做好。如果每个人热爱自已的学习，每天就会尽自己所能力求完美。而如果我们关注了细节，就可以把握了创新之源，也就为成功奠定了一定的基础。甘于平谈，认真做好每个细节，伟大总将不期而至。这就是细节的魅力，是水到渠成后的惊喜。我将以此来鞭策自己在以后的学习中，在细节中求发展，在细节中求完美。

有一天是我来主持升旗仪式。

那一天之前，我主动去找负责升旗仪式的曾老师申请，曾老师同意了，并让我先跟着练几个星期。跟练的那几个星期，我非常羡慕，心想：要是能早点到我该多好呀。终于到我主持了，可到那时，我才发现，自己压根不能应对如此“大”的场面。

在练习的过程中，一想到自己待会儿要面对密密麻麻的人群，我就紧张到腿发抖。把这种情绪带到练习中，怎么也练不好，一次次的出错，让我心情更加紧张。

老师似乎看出了我的紧张，说：“别紧张，主持时看远方那棵树，对了，要注意这几个字，要读重音……”在老师的指导下，我渐渐的忘了紧张，全心投入到练习中，虽然中途不止一次的紧张，但最终都在老师的鼓励下克服了恐惧，最终，升旗仪式顺利的结束了。

结束后，回到教室我突然想起自己以前也经历过同样的事吗？

没错，我以前也经历过类似的事情，而且不止一次，但有哪一次不是因为别人给予了我鼓励而变得有自信呢？没有。

想想：在表演时大家给予了我掌声；在比赛时，评委给予了我肯定的眼神，在一个个困难面前，有人给予了我勇气；在……终于，我从回忆中抽了出来。

那天以后，我收获了一个让我一生受益的启示：自信是迈向成功的第一步。

有一次,老师提出一个问题让我们回答。当时,我很想站起来回答问题,但是我又怕回答错误,给同学们笑话,我一次次地把手缩了回来,不敢回答。知识靠积累,勇气靠磨练。我现在胆子大了,也敢回答问题了。其实,站起来回答问题,不管答案是否正确,总比只敢在课桌上说答案的同学要好一百倍。
