登上了山顶，我心里体会到“更喜相山千里苦，我等翻越尽开颜。”是这次登山磨练了我的意志，也使我更加深刻的理解了《长征》这篇课文和红军勇于战胜一切艰难险阻的`精神，难忘的秋游。

Recently, the problem of environmental pollution is getting more and more

Christmas Day is on December 25th. It was originated in the western

country, but today, this festival has been celebrated by the world. For the

manufacturers, they are very happy to make this day as a shopping day. I enjoy

the great atmosphere.

I had a very special Christmas day last year. I experienced the western

style festival. There was a new foreign teacher taught us the lesson. She was

about 50 years old and she was very kind and we all liked her. On Christmas Day,

she brought us the desserts she made early in the morning. We enjoyed the

home-made cakes. Whats more, she invited us to came to her house and spent the

day with her. Then for the first time, I ate big turkey, which was so delicious.

The turkey was filled with many stuffs and the flavor was so good. After dinner,

下雨天

Its raining again today。And its raining hard。It was dark from morning

till night。 It was still dark at half past eight。 Even if I do my homework， I

接着，爸爸和我晃到了主食区。主食区可真是一个丰富多彩的“食天地”：各种各样的生肉散发出新鲜带着咸腥的味道;各种各样的蔬菜散发出清新带着泥土气息的味道;各种各样的水果散发出自然带着芬芳的味道……忽然，一阵诱人的香味传来，我和爸爸随着香味，来到了一个个蒸笼前。在一个透明的柜子里放着一枚枚小巧的包子、馒头、发糕和烧麦，爸爸当即下令捞走了部分小笼包，心满意足地走到一行行冰柜前。

冰柜里有冷冻的猪肉、鸡肉、小黄鱼。爸爸精打细算了很久，踌躇不前、犹豫不决地抓起两个乌鸡，丢进了购物包里。“哇，羊肉串!”我的眼睛被一线光芒点燃，可怜巴巴地望着爸爸。爸爸显得大方极了，不仅称了一斤羊肉串，还称了一斤“骨肉相连”。

Taking exercise is good for our health. All work and no play makes Jack a

dull boy. By taking exercise, we can relax our body and mind. At the same time,

we can harden our muscle and have a good figure. If we dont take exercise for a

long time, we may easily fall sick.

I enjoy several outdoor sports. Swimming in the sea is my favorite. Because

there are too many people in a swimming pool and the water is always dirty, I

prefer to swim in the sea.

Playing badminton is also fun. I can always find a place in the park for

playing badminton. Besides, I enjoy jogging in the morning. Sometimes, I jog

with my parents in the park.

As a child, I am very naughty and forget about what my mother tells me. One time, I go back home very late. 然而在现实生活中，我们也不无不遗憾的发现，在物质礼貌高度发展的这天，我国公民素质却出现了一些问题，随处乱扔垃圾的现象日益严重。据有关报导，有很多外国游客到中国来，看到景区垃圾遍地，便自发组织起来起来垃圾，完毕后才安心游玩。作为中国人，我们在对外宾捡垃圾的行为表达敬意的同时，更就应为自己的行为感到惭愧。12月19日，我校组织了一次“礼貌志愿者”活动，开了一场大会，看着礼貌志愿者庄严的宣誓，我当时真的以为：我们的学校真的要变成礼貌校园了!能够生活在没有地上垃圾袋，同学与同学之间能够和睦相处的校园是一件多么完美的事情。也许我的想法是错误的，我真的没想到，先不说普通的学生，就是“礼貌志愿者”也是只有“三分钟热度”。大会过后，又恢复到原先的样貌了，校园里地上还是同学们扔的垃圾袋，同学与同学之间还是脏话成堆……一点也没有改过的样貌。难道人都是这样吗?习惯就改不掉吗?
