一、存在的问题

通过学习并结合自身思想工作和生活实际，对自身进行认真剖析，发现自己还存在一些问题和不足，主要表现在以下几方面：

(一)在坚定理想信念方面，与党的十八大要求存在一定的差距。从思想深处对马克思主义的理论、对社会主义道路、对共产主义的信念都是坚信的，在工作、生活中也是坚守和追求的。但是有时当碰到一些问题时，思想上也会产生一些想法和模糊认识。

(二)在解放思想方面存在的问题。解放思想的程度、深度还不够，思想观念更新滞后;要求其他领导干部解放思想多，但增强干部群众思想解放的意识比较少。

(三)在作风建设方面存在的问题。按部就班、循规蹈矩的现象仍然存在，服务大局、服务群众方面还不够到位，不能很好的适应新形势下科学跨越、后发赶超的需要。

(四)在廉政建设和自律意识方面存在的问题。存在对相关制度、纪律的掌握不够细，不够透彻的问题。

二、存在问题的主要原因

以上问题的存在，虽然有一定的客观原因，但主要是主观原因造成的。主要表现在：

(一)政治理论学习的深度和广度还不够系统深入。理论学习缺乏系统性，平时学习只是机械的读书，没有从思想深处，结合工作生活去学习，不能全面、系统的掌握科学理论体系的精神实质，对理论学习重视程度不够，理论学习的不深入，思想上必然产生模糊认识，从而影响了理论水平的提高。通过十八大报告和有关文件的学习，从思想上解决了模糊认识，使我对共产主义理想信念和追求更加清醒和坚定，对中国的和平崛起，对中华民族的伟大复兴更加充满信心。

(二)思想改造缺乏实践性，导致思想与实践有脱节的地方。通过学习，使我更深刻的认识到，在精神追求上也有较大差距。可以说在思想上是有精神，但没有很好的去追求，对共产主义的远大理想的追求有所淡化。作为一名党员领导干部来讲，都是极其错误的。通过学习，在认识上有了很大提高，要发挥党员的先锋模范作用，在今后的工作生活中修正精神追求上的认识，坚定理想信念，坚守精神追求，追求党所倡导的积极向上的物质、文化、生活中的优良传统和作风，以更好的作风和精神状态投入到工作、生活中去，为xx的稳定繁荣发展做出积极贡献，

(三)宗旨观念有所淡化。没有很好的加强世界观、人生观的进一步改造，平时忙于事务性工作，同人民群众的联系有所减少，为人民服务的宗旨意识有所淡化，有时产生松口气的念头，致使某些细小工作做的不够实，不够深入，不够细致，服务人民意识不够强，忽视了工作的积极性、主动性、创造性。

(四)学习方面自我要求有所放松，忽视了自我约束、自我监督、自我提高。有时放松了对最先进科学文化业务知识的及时更新，凭经验做事，虽有时意识到了，但没能够及时弥补，没有时刻提醒自己注意及时跟进，全面发展，紧紧跟上时代发展的脚步。

Last afternoon,our group stopped beside the threatre andbegan to exercise.A moment later,I could barely concentrate and my body wasshaking fiercely.We were asked to stand straightly and properly.I tried hard tohold on my pace,but then my brain started to go blank.Ninty percent of my sightwas covered by some sorts of shadows as if they’were starve devils,eating up mymind.With the help of my teachers,those annoying shadows graudually fadedaway.Then it just left me endless guilty and shame.I just wanna go home.

I am proud of being a college student. I like my college life as it is so wonderful time in my youth. As being born in small village of the remote countryside, I didnt have a good education environment. However, I set a goal and felt confident to be a college student. After hard study, I passed the entrance examination of national college by excellent achievement. All people were proud of me, as I was the first college student in my village.
