北京蓝志博洋食品商行销售的标称安徽金满院酒业有限公司生产的原浆酒(十年原浆)，环己基氨基磺酸钠(甜蜜素)检出值为0.000190g/kg。标准规定为不得检出。检验机构为北京市产品质量监督检验院。

另外，本次还抽检方便食品100批次、糖果制品241批次、食用油、油脂及其制品82批次、乳制品75批次、饮料106批次、速冻食品78批次和炒货食品及坚果制品111批次，均未检出不合格样品。

国家食药监总局表示，对上述抽检中发现的不合格产品，生产企业所在地天津、山西、黑龙江、广西、安徽等省(区、市)食品药品监管部门已责令企业查清产品流向，召回不合格产品，并分析原因进行整改;经营单位所在地北京、黑龙江和广西等省(区、市)食品药品监管部门已要求有关单位立即采取下架等措施，控制风险，并依法予以查处。涉嫌犯罪的，及时移送公安机关追究刑事责任。查处情况于2017年2月28日前报国家食品药品监督管理总局并向社会公布。

恻隐之心、人皆有之，人天生就具有同情心，遇到事情往往容易下意识地站在“弱势群体”的一边。这当然没错，可以更好地维护弱者的利益和尊严。只不过，事情并非绝对，弱者并非天然正义，有时候他们也存在过错。毋庸讳言的是，还有人故意利用人们同情弱者的心理，通过类似于表演的方式来夸大弱势，以此来换取他人的同情和支持，进而逃避责任甚至攫取利益。此类现象并不罕见，一些理性者将其总结为“我穷我有理、我弱我有理”，对此进行了一些讨论和反思。

撞了别人的车，跪地上就磕头，说白了就是一种道德绑架;一个月1500元工资，真的就赔不起6000元钱了吗?至于反应那么夸张，乃至于“当场吓晕”吗?他们有没有表演甚至“耍赖”的嫌疑，我们不得而知。但这样做，起码不是负责任的态度，也自损尊严。

其实，相对于开奥迪、保时捷的车主，骑三轮车的哑巴、女保洁工经济上可能有差距，并且差距不小，可在尊严和权利上并不低人一等。而在法律规定的责任、义务方面，更是人人平等。撞了车，就应当按照法律规定客观划分责任，该承担的要承担，该赔偿的要赔偿。如果赔不起，还可以跟车主协商减免，或寻求其他人的帮助。上来就又是磕头又是晕倒的，难免让人怀疑其诚意和态度。车主虽然有钱，人家的钱也是自己挣来的，不是天生掉下来的，不能因为别人有钱就要对其实施道德绑架。

法治社会里，一切都要以事实为依据、以法律为准绳。遇到类似问题，车主应及时报警，请警察来厘清责任、依法处置。围观者要将关注点放在事情处理是否公平、公正上，而非同情心泛滥，人为地将涉事双方划分为富人、穷人两个泾渭分明的阵营，更不该感情用事，试图以个人好恶去影响、干预相关处理。否则，便不是法治社会的应有之义，很容易沦为“多数人的暴力”。

“我穷我有理、我弱我有理”之类的心态当休矣。如果无法实现法律面前人人平等，如果某个群体的合法权益得不到法律的有效保护，最终损害的是法律的严肃性和法治的尊严，所有人的利益都可能因此受损——不管他是开豪车的富人，还是骑三轮车的穷人。而如何实现社会分配体制的公平、让所有的人都能过上富裕体面的生活，则是另一个话题了。

欧美国家人们在表述“顾客是上帝”时，很少用Customer is the god(顾客是上帝)，一般用的都是The customer is always right(顾客总是对的)。真正比较原汁原味提出“顾客是上帝”的，实际是一个日本人。

三波春夫是日本上世纪歌手，他演唱的歌谣浪曲，在中国知名度不如千昌夫的《北国之春》。但他在日本非常有名。他曾在1964年东京奥运会开幕式上，演唱《东京五轮音头》的主题歌。

三波春夫还有一件事比较有名，1961年他提出了“顾客是上帝”理念，很快影响了整个日本。

与欧美国家相比，三波春夫的“顾客是上帝”比较接近中国人理解的内容，其日语表现形式是：お客様は神様です(顾客是神)。

“顾客是上帝”上世纪80年代传入中国后，在改革大潮中很快被许多人认可，直到今天还有一些人愿意引用。

但在日本”顾客是上帝“已经基本没人提了，甚至有些销声匿迹，为什么呢?

拜金色彩太严重。这句话出现时就充满争论。为此三波春夫还做过解释，他説他所説的顾客是指听众，也就是在台下听他唱歌的人，与在商店餐馆消费的顾客有所不同。

在一些日本公司，由于老板过分强调“顾客是上帝”理念，公司员工不得不对顾客要求想法设法予以满足，甚至出现许多变态行为，不仅对顾客深度鞠躬，有的还对顾客屈膝下跪。

一般公司劳动有两种：体力劳动和脑力劳动。“顾客是上帝”理念出现后，日本公司又多了一种“情感劳动”。

所谓“情感劳动”与体力劳动、脑力劳动不同，”情感劳动“是指对于顾客无理要求、无知行为、非礼言论，公司员工要违背自己内心意愿、违背社会常伦强做笑脸，从而给自己精神带来极大压力和负担的内心劳动。这种劳动在完成后不但不能给人带来喜悦和快乐，相反极易带来情感损伤，甚至成了导致员工自杀的重要原因。

如有的顾客给公司员工打电话，没什么事一打就是一个多小时。受“顾客是上帝”的影响，公司员工只能耐心接听。后了解打电话的是个没事的老人，因无人説话给公司员工打电话过嘴瘾。

去年9月在大阪某车站一辆电车晚点，众多日本乘客对一铁路员工漫骂污辱。受“顾客是上帝”的影响，该员工不堪忍受又不能还口，一气之下从7米高的站台跳下摔成重伤成了自残人。

近些年日本经济不好，日本人消费水平下降，在商店里斤斤计较的多了起来;来访的外国人中，也有一些语言简单态度乏礼，很多商店员工实在不愿将顾客看成上帝、不愿将这些人看成是比自己高贵的人。

去年12月大阪有关部门召开会议，介绍了韩国保护职工权利的相关条例，研究了改善职工工作环境的计划。会议认为”顾客是上帝”的影响在日本依然存在，需要认真加以肃清。

现在日本喜欢提“顾客是上帝”的已经没有几个人。很多人主张顾客与员工都是平等权利的人。他们认为把顾客当作上帝太过分，不符合人权标准，在工作中也容易造成后遗症。

When it comes to honesty, quite a lot of people believe it is essential to a person’s character and success.

They base their idea on the following reasons: on one hand, successful business owes much to mutual trust; on another hand, great people in history such as Abraham Lincoln and Genete Washington set us good examples of being honest, they are great because they are honest.

But some people think differently. They believe honesty is becoming out of date.
