这个暑假，我参加了社区组织的保护环境活动，这次活动主要是针对一次性用具展开的。

在社区里，我们经常能看到大家拎着塑料袋，使用一次性的纸杯，在小餐馆里，大多数使用的都是一次性筷子，还有快餐盒等等。因此，社区领导针对此现象，展开了一次环保活动，由小区里居民自愿报名参与。

我们将使用一次性用品对我们人的身体和对社区的环境所产生的影响一一列举出来，然后打印出来。早上我们站在小区的不同入口，将传单分发给居民。假如他们有时间，我们会为他们一一做解答。傍晚，我们在社区的空旷处举办了一次活动，主要是让大家上去讲讲对一次性用品的认识，最后活动的领导对使用一次性用品的弊处进行总结，并告诉大家如何从自己的身边进行环保，呼吁大家不要使用一次性用品，一起保护环境，保护我们的地球。虽然这一天的时间活动让我觉得很累很辛苦，但我从中锻炼了自己，并且学到了很多课堂上学不到的东西。也通过这一天的实践，使我有了些关于保护环境的心得体会。

这次活动让我深刻的体会到，当今社会保护环境的重要性，和如今环境问题的严重程度超乎我们的想象，同时也明白“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”。社会实践使我们找到了理论与实践的最佳结合点。也知道了保护环境光是口头上说是没用的要靠我们的实践行动来证明，通过实践活动才能更深刻的了解如今环境问题的严重性。

在我们亲自打扫社区街道卫生，分发环保传单时。发现虽然有些人对环保，对低碳并不陌生。可是他们在生活中却往往不知从何入手，因而并未采取什么切实的行动。甚至有些人，在我们上前宣传时，会远远的避开，一脸冷漠、事不关己高高挂起的样子。或许我们的环保意识的确有待加强，我们并不能再停留在口头上，而是加强实践，注重树立精神上的榜样。

朦胧的清晨，我迷迷糊糊地睁开双眼。

居然发现了阳台的土盆里有几点新绿，仔细一瞧，原来是几株细嫩的小草，那么青翠，那么柔嫩，根里还流露出水珠。

哦，这不是我平常把用过的水泼到土盆里时漂浮着那些小芽儿吗?居然长大了，真有趣?

我欣喜若狂，把这个好消息告诉了妈妈，妈妈透过窗子望了望，对我说：“既然小草这么顽强地长大了，那你要好好照顾它哟!”我信心十足地答应了。我把周围的小草苗儿都轻轻拔拔，把土翻了翻，还浇了些淘米水给它增添水份和营养。

第二天，下了一场小雨，我突然发现小草苗儿起了异常变化，它似乎长高了不少，绿油油地喜人。

然而，由于我的疏忽，一连几天都忘记了照顾小草。当我再次去看它的时候，出乎我的意料之外，小草不仅没有垂头枯萎，而是如一排排士兵昂首挺胸地矗立着。这让我也不禁对小草萌生了一丝敬佩之情。

不多日子，它竟开了一些紫色、黄色、白色的小花，迎着阳光，把不大的阳台点缀得生机勃勃，招来一些小蝴蝶在阳台上飞来飞去，留连忘返。

又过了几天，新的小草苗儿开始茁壮成长了，接连着，一朵朵艳丽的小花含苞待放，你挤我，我靠你，热闹极了!

现在，阳台上都成了夺目的焦点，家里人都忍不住要观赏几眼，若是闲着无聊时便在阳台小椅上歇歇，浇浇花，逗逗小鸟儿，别提有多潇洒休闲了!

