3月8日下午，集团总部(含垫江项目)、开县项目、贵定项目分别组织女工开展户外踏青活动，陶冶她们的情操，放飞她们的心情，加深彼此间的了解、沟通，增强她们的凝聚力、战斗力，使她们更加爱岗敬业，展现风采，以饱满的热情和愉悦的心情投入到工作中。活动经费由公司工会支出，每人在200元以内。

3、户外踏青活动费(包含：餐费、节日礼品费(人均50元)、游乐活动费等)：计9600元

My classmates and I took a bus and went to the Animal Rescue Center in our city, where some stray dogs and cats are kept. As soon as we arrived, the workers told us how these animals were collected and what they did to help them. Then we were divided into small groups and helped them clean the cages. We were given some food to feed these animals.

I learned a lot from this activity. Animals need our care and attention, so we should devote our time to taking care of them.

到了地点，我们两人一组，分成五组，每组一个小篮子，里面装上6个平安果，我们的行动就开始了，家长们在一边看着。

我们看见有个阿姨走过，我们10个人就呼啦一下围过去就说：“阿姨，买个平安果吧，5元一个，祝您圣诞节快乐。”10个人吵作一团，都争着卖自己的，结果把阿姨吓跑了，谁的也没买，我们10个人就开始互相埋怨，又开始唧唧喳喳的吵个不停。我们的妈妈们看着我们争吵都一言不发，只是看着我们。争吵一会之后，我们感觉应该拉开距离，不能在一起，我拿了2个苹果自己去天桥卖了，我连问了几个人，有叔叔也有阿姨，他们都不买，我快急哭了，手里拿着苹果，眼里含着泪水，一回头，妈妈在我身后笑着对我说：“小朋友，我想买个平安果，多少钱一个啊?”我说：“不卖您，看我的，我一定能卖出去。”这时过来了一个阿姨，我走过去说：“阿姨，您买个平安果吧，5元一个，祝您……。”我的话还没说完，没想到阿姨说：“孩子，我买一个。”阿姨给我5元钱。“耶，我卖了一个平安果。”我高兴的蹦很高，我真高兴，忘记了寒冷，忘记了刚才的难过。我后来又卖了两个苹果，一个是5元卖的，一个是1元买的，我一共卖了11元钱。

元旦的前一天，也就是十二月三十一日，我们学校为了庆祝元旦，举行了盛大的有趣运动会。

上午八时四十分，操场上人山人海，人声鼎沸，各种讲话声、呼喊声不绝于耳，同学们怀着激动的心情，等待活动的开展。一会儿，迎面接力赛开始了，只听到“啪”的一声枪响，选手们像离弦之箭冲了出去。旁边的同学一边鼓掌，一边大声高呼，加油、加油，为选手助威呐喊。同学们有的拍红了手掌，有的喊哑了嗓子。选手们你来我往，最后一名同学终于冲过了终点，结果我们班得了第二名，二(2)班得了第一名，二(1)班得了第三名。第二个比赛项目是拍球，我是一名拍球选手，只听到一声哨响，我立即放下球，迅速地拍起球来，只听到同学们不停地数着数，一、二、……一百、二百……，其他同学不停地为我加油助威，过了一分钟，又是一声哨响，比赛结束了，结果二(1)班第一名，我们第二名，二(2)班第三名。

比赛结束了，大家意犹未尽。虽然这次我们没有得到第一名，但是我们并不灰心，我们只要加紧锻炼，不断努力，牢记胜不骄、败不馁这句话，下次我们一定可以得到第一名。

明天就是中国共产党95华诞，受组织安排，作为优秀党务工作者的代表发言，我深感荣幸，我要感谢党组织给我这次难得的机会，也要感谢同志们对我的信任。这是局党委对我们受表彰的党务工作者的鼓励和肯定，这个荣誉同样属于所有在座的共产党员和党务工作者。下面我简单谈谈从事党务工作的几点体会和感受，不妥之处，敬请各位领导和同志们批评指正。

