Dragon Boat Festival， often known as Tuen Ng Festival or Duan Wu Festival， is a traditional Chinese festival held on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar. It is also known as the Double Fifth.[citation needed] It has since been celebrated， in various ways， in other parts of East Asia as well， most notably Korea.

The exact origins of Duan Wu are unclear， but one traditional view holds that the festival memorializes the Chinese poet Qu Yuan of the Warring States Period. He committed suicide by drowning himself in a river because he was disgusted by the corruption of the Chu government. 《计划》显示，“十二五”期间，艾滋病检测力度持续加大，经注射吸毒传播、输血传播和母婴传播得到有效控制，艾滋病病毒感染者和病人(以下简称感染者和病人)发现率提高68.1%，病死率降低57.0%，重点地区疫情快速上升势头得到基本遏制，全国整体疫情控制在低流行水平，受艾滋病影响人群生活质量不断提高，社会歧视进一步减轻，基本实现了《中国遏制与防治艾滋病“十二五”行动计划》总体目标。

《计划》指出，目前，我国艾滋病流行形势依然严峻，防治工作中新老问题和难点问题并存，防治任务更加艰巨。尚有一定数量的感染者和病人未被检测发现，性传播成为最主要传播途径，男性同性性行为人群感染率持续升高，青年学生感染人数增加较快，卖淫嫖娼等违法犯罪活动、合成毒品滥用及不安全性行为在一定范围存在等诸多因素加大了艾滋病传播风险，社交新媒体的普遍使用增强了易感染艾滋病行为的隐蔽性，人口频繁流动增加了预防干预难度。部分地区和部门对防治工作重视不足，政策落实不到位，防治技术手段有限，防治能力尚不能满足工作需要，社会组织等社会力量参与防治的作用发挥还不够充分，仍需要长期不懈做好艾滋病防治各项工作。

对于工作目标，《计划》明确，最大限度发现感染者和病人，有效控制性传播，持续减少注射吸毒传播、输血传播和母婴传播，进一步降低病死率，逐步提高感染者和病人生存质量，不断减少社会歧视，将我国艾滋病疫情继续控制在低流行水平。

一、居民艾滋病防治知识知晓率达85%以上。流动人口、青年学生、监管场所被监管人员等重点人群以及易感染艾滋病危险行为人群防治知识知晓率均达90%以上。

二、男性同性性行为人群艾滋病相关危险行为减少10%以上，其他性传播危险行为人群感染率控制在0.5%以下。参加戒毒药物维持治疗人员年新发感染率控制在0.3%以下。

三、夫妻一方感染艾滋病家庭的配偶传播率下降到1%以下。艾滋病母婴传播率下降到4%以下。

四、经诊断发现并知晓自身感染状况的感染者和病人比例达90%以上。符合治疗条件的感染者和病人接受抗病毒治疗比例达90%以上，接受抗病毒治疗的感染者和病人治疗成功率达90%以上，累计接受中医药治疗的人数比2015年增加一倍。

路上飞来烟头引燃货车，车上万只小鸡幼崽变烤鸡。近日，一辆小型货车拉载满车小鸡幼崽在昆磨高速玉溪段行驶，突然，路上一只烟头“飞来”，掉在货箱内点燃了里面的棉被，引发车辆起火。驾驶员抢救货物时受伤，车上10000多只小鸡幼崽幸存下来的所剩无几，损失约30000元。高速交警提醒广大驾驶员朋友，车辆在高速公路上行驶时驾驶员及广大乘客请不要随意往车窗外乱扔垃圾。(1月11日云南网)

好好在高速路上走着，突然就着了火，真是“飞来横祸”。一个小小的烟头，却带来了不小的损失。车主无辜“躺枪”，肯定很郁闷;最可怜的是上万小鸡崽，尚未长成就变“烤鸡”。而事故的始作俑者，也就是那个扔烟头者，截止目前仍“逍遥法外”，令人忿忿不平。期待警方通过调查及早将其揪出来、依法处置，让其为自己的劣行付出代价。

高速扔烟头，缺德带冒烟。高速抛物，看似小节，其实却隐患多多，是一种非常恶劣的违反交通法规的行为，不仅破坏了环境，更是给其他车辆和人员带来了不少危险。郑州就出现过13天4位环卫工被撞身亡的现象，而据媒体报道，沈阳几乎每年都有多位环卫因清扫机动车道垃圾被撞身亡。记者调查发现，悲剧发生并非偶然，当前环卫工作安全隐患较多，车窗抛物就是危险之一。对这种行为必须予以严查、严惩。

车窗抛物最主要的原因，当然是个别司机或乘客文明素质不高、心存侥幸。武汉甚至出现过一环卫女工在制止车窗抛物的陋习时，被一个坐在宝马车里的男子连扇两耳光的恶劣事例。武汉城管委后来向这名女工颁发了1000元“委屈奖”。此事在网上引发质疑。有网友直言，受辱后领取委屈奖是对暴力和违法行为的纵容，无法从根本上解决问题。窃以为，消除这一不文明现象，既需要车主提高文明素质、讲车德，更需要交管部门加强打击，同时，还需要全社会共同参与、共同努力。

我非常喜欢读书，在我家的书架上，放着满满的课外书，有：《三国演义》、《水浒传》、《西游记》、《假如给我三天光明》……

我时时刻刻都在读书，吃饭的时候读，睡觉之前读，，每天做完作业读，就连上学的路上我也边走边读。因此，妈妈给我起了个绰号，叫做“书虫”。

我最近在读一本书，叫做《昆虫记》。它的作者是法国著名的昆虫学家法布尔。《昆虫记》是法布尔经过十几年的细心观察、研究，所写的一本昆虫图鉴。

《昆虫记》里的一些昆虫的生活习性令我十分感兴趣。我还学会了做笔记。做笔记即锻炼了我的记忆力，也增强了我的理解能力。

读这本《昆虫记》我用的是攻读法。我每周看一章，看完一遍之后，我还会再仔仔细细的去看一遍，并从中找到自己以前忽略的东西。

读完了这本《昆虫记》，我心想：这本《昆虫记》一定是法布尔用了自己毕生的心血写成的。

这本《昆虫记》让我知道了我以前不知道的知识。读完了这本《昆虫记》，我感觉象交了一位益友，就象臧克家曾经说过的：“读了一本好书，就象交了一位益友。”这本《昆虫记》就是我最好的一位益友。