阳台上，五颜六色的花儿点缀在中央，好似一幅美丽动人的画卷，处处都充满了生机与活力。

是啊，几株小小草苗儿的确不平凡，不需要有意播种，精心培育，竞自己扎根发芽，开花结果，为寂静的`阳台添了一丝生机。小草苗儿的生命力是多么顽强啊!正如古诗里所说的：“野火烧不尽，春风吹又生。”

一小株不起眼的草苗儿通过自强不息，奋发向上，勇于奋斗的精神，才会开出这么娇艳的花儿。

刹那间……

Computer is a very useful machine. Some of them are big, but some of them

are very small .Many people like playing computer. Computer has many functions,

so that people can do a lot of things by computer, like watching movies,

今天，我们读了很多关于保护环境的小短文。我想起曾经在我身边发生的事情。

记得是去年的暑假，我和爸爸一起去鹅湖边散步，走了一段路，我就一个劲的喊口渴，于是，爸爸就在路边的小店给我买了根冰棍。我边吃边走，一会儿就吃完了，随手把冰棍棒往鹅湖里一扔。爸爸看见了，马上提醒我说;“可可，不能乱扔垃圾噢!如果每个人都像你一样往湖里扔垃圾，这美丽的鹅湖不就变成了垃圾湖了。”我羞愧的说：“知道了，我下次一定不乱扔垃圾。”爸爸微笑着抚摸我的头说：“地球也是我们的家，我们应该保护它，爱护它，让天更蓝，水更清，草更绿。”我调皮的说：“噢，那就是大家一直说的，城市是我家，环境清洁靠大家。我明白了。”让从那以后，我再也不乱扔垃圾了。

我想爱护环境与每个人息息相关，所以要从每个人做起!

曾经这儿的天空很蓝，每当我做累了作业，便打开窗户，清新的空气沁人心脾，让人心情舒畅。眺望远处，茂密的树丛为人们遮阴，我还可以看到小鸟在天空中自由自在的飞着，穿梭在绿树间，细细聆听，隐约还传来几声清脆的布谷鸟的叫声。闲暇时，老人和小孩们也爱出来散散步，聊聊天，享受着这难得的时光。一切都是那么美好。

然而，现在这里变了。

我发现，这里不知何时，搬进了许多化工厂。几根高高的烟囱直插云霄，地上，冒出了许多大大小小的罐头，搭起了一座座厂房。再看看远处，依稀还可以看见货车在道路上忙碌的行驶，一切都是那么的突然。我以为这里有了工业，会更加的繁荣，没想到，这正是噩梦的开始。

我发现，天空不再蔚蓝，总是有点灰灰的`，总是能发现窗子边上附着了一些薄薄的灰尘。我还发现，化工厂为了逃避环保部门的检查烟囱白天排放的是洁净的水蒸气，晚上，那刺鼻的烟味就熏的人难以入睡，废气燃烧的巨大噪音吵的人难以入眠。在天空，只有那么几只孤零零的小鸟在空中转悠着，再也不能听到那熟悉的鸟叫了。散步的人也少了，没人愿意在污浊的空气里活动，没想到这儿也成了污染区，并且这几年越来越严重，居住在周边地区的人们也感觉到空气的污浊。

也许他们也做过这样那样的承诺，但是宣传的人多，真正行动的人太少了，那股力量实在是微乎其微，大部分那样的人还是执迷不悟。空气的污染，实在不是一日之时就能改变的。

其实人们不知道，这一切变化正是为他们敲响了警钟，只是让他们更好的生活，不要一步一步的走向灭亡。

对此，我还想向大家发出一些忠告：

1、不要浪费纸张，因为纸张来之不易！

2、不要乱丢垃圾，影响市容市貌！

3、出门时不要忘记关灯，以免浪费一度电！

4、洗完手请立即关水龙头，以免浪费一滴水！

5、不要在公共场所吸烟，既对自身不好，还污染空气！

6、养宠物的市民请不要让宠物随地大小便，既污染环境，又污染风景！

7、从我们身边做起，我们每一个人都要自觉做到不随便乱扔垃圾，不随地吐痰！

8、我们要爱护花草树木，不要随便砍伐，践踏绿色树木和草地，种一棵树就开辟了一片新蓝天！

9、一只小小的塑料袋在我们的生活中是微不足道的，它大约0。4克，可是我们每天只消费一个，就会产生4吨的塑料袋垃圾，所以请不要用塑料袋，减少白色污染。以上是我提出的建议，也许还不够成熟，也许我写的这些只是一个微薄的力量，但是如果你们认真对待，每个人都出这样的微薄之力，那么，邢台会变得更加美好。

亲爱的朋友们：

地球，这是一个蓝色的星体，它是六十亿人口的家园，它有青山、有绿水、有花朵、有芳草，美丽无比。我们都很感谢这个蓝色星球给了我们如此美丽的家园。

With the development ofscience and technology ,different kinds of pollution has been produced andcaused global concern recently.