一、勤于学习，自觉锤炼，不断提升从事党务工作的能力。

2008年，我从一名景德镇一中普通党员、班主任，到担任学校党总支办公室副主任，我知道，要做好党务工作，首先要敢于吃苦、乐于吃苦，在日常工作中，事事、处处、时时都严格要求自己，以强烈的事业心和高度政治责任感完成好党务工作。教学之余，我积极加强自身学习，不断提升党务工作的能力，为确保工作不出差错，常把《组织工作手册》浏览了一遍又一遍，然后把常用的部分做上标记，便于自己随时翻阅，同时，自己还常常认真阅读《党建文汇》、《党建》等杂志的内容，以帮助自己提高业务能力，因为党务工作虽然琐碎平凡，却下联基层党员，上联组织部门，非常重要。记得我刚接手这项工作不久，在局党委的统一安排下，各个学校开始进行“党内统计年报”工作。由于我之前根本不了解党内统计年报的相关工作程序和要求，开始统计时大脑一片茫然，随后我一边认真利用开会时的记录，一边与兄弟学校的“专家”请教取经，经过多次的修改，终于按时按质的完成此项工作。

通过学习，我明白了：作为党务工作者，业务知识不熟悉、知识面过于狭窄，是做不好党务工作的;同时我还感觉到，党务工作者在学习党的理论知识外，还要广泛学习法律知识和其他各方面的知识，拓展视野，才能更好地开展工作。

二、求真务实，开拓进取，努力做好党务工作。

在党务工作中，一方面，我总要求自己将党务工作的所有资料整理、仔细查看并逐一协助落实。这样做，一是为了加强自身学习，二是通过深刻领会精神，结合学校实际情况，以及教育的新形势、新要求，进行拓宽调整和改进，更好地开展工作;另一方面，是统一党务公开形式和时间，规定党务公开以公开栏为主，以会议、广播等形式为辅;第三是建立党务公开档案，对党务公开的内容及时归档，并做到资料齐全。这样一来加大了对党建工作质量和各项任务完成情况的量化管理和考核，减少了工作的随意性。上争求书记意见，下走访群众党员，使得从上到下对制度认可，自觉遵守。

1、抓载体、抓学习，提高政治思想素质。

作为一名党员，在“科学发展观”、“创先争优”“党的群众路线教育实践”等活动中，勇当排头兵。尤其是今年，党总支严格按照上级党委的部署，认真开展党的群众路线教育实践活动，我积极配合学校党总支动员部署，采用多种方式组织党员学习研讨，提高学习成效，同时广泛征求意见建议，边学边改，立行立改。全体党员干部、教师在活动中提高了认识，增强了党组织的战斗力和凝聚力，在教育教学工作中涌现出更多的优秀共产党员，形成学先进、赶先进、比奉献的浓厚氛围。今年七一，我校也非常荣幸的评为了“市直机关优秀党组织”。

2、抓教风、促质量、树立良好党员形象。

我在从事学校党务工作的同时，也在一线从事教学和班主任工作，学校领导多次谈话，希望两工作要两不误、两促进。在教学工作中努力做到爱岗敬业，前两年因骨折拄着双拐上课达三个月之久，今年生病住院也不耽搁工作。教学工作中爱护和关心每一位学生，不断提高教育教学水平，辅导学生获全国竞赛奖达24人次之多;在省、市发表及获奖论文二十余篇;曾多次获全省、市教师优质课比赛中荣获一、二等奖;多年执教高三毕业班和素质班，我所带的班级也成为党员示范岗，在工作中取得一定的成绩，也赢得了领导和同事和家长的认可和尊重。

三、协助学校健全各项制度，严格规范入党程序

在党务工作中，我努力做到定时、定内容，按时安排好每次组织生活，提高组织生活的实效;按规定写好会议记录，整理好党组织有关档案材料。在“坚持标准、保证质量”的前提下，积极慎重地发展新党员，认真分析入党动机，严格掌握标准和程序，确保质量。由于学校党支部具有强大的凝聚力和向心力，许多教职工纷纷要求加入党组织。目前我校党支部党员人数已达到100人，积极申请要求入党的积极分子还有数人，党组织凝聚力不断加强。

虽然在党务中取得了一定成绩，积累了一些经验，但从整体上来看，离市局党委、离职工群众的要求还有着相当大的差距。面对新形势、新任务，我一定会乘这次表彰大会的东风，不断更新和明确工作思路，改革和创新工作方法，把新时期学校党务工作做得更好更有特色，为争创一流的模范党组织而努力奋斗。
