根据以上几点，我提出几个建议：

一、可以让水循环利用，加工、生产是许多用水都是防止火花溅出来的，所以可以给他们发一个机器，让水用完后回到一个地方，并且继续利用这些水，虽然手绘脏一点，可是谁都能判断，地球和你的手脏不脏，哪个重要，并且手脏了还能洗，地球被破坏怎么办？

二、请村长找人宣传，让人们意识到，晚上工作会影响到居民的生活，所以请他们晚上不要开工，影响到我们的休息！

平时在公园里经常会看到这种现象：一群人买了好多吃的喝的，他们找了一片干净的草地，围坐在一起，一边聊天，一边吃东西。当他们吃完东西的时候，他们拍拍屁股走了。再看看身后原本干净的草地上，已经变成了垃圾场。他们也许意识不到这样的行为是不对的，他们更加体会不到环卫工人的辛苦。尤其是那些草丛里的瓜子皮特别不好清扫。我建议那些扔垃圾的人，随手拿个方便袋，把吃过的那些果皮之类的东西都放进里面，然后再扔进垃圾箱。给自己也给大家创造一个美好的环境。再也不要用你那庞大的身躯去压那些弱小的小草了，因为它们也是有生命的！

One of the difficulities to an international resolution to environmental issues is the difference in individual nations view and policies toward environmental protection。 In order for international cooperation to occur and succeed， the nations of the world must submit themselved to international standards and supervision by an international mission elected by the participating nations of the world。 All members must agree to abide by the standards established。

我们家以前非常浪费水电。一天，母亲在客厅里看电视新闻节目，期间，在屏幕上出现了一个低碳广告，上面画着一座美丽的城市，可有许多人在浪费水电，乱扔垃圾，让城市变得脏兮兮的。然后，闪出一行字：请环保低碳。母亲看后，深有感触地“呼吁”我和爸爸也做一个环保低碳的好公民。

一天，我在洗脸，正准备把盆里的水倒掉，就被母亲阻止了，她用手指了指身旁的水桶说：“倒在水桶里，只要把这些用过的水收集起来就可以用来冲马桶，这样就做到了水的循环使用，即节约了水，也省了钱，一举两得。”我便乖乖听从。

我家的客厅顶上装的是个100瓦的白织灯，虽然特别亮，但很是费电，我便建议爸爸换一个节能灯，爸爸一听是个节能环保的好主意便采纳了我的建议，说干就干，随即取了个节能灯把原来的白炽灯给换了下来。再打开灯，虽然客厅明显变暗了，但一想到环保节能这四个字，心里就比以前更明亮了。

我往常在吃完饭后，总要抽出一张餐巾纸来擦嘴，母亲见了，说：“别用餐巾纸，用这个吧！”说着便从口袋里摸出一块白色的小手帕递给我：“少用餐巾纸，可以减少城市环境污染，还可以节省木材呢！”从此，我养成了用手帕的好习惯。

我们一家人平时在日常生活中互相监督、时刻注意低碳环保，我和爸爸母亲约法三章，响应国家号召，争当低碳、节能、环保的好公民、好少年。

寒假里，哥哥带着我参观了“话说低碳”展览。

我们一走进科技管，就看见一个地球飘浮在一个透明的塑料壳里。听了哥哥的介绍，我明白了原来是磁力的作用。

在一路的参观中，最吸引我的是“3种灯和一个问题”的展板。第一种灯是LED灯，第二种是节能灯，第三种是白炽灯，问题是哪个灯用点最少？结果是LED灯是用电最少的，白炽灯用电最多，节能灯居中。

我问我哥哥，我们家里用的是哪一种灯？哥哥告诉我说是LED灯。我真开心，我们家用的居然是最省电的电灯。

不过，为了减少环境污染，为环境保护出一份力，虽然我家用的是最节能的LED灯，但是我也要少开灯。我回家还要劝爸爸妈妈少开车，多走路。也为绍兴的环境保护出份力。

保护环境，人人有责。只要每个人都能从身边的小事做起，我们的环境会变得越来越干净，我们的生活也会变得越来越美好。

一：建议书-----保护环境,人人有责

大家都知道,地球上存在着许多危害地球的人为灾害,例如:水土流失,空气污染,森林面积大量减少……

汽车排放出来的尾气,是污染环境的罪魁祸首:尾气中含有 150～200种不同的化合物，其主要有害成分为：未燃烧或燃烧不完全的CH、NOx、CO、CO2、SO2、H2S以及微量的醛、酚、过氧化物、有机酸和含铅、磷汽油所形成的铅、磷污染等。其中对人危害最大的有一氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、铅的化合物及颗粒物。有害气体扩散到空气中造成空气污染。