As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. All that is mentioned above has a bad impact on the eco-system .Now, many animals aredying out. We are suffering from unhealthy food and water, we are faced withharmful rays and global warming. It was ourselves who had made a series oftroubles. As you can see, we are the final victim.

Above all, if we human beings cannot recognize theseserious problems and try our best to solve them soon, we would finally lose theenvironment suitable for us to live. So, it is our duty to protect theenvironment ,but what should we do to protect it?

In my opinion, the first and important thing is tounite all forces ,that is to say---gather all hearts together. Next we shouldprotect and plant more trees, which can dispose of the dust in the air. As forfamilies, it is effective to ride bicycles rather than drive cars. Don’t litteranywhere as you like. In addition, sorting and recycling the rubbish also playan essential role in the protection of our earth. 春天到了，燕妈妈带着小燕子从南方飞回来了。

飞着飞着，燕妈妈感觉天空越来越来灰暗，阳光没有以前那么明媚。燕妈妈低头一看：大地披上了黄衣，小河垃圾成堆，臭气熏天。嫩绿的.树木也失去了往日的生机。

一条鱼儿吃力的游到岸边，奄奄一息的对燕妈妈说：“燕子妹妹快救救我吧”

燕妈妈惊讶的问道：“鱼儿哥哥，你的家人呢？怎么就剩下你自己了？”

“人们不保护环境，乱扔垃圾，水质越来越差，夺去了我家人的性命。”刚说完，鱼儿的身体就浮出了水面。

燕子妈妈再次飞呀飞，飞呀飞，飞到了一条小河边，这条小河的水全都黑了，只有一棵半死不活的小树，我只能在这里又住了下来。可是没过多久，我又搬家了。因为我在这里儿生存不下去了，这里的草、水都有毒。有一天我就食物中毒了，幸好，一场雨把我救活了。

燕妈妈痛苦的大声喊道：“保护环境人人有责！”

地球是我们的母亲，可是近年来灾难频频发生，母亲的血液也混浊不清，母亲的毛发也快没了，现在的母亲已不是那个美丽漂亮的母亲了，地球母亲日益的衰老，而这一切都是我们造成的。

母亲一直为我们默默的奉献着，可是忘恩负义的人们让污水横流，让一些土地寸草不生，让黄沙满天，母亲终于忍不住这种痛苦了，一向温文尔雅的地球绝了食。

这下好了，农作物颗粒不收，山洪。泥石流。地震。海啸。赤潮一个接一个的来了，人们终于意识到了保护环境的重要性。可是有些事不可挽救的了，虽然为时还不晚，可是如果到了地球马上要毁灭时的最后一滴水将是人类的泪水。

赤潮是我认为最危险的灾难，当然赤潮的诞生还要多亏了人类。赤潮也称红潮，赤潮是在特定的环境下，海水中的浮游植物。原生植物和细菌爆发性增殖或高度聚集在一起而引起水体变色的一种有害的生态现象。赤潮是一个历史沿用名，他并不一定是红色。

“赤潮”，被誉为“红色幽灵”，国际上也称其为"有害藻类"，赤潮是海洋生态系统中的一种异常现象。它是由海藻家族中的赤潮藻在特定的环境条件下爆发性繁殖造成的。海藻是一个庞大的家族，除了一些大型海藻外，很多都是非常微小的植物，有的是单细胞植物。根据引发赤潮的生物种类和数量的不同，海水有时也呈现黄、绿、褐色等不同颜色。

