情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

美，这是一个多么好的字眼，当坐公交车时，一位阿姨微笑着给老人让座时是美，当张丽莉老师义不容辞地张开她那像鹰翅膀的双臂来保护学生时也是美，人世间到处都是美的举动，美的微笑，美丽的瞬间。

那天，我和妈妈，哥哥在咖啡厅喝咖啡时，看见一个瘦弱的小姐姐走到柜台前，她穿的是早已过了时的白布衣，虽然上面有很多的补丁，可是穿在她的身上确是那么的整洁。她扎着两个小辫子，看起来好像是乡下人，可是她好像很坚强。

她有些犹豫不决，好像有事拿不定主意，可她还是径直的走到了柜台前，对那位刚才微笑着为我们送咖啡的阿姨说：“请问这里招人吗?”刚才还微笑的笑脸，瞬间变成了凶神恶煞的“鬼脸”，她不“客气地说：”怎么了?“小姐姐小心翼翼地问：”我想到这里来干活，我什么都会，洗碗，拖地，擦桌子。“那位阿姨美好气的说：”我这里不需要乡巴佬和清洁工，需要形象还美女服务员。“说完，拿出自己的化妆盒，开始装扮起来。

小姐姐低下头走了，她好像很伤心，我真想把这杯滚烫的咖啡泼到那个”泼妇“的脸上。我很后悔来这里喝咖啡。我转头向那位小姐姐看去。她忽然转过身来，给了我一个让我终身难忘的美的微笑。我顿时陶醉了。我不顾妈妈阻挡跑出去，

问她：”你没事吧!小姐姐。“小姐姐温柔地说：”没事，我们乡下人，人穷志不穷，我可坚强啦!这家不行，我找下一家，这里这么多店，我就不信找不着，放心吧!你妈妈好像很着急，回去吧!她又给了我一个美的微笑，她走了，可我却从她的背影上找到了美的影子。这就是美丽的瞬间把!

其实，世间有很多美的事物，只要你肯去发现去挖掘。我愿做一个美的人，一个内心美的人。你身上曾有过美的影子吗?你想做一个美的人吗?