汽车尾气的颗粒物中含有强致癌物苯并(a)芘，在一般情况下，1克颗粒物含有约70微克苯并(a)芘，每燃烧1千克汽油可产生30毫克苯并(a)芘。当空气中的苯并(a)芘浓度达到0.012微克/立方米时，居民中得肺癌的人数就会明显增加。

汽车尾气不仅对人产生危害，对植物也有毒害作用，尾气中的二次污染物臭氧、过氧乙酯基硝酸脂，可使植物叶片出现坏死病斑和枯斑。乙烯可影响植物的开花结果。汽车尾气对甜菜、菠菜、西红柿、烟草的毒害更为严重。公路两侧的农作物减产与汽车尾气的污染明显相关。所以,我提出了几条建议:

1.加强对生态,环境和资源的现状宣传,唤起市民的忧患意识,提倡节约资源,从我做起,从现在做起。

2多植树造林,希望大家能多带动自己身边的人,一起植树,保护我们的家园。

危害地球就是危害我们自己,让我们共同行动起来,从现在做起,保护我们的家园,用双手给自己创造一片绿色的天空!。

二：保护环境建议书

敬爱的舟山市市民：

你们好!我是沈家门二小的一名普普通通的学生。

我们生长在这个美丽而又富饶的地球上，是地球母亲给了我们一个温暖的家。然而，在此同时，我们却不顾后果的破坏各种资源，不但使他们不能再生，还造成了一系列的生态灾难。在大街上，一些在乱扔垃圾的人屈指可数，还有一些不讲卫生的人随地吐痰，一个个细菌蔓延开来，使人胆战心惊。沈家门近几年来，气温在逐渐上升，不再是冬暖夏凉之地，这还不是人们滥用电资源造成的。夏天，每家每户都开着空调，虽然解决了一时危机，但给许多人都造成了危害。来到大海边，海面上漂浮着许多杂物，有罐头、水果皮、食品包装袋，甚至还有一些居民扔掉的剩饭和剩菜。大海也不是以前的原样了，在汽油的污染下，原本蓝色的海水变成了黑通通的了，见了使人害怕。这都是一些捕鱼的渔民捕鱼时留下来的汽油。嘿，这是可怜了这海水!为此，我向您诚恳地提出了以下建议：

1、请让垃圾回到自己的家，乱扔垃圾不但影响市容，还污染了环境，请市民们不要乱扔垃圾，更不要扔到海边。

2、建议市民们自己组织一个环保队，去寻找身边乱扔垃圾的人，并进行教育和提醒。

3、市民们要在马路周围多多植树，树会吸收氧气吐出二氧化碳，时空气更清新。

4、建议渔民们使用一些好渔船，使汽油不会漏到海里去。

如今，创卫口号喊得响响的，可是这些不文明的举动常常出现在我们眼帘，希望以后广大群众能够爱护珍惜自然资源，让我们的地球母亲不再哭泣，焕发以前年轻美丽的容姿。

每个人都有自己美好的愿望，那些美好的愿望就像一个个欢快的小精灵那样令人向往。而我最迫切的愿望是：保护生态环境，保护自然，人与自然跟谐相处，让地球母亲健康美丽，共建美好家园。

如果你问我为什么我会有这么一个愿望呢？是因为当前随着人类社会的快速发展，人们开始大规模向大自然索取，破坏了森林、草原、湖面。这样，不仅导致了水土流失、土质下降、沙漠化、土壤酸化、粮食减产，引发大量呼吸道疾病，直接威胁到人民的身体健康。地球上的空气一点也不干净，不清新了，严重影响到人们的生活。伴随着环境污染、能源危机，人们越来越认识到科技的发展并未给社会带来真正的进步，反而是人类社会陷入了深深的不可摆脱的生态危机之中。

