就在这几年，神舟载人飞船发射成功，首位女航天员：刘洋，飞上了宇宙，成为了中国的嫦娥，蛟龙号潜入海底7020米突破了世界纪录！一次次新的突破，一次次新的改变，让世人们一睹中国的风采，对中国刮目相看！

近日，茂名高州市公安局玉湖派出所在辖区开展警务新模式设卡盘查工作中，执法民警遭到20多名人员的围攻辱骂、挑衅和恐吓，其中一名执法人员被打中脸部受伤。事件发生后，高州市公安局迅速处置，将涉案人员黄某强、林某威、黄某等8人抓获。

2月1日下午16时许，高州市公安局玉湖派出所民警在辖区高州水库玉湖风景区坝头入口处，进行警务新模式设卡盘查工作。16时21分，民警在盘查工作中发现一无牌男装摩托车，于是上前示意该摩托车的驾驶男子停车接受检查，由于该驾驶男子不能提供车辆的合法证件，按照相关法律规定民警告知其驾驶的摩托车应被暂扣，并在限定的工作日内带上合法证件到派出所进行认领。

随后，民警将该男装摩托车停放好并继续开展设卡盘查，就在民警工作期间突然来了20多名人员，对民警和辅警进行围攻辱骂、挑衅和恐吓。期间一身穿白色上衣的男子挥拳冲上来向正在执勤的玉湖派出所伍所长的左脸猛打，并带着其他人员围攻辱骂、挑衅和恐吓民警，质问民警为何查扣该男装摩托车，欲强行把摩托车从民警手中开走。

面对突发情况，派出所民警和辅警们不惧不乱，而是按照盘查工作的预案，一边保持克制严正警告现场妨害民警执法的20多名男子，一边迅速将现场情况向110汇报要求增援。

高州市公安局110接报后，随即调高州市公安局长坡派出所的警力赶赴现场增援。高州市副市长、公安局长杨文伟在获知警情后，也第一时间组织带领治安、巡警、特警等部门的50人警力迅速赶赴现场进行指挥处置。

经快速处置，民警将涉嫌殴打民警的黄某强(男，32岁，高州长坡镇人)和驾驶无证无牌摩托车的林某威(男，18岁，高州长坡镇人)等8名人员抓获。

经审理，高州市公安局对黄某强、林某威2人执行了刑事拘留，对另外6名未成年的人员作出了行政拘留，不予执行的处罚。目前，高州市公安局正对其他涉案人员继续进行追捕，案件正在进一步审理中。
