I am taking a long vacation this National Day .

My mother told me to make vacation plans. So I am thinking about what I am doing for vacation. 今天，随着医疗的发展，人们能够延缓衰老。对于名人来讲，他们使用高科技来保持年轻，看到他们常年在屏幕上保持不变的容颜，观众也想要模仿名人，他们相信通过使用高科技就能一直保持年轻。然而在我看来，保持年轻的方法就是拥有一颗年轻的心，一些人表面看起来年轻，但是在他们的心里，他们足够的老，并且拒绝去与时俱进。对于另外一些人来讲，虽然他们有皱纹，但是他们对一切都保持好奇，并且愿意去改变。我的爷爷年纪大，但是他对一切时尚的东西都了如指掌，有时候我不得不问他关于新的事物。年轻的心是永葆青春的方法。

Chinese food is famous all over the world, if you ask a foreigner how about Chinese food, they will be full of praise。

When we see the movie, Chinese food is praised by the people. Recently, there is a famous movie called A Bite of China, the movie is popular, it introduces Chinese food from different places. The audience is attracted by the delicious food, they never thought Chinese food would be so various. Now the second part of the movie has been made out, more and more Chinese traditional food has been introduced. After appreciating the movie, I begin to learn more about Chinese food, I want to have taste of them. The Person I Admire

The person I admire is my mum. She is an English teacher. She is very popular among the students because she spends lots of time on her lessons and has a good sense of humor. Students all enjoy her class.

我敬佩的人是我的妈妈。她是一位英语老师。她很受学生的欢迎，因为她花了很多时间在功课上，而且很幽默。学生都很喜欢她的课。

My mum is not only a good teacher, but also a great mother. She is patient with me and always smiling while talking. My mum teaches me how to think independently and helps me to build up my confidence. When I have some difficulties in my studies, it is my mum who encourages me to work until I solve the problem. When I’m feeling sad or bad, it is also my mum who looks after me with care.

I remember when I caught a fever at midnight last year, my mum took me to the hospital as fast as she could. When we got home after my injection, it was about 5 o’clock in the early morning. My mum only slept 2 hours because she had to wake up at 7 o’clock to prepare breakfast for me, and then she went to work. She must be very tired that day.

我记得当我去年在半夜发高烧，妈妈以最快的速度带我去医院。当我打完针回到家时，已经差不多凌晨五点。妈妈只睡了2个小时，因为她不得不在七点起床为我准备早餐，然后她去工作。她那天一定很累。

总是很羡慕电视机里军人们站如松、坐如钟的飒爽英姿，以及那“流血流汗不流泪”的坚毅精神，想着自己是不是也能这样坚持呢？这不，机会终于来了。

一大早，我们学校七年级新生都换上了军训时穿的迷彩服，远远望去，就如同一幅巨大的油画。我当然也在其中，虽然表面看来，我十分淡定，但是只有我自己知道内心是如此的汹涌澎湃。我好像看到了一只独木船正在海面静静地向前航行，忽然，刮起了大风，巨大的海浪一个接着一个，如同成群的野兽，向独木船奔去。

想起哥哥说过的话，“你要小心点，我们军训的时候，教官十分严厉，动作稍微做得不到位，就要被罚！”想得正出神，老师便来带我们下楼参加典礼。我可以明显感觉到我的心脏里住着一头小鹿，它胡乱地撞着我的胸口，就差要跳出来了！

带领我们的是一位浓眉大眼的教官，眉宇间夹着一个深深的“川”字。他一脸严肃，在训练的时候，我没看到他脸上有过一丝笑容，眼睛睁得大大的，好似两个铜铃，怪可怕的。教官一本正经的模样使我胆怯起来，同时打起了十二万分的精神。

教官在教我们每一个动作前都会做一遍给我们看，那炯炯有神的眼睛，那干脆利落的动作，那挺拔如松的站姿，我能想到的只有一个字，那就是——帅！

刚开始我们做的动作一点儿都不整齐，经过教官一次又一次的纠正，我们一次又一次的努力，总算能像教官一样——站如杨树，蹲如雕塑。一个个挺拔的身影，洪亮的口号声久久回荡在篮球场上，这分明就是一个个军人在接受着人民的检阅啊！

一天的训练就在这热烈的气氛中结束了，每个人的脸上虽然都显得有些疲倦，但从一双双明亮的眼睛中，分明可以看出那巨大的成就感——那种无法言语的感觉！