一是大量赤潮生物集聚于鱼类的鳃部，使鱼类因缺氧而窒息死亡；

二是赤潮生物死亡后，藻体在分解过程中大量消耗水中的溶解氧，导致鱼类及其它海洋生物因缺氧死亡，同时还会释放出大量有害气体和毒素，严重污染海洋环境，使海洋的正常生态系统遭到严重的破坏；

三是鱼类吞食大量有毒藻类。

赤潮发生后，除海水变成红色外，同时海水的pH值也会升高，粘稠度增加，非赤潮藻类的浮游生物会死亡、衰减；赤潮藻也因爆发性增殖、过度聚集而大量死亡。

赤潮是在特定环境条件下产生的，相关因素很多，但其中一个极其重要的因素是海洋污染大量含有各种含氮有机物的废污水排入海水中，促使海水富营养化，这是赤潮藻类能够大量繁殖的重要物质基础，国内外大量研究表明，海洋浮游藻是引发赤潮的主要生物，在全世界4000多种海洋浮游藻中有260多种能形成赤潮，其中有70多种能产生毒素。他们分泌的毒素有些可直接导致海洋生物大量死亡，有些甚至可以通过食物链传递，造成人类食物中毒。

善待地球就是善待自己，拯救地球就是拯救未来，这世界都是有因果关系的，种下善良就会得到回报，种下恶果就会得到报应。解铃还需系铃人嘛，停止吧快去拯救我们唯一的住所地球吧！！

那么我们应该怎么做呢?今天，我给大家一些保护环境的建议，内容如下：

我们生活的地球正在迅速恶化，我们不得不注意一下自己的生活环境有没有对大自然造成危害，大家必须必须别乱丢杂物，特别是那些污染严重的垃圾，比如废电池，因为一节废电池中所含的重金属，如果流到清洁的水中，它造成的污染是非常厉害的，其次要尽量节约纸张、铅笔等树木造的物品，因为浪费了这些东西就是毁灭森林。还要尽量少用一次性饭盒、筷子和塑料袋等物品，以免造成不必要的浪费和减少垃圾的产生。

还有一些小建议：走时要随手关总开关，以免电器过热爆炸，浪费钱又浪费电，要节约用水，刷牙时要关紧水龙头，洗菜水可以淘米，淘米水可以浇花，洗衣水可以拖地，如此就可以减少一些浪费了。不要随意捕杀野生动物，一二级保护动物是绝对不能杀的，但也别捕杀青蛙等常见动物，因为青蛙为我们吃掉1.5万的虫子，而且大部分是害虫。有些人经常不以为是，依旧我行我素，所以我们要尽量少吃野生动物，导致他们野生动物销售额下降，不再捕杀野生动物。

我们的森林被称之是氧气加工厂，所以要爱护花草植物，不要破坏城市绿化，还要积极参与。而且还要少砍伐树木，别浪费木质的物品，因为浪费了这些东西就等于毁灭了森林，所以要少用，来保护越来越少的森林。

用节能灯炮来代替普通灯泡，虽然有些贵但是可以相对的少用一些电的。我呼吁大家：用我们的日常行动来保护地球的环境，让我们的子子孙孙生活在一个美好的环境中!

As time goes by, man is making the earth sick. People cut down too many trees and leave rubbish everywhere. Factories let out their waste without doing anything to it . 哦，我若有所思，要是每个工厂都能靠现代科技把废物处理掉，少一些这样的污染排放，我相信濮阳又是一个不一样的环境。

有一天晚上，我和爸爸来到马颊河边，每当来到这个地方，就能问到了一股臭味，风一刮可谓臭气熏天。爸爸说这条河有好多年的历史了，以前这里的水很清澈，可是，最近这些年城市的垃圾、工业污水等都排到了河里，以致成了现在的模样。

想起工厂的烟囱，看着墨绿的马颊河水，我感慨万千，保护环境人人有责，请爱护我们的环境，请大家保护环境，请不要让我们的地球生病。
