徐老师说，嵊州相对来说是个小地方，招收顶尖教育人才有些困难，所以只能用优厚的条件来吸引一些有潜力的教师。

公告发布后，教体局迟迟没有等来应聘者的毛遂自荐。他们只好各方打听，挑选出十几个知名的竞赛教师，然后一一寄送了邀请函。

副校长叶利平说，竞赛教师主要的教学任务就是辅导学生的竞赛培训，可以不参加或者少参加日常教学。由于还没招到人，所以暂时没有具体的课程安排。

记者昨天从萧山中学了解到，他们已经成功引进了一位知名教师，同时表示，“如果有牛的数学教师，欢迎!”

在那次招聘前，萧山中学就已经用同样的方式招到了1名数学教师、2名化学教师和1名生物教师，分别来自安徽、江西和福建。

叶利平也知道萧山中学招到了牛人，为此羡慕不已。他认为，这是因为萧山比嵊州拥有更优的地理位置和经济条件。

方老师是省内某高中的竞赛教师。十几年前，因为带出了不少竞赛尖子生，他被现在的学校看中，从老东家“挖”了过来。

方老师说，竞赛教师确实赚得比其他教师多一些，但也比他们忙得多，赚的都是辛苦钱。

这跟新高考改革以来，名牌高校在浙江的招生制度分不开。

2016年北大、清华在浙江的录取榜单显示，2016年浙江省共有347名考生被北大、清华录取，其中裸分(即高考没有任何加分)考上北大、清华的仅39人，其余都是通过“三位一体”、自主招生等形式。

I have lots of things to do in my free time.

Usually I take exercise after school so that I can keep healthy and study

better. Sometimes I listen to the music for a while, which is a good way to

relax myself. Of course, I help my parents with the housework at the weekends

too. When I get tired, I would like to sit by the balcony and read books such as

a novel, a science fiction, or even a poem. Reading calms my heart down and

SATisfies my hunger for knowledge.

I always hear about my friends complaining, they say their income is such low that they cant not make ends meet.
