一审法院认为，被告人李某、袁某、郭某、姚某，使用虚假的身份证明骗领银行信用卡，构成妨害信用卡管理罪，其中李某、袁某、郭某骗领信用卡数量巨大，故依法判处李某有期徒刑7年，罚金10万元;判处袁某有期徒刑5年，罚金8万元;判处郭某有期徒刑5年，罚金8万元;判处姚某有期徒刑1年6个月，罚金2万元。但4名被告人不服一审判决，提起上诉。

市三中院二审审理认为，一审法院判决事实清楚，证据确实、充分，定罪及适用法律正确，量刑适当，审判程序合法，故裁定维持原判。