原本我们应该生活在优美的环境中，眼前应该是茂密的树林、清清的河水、绿茵茵的草地、万紫千红的花朵……鸟儿在天空中自由自在地飞翔……但是现在光秃秃的山坡、发黑的河水、枯萎的草地……不断地在增多。我们仿佛听到了地球母亲在痛苦地呻吟。还有，我们可爱的小动物们，更是大自然的精灵。它们应该幸福地生活在大自然之中，但是现今的野生动物处处面临着空气、水源的污染，它们还成了人类餐桌上的美味佳肴。看到它们失去了温馨的家，看到大自然生态平衡遭到的严重破坏……人类怎能视而不见、心安理得？我们要大声呐喊：停止狩猎！禁止砍伐树木！科学处理污水、浓烟！还大自然一个清新优美的环境！还动物们美丽舒适的家园！

前几天看见有小朋友在树下玩荡秋千，把粗粗的绳子挂在树枝上，快乐的在空中飞翔。树枝时常被他们弄得弯得直不起身子，甚至还会折断无论在学校还是在自家小区，人们为了走捷径，常常抄近路穿过草地，践踏草坪。一段时期后，生机盎然、绿茵茵的草坪就会出现一条不协调的长长的泥土小径，犹如一条拉链把绿色的大地毯割裂开了，美好的环境就这样被破坏了。这一切，真让人不安！。

为了保护地球母亲，让我们的生活更美好，我要放声呼吁人们：大家必须马上行动起来，从我做起，从身边做起，从现在做起，爱护一草一木，保护环境，保护大自然。只要人人献出一份爱，我相信，美丽的大自然一定会跟谐，我们的家园也一定会跟美丽，更美好！

“台上的同事一个讲得比一个精彩，马上就要到我了，我不免紧张起来。打开包，我准备拿出演讲稿，结果将包中中外外翻了一遍又一遍——糟了！我又将演讲稿忘在家中了，下一个就是我演讲，我只好硬着头皮走上台。

“刚上台，我的脑中就一片空白，那篇演讲稿可是集我才华于一张啊！忽然我想到什么，说出口：‘从小，我就看过许多环境新闻，看到了许多关于环境污染的事例。变脏了的河水，裸露的山坡，中毒而死的鱼儿，沿着海岸环绕，宽整整有一米……看到那些惨不忍睹画面，我不禁心惊胆战，仿佛听到那些生物的哭诉，而人类就是制造者！

“‘我小时候在农村生活，还记得村中有条小河，河水清澈建娣，有许多小鱼与青蛙等等，那曾是我与小伙伴娱乐的天堂，可几年后，我发现那条小河不见了。在那同样的地方，却出现了一条“黑河“，奶奶叹息着说，那是村中人不爱惜小河的后果！于是环境污染的重要性在我幼小的心灵中扎根了。

“‘这种现象不在少数，曾经的山清水秀，如今的臭气熏天，这就是人们的“杰作”啊。人们用各种方法，污染了我们美丽的家园，破坏了我们千年的摇篮！我听过这样一句话：人类继续破坏环境，终究有一天会受到严厉的惩罚。那一天已经快来了，泥石流、台风、森林火灾……受害的不是人类吗？治理污染是我们环保工作者的人物，使大自然焕然一新使我们的目标，我们有责任、有能力去挑起这个重担！

“‘无论今天我是否成功，我仍想渴望清水的鱼儿，渴望绿色的土地，渴望蓝天的白云一样，渴望我们的环境变美、变净、变绿！

当我说出谢谢的时候，耳边的掌声早已淹没一切。但我仍真心感谢我的坏记性，让我有机会说出自己的真心话，说出每一位环保工作者的心声。就像我说的一样，我不一定要当上局长，但一定要帮助大家拥有一个好环境，这是我最大的心愿。

“谢谢您接受我们的采访。谢谢”那位女记者笑着与我握了握手。终于做完采访，我松了一口气。我已经是环保局局长了，但我仍记得那次毕生难忘的演讲，以及我对保护环境的决心。
