Round the common we went, to the Mole Trap, an erstwhile rough old country pub now tarted up for the motorists. I don’t go in there any more, so we sat on the adjacent public seat for a while and a short natter.

Time enough to break away, Tom to his lunch appointment, me for home by way of theYellow Crane Tower and Changjiang Bridge. See you in a while, crocodile! I arrived home about 2 o’clock. Just in time for my own Sunday lunch .

苏联卫国战争期间，阿列克谢??梅列西耶大的飞机被击落，他在双腿受伤、冻坏的情况下爬行了18个昼夜，最后同到自己的阵地。双腿截肢后，他经过锻炼，重又驾驶歼击机作战。他很重视人的体育积极性，这种积极性对健康和精神状态都是不可缺少的。他从童年时代起就喜欢运动，喜欢划船，踢过足球，当过守门员。他停飞后每天早晨拼命锻炼。每天早晨洗冷水澡，以此预防感冒。

为失败做准备

在美伊战争中，伊拉克总统萨达姆扬言，他已摆好城市游击巷战的阵势恭迎美国大兵。在摩加迪吃过巷战苦头的美军不敢掉以轻心，他们在苦练怎么打胜仗的同时，也在苦练打败仗后如何当俘虏。战俘训练课程的名称是“超压力灌输”，包含四大科目——野外生存、躲藏逃脱、积极抵抗、保命要紧。训练以近乎残酷的方式进行，但是却是必要的。它可提高人的生理和心理承受能力，一旦身临绝境，就可以从容应付。

90%的玄机

有这样一道数学题：90%×90%×90%×90%×90%=? 结果是59%。

如果抛开简单的数学意义，这个等式说明什么问题，从小到大，无数次应对过各种考试的我们都知道，60分是及格线，100分似乎比较难，而90分是一个可以引以为豪的分数了。工作中也是如此，很多人认为“把工作做到60%太危险，会被公司炒鱿鱼;做到100%太辛苦，也不太现实;把工作做到90%就很不错了”。这种说法似乎很有道理，但是工作的过程是由一个一个细微的环节串联而成的，每个环节都以上一个环节为基础，各个环节之间相互影响的关系以乘法为基准最终产生结果，而不是百分比的简单叠加。环环相扣的一系列过程结束后，“很不错”的 90分最终带来的结果可能是59分–一个不及格的分数，这就是过程控制效应。

一个集约化的现代经营过程需要经过构思、策划、设计、讨论、修改、实施、反馈、再修正等诸多环节。如果你不能够在每个环节认真对待，对每一个环节及时反馈和修正，不致力于每一个环节的完美，而是想当然地认为“结果不会有太大问题”，那么，最终的结局可能就是这个环节你做到了90%，下一个环节还是 90%，在5个环节之后，你的工作成绩就不是平均值90%，而是 59%–一个会被激烈的竞争环境淘汰的分数。在有些情况下可能还会低于这个分数，甚至变成负数!

到了这个时候，你再回过头来按照100%的标准进行“检修”，就可能意味着整个项目、整个工程都需要“推倒重来”，意味着时间和资源的浪费，意味着效率低下和错失时机，意味着先前的努力付诸东流。90%×90%× 90%×90%×90%=59%，这个简单的等式数学之外的意义就是执行过程不能打折。

“二五O”定律

美国著名推销员吉拉德在长期工作中发现，每一位顾客的身后，大体上都有二百五十名亲朋好友，这些人又会有同样多的各种关系。他把这一现象名为“二五零”定律。开罪一名顾客，将会失去几十名、数百名甚至更多的潜在顾客，相反则会产生同样大的正效应。善待刺头顾客尤为重要。美国一家销售家具的公司规定，凡在本店购买的商品，如不中意，六个月内可退，两年之内包换。

一天公司一家商店来了一位老妇人，手拿一只破旧不堪的门厅用的伞桶，说是不喜欢，执意要求退换。这伞桶已经用了七年，只能够扔进垃圾桶了。这样非分要求按理说完全可以置之不理，但商店经理认真思考后，果断决定给予换货。你是否会问，这样做，岂不是助长了一些人的占便宜行为?其实不然，这家商店经理深知：这样的“刺头”顾客虽是极少数，但是很有影响力。

如果对他们分问题不妥善解决，那他们很可能会四处散播不瞒言论，使不明真相的人对公司信誉产生怀疑;反之，在可能的情况下满足了他们的要求，他们可能也会提供现身说法，为公司带来更多的新顾客，这就是吉拉德说的“二五零”定律。

犹太人的“宇宙法则”

犹太人有5000年的悠久历史，其灿烂的文化曾光耀整个世界，其中也深藏着许多神秘的东西。“78∶22”就是散布在世界各地的犹太人世代相传的神秘法则–宇宙法则。“宇宙法则”有似中国的太极图和道家的八卦，是对客观世界的一种认识。

“太极图”显示世界由阴阳两极构成，而犹太人的“宇宙法则”认为：世界的一切都是按78∶22的比例存在的。比如，地球上的空气成分是：氮与氧的比例为78∶22；我们身体内的水与其他物质的比也是78∶22;犹太人做生意时喜欢按78∶22来剖析每桩买卖的相互比例。如世上“放款的人”多，还是“借款的人”多?一般人回答：“借款的人”多。但是犹太人老早就已发现：“放款的人”远远高于“借款的人”，其比例是78∶22。很简单，银行是靠借很多“放款的人”的钱，再转借给少数“借款的人”而生存的。

Ill never forget you and our co-experience in the classroom or in our shool playground.

Although we may go to a diffferent school and will have diferent teachers and classmates,I believe that our friendship will not fade at all just because of our separation.

Every one must have his own life and there is no friends that can be together forever,only what can defend the time is the most cherished friendship that belongs to us all.

Faced with the separation,we dont need to be sad as we know we will live a wonderful life in a new and unknown place,maybe when you get some excellent achievments,I truly believe that I will be the first man to be told and I will be the first man to send congratulation to you.
