Hello, everybody. Im Li Hua.Today my topic is how to eat in a healthy way.

Firstly, we should never eat fried food or foods with lots of sugar because they are not good for health.Secondly, try to eat more vegetables and fruit.Because they can make us become much healthier.

My eating habits are good.For example, I often eat healthy foods, like wholemeal bread, eggs, vegetables and milk for breakfast and rice, noodles, and vegetables for dinner.

I hope everyone can eat in a healthy way.

原本呆在冰冷冷的展示柜中的我为自己的诞生感到无比自豪，可是当我有了一个温暖的家后，才发现原来自己有那么大的危害。

饭店里，一家人其乐融融，谈笑风生，唯独一个小女孩儿安安静静地坐在座位上，手忙碌地在我肚子上不断点来点去。

“别玩了，一大家人都坐在这里，你也聊聊天，倒倒水呀，整天捧着手机，像什么样子！”终于，女孩儿的妈妈看不下去了，便出声教育起她来。可是女孩儿头也不抬，手上的动作毫不减速，只是从喉咙里挤出一声“嗯”当做应答。

“唉，现在的孩子们啊，一个个的都被手里的这玩意儿迷得神魂颠倒的。”只见女孩儿的姥姥，摇着头轻声说道，眼里满满的都是对儿孙的失望。这个本该其乐融融的家庭聚会，却在这般冷清的氛围下进行着。舅舅听了这番话，便抬起头来笑着为自己找起了借口：“妈，没有，这不是工作需要吗……”姥姥出口打断了他的话，颤颤巍巍地站了起来，便说道：“走吧，吃饱了就各忙各的去吧。”然后便在妈妈的搀扶下离开了。

She is very busy today, just like a busy bee. In the morning, I had two seccsions and after that I had a lesson for my IELTS. I dont even have my lunch. There lots of people in my IELTS class and most of them came from India. The reason why they want to attent this course is similar to me. Right now, I feel exhausted and dont want to work, but I still have lots homework to do.
