I am in six grade now next term I am going to middle school so the coming vacation is my last summer vacation in primary school. It is so special to me. 疫情仍未结束，我只能在家度过这个无趣的暑假。这让我非常烦恼，幸好，妈妈为我安排了满满的“课程”。跟我一起来看看吧!

暑假里我去参加了一个关于升降电梯安全和自我保护安全教育活动。活动分为两部分，第一部分是组装模拟升降电梯，我用现有的材料包括：马达、齿轮、遥控器、绳子和各种形状的木片，经过一番插插碰碰后，很快模型组装成功了。按下遥控器上的红色键，马达上的齿轮带动下方的齿轮，无缝贴合旋转，下方的齿轮穿在一根铁棒上，铁棒上又系着根绳子，绳子又穿在梯箱里带动梯箱往上运动，再按下绿色键，电梯就向下运动，在老师的指导下我逐渐了解了电梯升降工作原理。第二部分老师讲了电梯安全和自我防护的知识：在我们进电梯之前，一定要看一下电梯有没有停稳，门有没有完全打开，有没有与地面平行，以免进入电梯脚步落空，导致摔伤。电梯如果突然停止运行了，我们也不要惊慌，不能上蹿下跳，应该保持沉着冷静，保持秩序，按下每一层的楼层按键和“紧急按钮”，等待救援。当电梯发生晃动，或有失重感时，我们应该立即按下“紧急按钮”，再将手抱脖子，膝盖半蹲，身体紧贴墙壁，不然就会被震“飞”呢!

在假期里，我除了学习，还做运动呢，游泳就是其中一项。

“又去学游泳喽!”我一边说一边想：这次一定学会换气。这次去的目的就是改掉这个“爱”喝水的毛病。教练帮我改掉了这个毛病。哈，我再也不是只能游半个来回的小金鱼了，现在，我是能游三四个来回的大海豚了。
