现在照像有了数码技术，用不着担心浪费胶片，因此很难理解当时照像所必须的摆拍。在过去视胶片为金的年代里，一旦没有拍好很可能意味着胶片就没了，就不能拍了。在老梁根本不了解那个年代里，不但胶片数量少的惊人，甚至粮食、猪肉、绵布、鸡蛋等一切生活用品也都要每月凭票定量供应。

在翻阅历史老照片过程中，许多家庭都会发现一个现象，即上世纪60年代初、也就是雷锋生活的那个年代照片很少。

凡在那个年代生活过的人会想到，那时正值三年自然灾害，人们连吃饭都成问题，哪有钱去照像、去买胶卷、去进行这项奢侈活动?

频繁跳槽对一个人的发展未必就是好的

若以大学毕业作为时间起点，五年乃至十年之后，再回过头来看不同人的不同就业选择，往往会发现这样一个有趣现象。第一类人，可以称为“牛人”，他们一毕业就进入了大公司或好单位，从事具有挑战性与创造性工作，能力得到快速成长，职位得到顺利提升，他们很少跳槽。第二类人，不妨称为“好人”，他们怀着对职业的敬畏，用干一行爱一行的心态，投入时间与精力，争取在自己的行业中做到最好。几年后，他们未必大富大贵，但也可算是成功者，他们很少跳槽;第三类人，不妨称为“强人”，他们有一颗永不安分的心，对自己的能力也十分自信。几年时间里，他们怀揣良好愿望，总把希望寄托在下一个职业身上，频频跳槽。若干年以后，当别人进入收割季节，他们仍走在耕耘的路上。

跳槽过于频繁对一个人来说，未必是明智之举。有一个招聘网站对某一届本科毕业生作过一项调查表明，毕业3年内一直为1个雇主工作的毕业生月收入最高，为6487元。工作过的雇主数越多，其月收入反而越低，为5个及以上雇主工作过的本科毕业生3年后月收入最低，为6014元。这说明，频繁换工作并不能给自己带来更可观的薪酬，而从事某一职业或行业的时间越久，涨薪的可能性越大。理论上说，职业的忠诚度可以为自己带来更好的职业声誉，以及更加熟练的职业技能，这些都是个人发展的基石。

惯性跳槽不可取 要有长线意识

人固然不能在一棵树上吊死，但是“树”太多，也容易挑花眼。跳槽跳多了，就容易变为“习惯性跳槽”，对职业缺乏敬畏，更无所用心，到头来，根本不知道自己想干什么、能干什么。不说“干一行爱一行”这些老话，至少也应该给自己一点时间，证明新职业是否适合自己，经过充分试错之后，再作去留决定。投资理财要有长线意识，对有前景的项目放长线钓大鱼，职业选择亦当如此，不要过于计较短线收益。
