爸爸最后又教了我换气什么的。换气，就是把手滑到大腿旁边，然后重复这个动作。这个就更难了、我学了好久都学不会。不是呛水，就是动作慢了点。后来经过我的不懈努力，总算被我学会 了!

我相信经过我自身的努力，我的游泳技术一定会更上一层楼的!

My Mother is a kind of gentle woman. She is always very gentle. She takes

good care of her children and keeps them all at school. I have one brother and

two sistets. So she gets four children in all. She gives us every comfort. We

all love her and she loves us also.

My mother has too much to do in bringing us up. As our family is too poor

to keep a servant, my mother has always to do very much work. She gets up very

early and sleeps very late every day. She works hard, yet without

She is also a thrifty, and industrious woman. She saves every cent that she

smart phone. Smart phone has been the new drug for people, especially for young

generation. They play it for such a long time that their body health is under

暑假到来了，我总是在纠结我的暑假究竟要做什么呢?我要怎样才可以过一个有趣，愉快，精彩的暑假呢?我往年暑假都是在做些什么呢?

暑假生活的天数与寒假生活的天数相比是要来的更多一些。所以有许多的人们都选择了外出旅游，借此假日去欣赏祖国各地的大好河山;有些人则选择了给自己“充电”，补充自己的知识面。总之，在这2个月的暑假里每个人都独自享受着自己的生活。 对于身为学生的我来说，经过了一年的紧张学习，暑假的来临给我带来了更多的喜悦之情。在这个暑假里，我把自己每天的生活都安排的非常充实。

在刚刚放假的七月份里，我尝试了我人生中第一次的打工生活。整整的一个月打工生活，虽然十分的辛苦，也碰到了许多平时没有碰到过的大大小小问题与麻烦。在这短短的打工日子里，我学到了很多东西，也明白了父母们的工作艰辛。但是我却十分的开心。因为每次打工结束，我都会有一种欣慰感、自豪感以及成就感。当然，在体验社会的生活里，我也选择了一些自己比较感兴趣的书籍来“充电”，以此来扩展我自己的知识面。暑假里难免少不了和三、五个“死党”结伴去街上逛逛。欣赏着上海的变化、时尚的潮流、大自然的风情。不时，我们也会坐在繁华的步行街旁，在清闲淡雅的茶坊里谈天说地，做着属于我们少女们自己的“白日梦”。

在炎热的夏天里，我们也会和太阳公公比一比他那般魅力四射的阳光和温度。我们挥洒着自己的舞姿，在火辣辣的天气里，跑着步、打着球、游着泳…… 当天空飘起雨滴的时候，我会一个人静静地呆在家里，享受着属于自己一个人的暑假生活。看着窗外的雨，打开收音机，听着音乐，拿着自己喜欢的书籍，慢慢地沉醉在书香与乐声中。晚上，打开台灯，泡了杯咖啡，不时写写文章，或是打开桌旁的电脑，与网友们聊聊天，彼此了解对方的生活与心情。寂静的夜就这样不知不觉地度过了。

The typhoonHaitang is coming. It comes with the heavily wind and rains. This is my first time to see the wind so strong. I got sleeplessness on Sunday night. The windows were making noises by the great wind. Even I could hear the voice of the iron sheet down on the street. We could not go out while the typhoon coming. When I was a child, I can’t undertand them. I want to have bread. My grand father took a bike to Qu Tang. Because in our village there is no ‘bread house’. Qu Tang is far from our village. Now I grow up. I understand them when I think of this things. I will cry I can’t use words to say I love them.

近一个月的暑假生活即将结束。回顾这一个月以来感觉自己的收获还是挺多的。

在寒假期间，我利用好每一天的时间来充实自己，通过看书，看杂志，上网等多种途径来度过自己的寒假生活。当然最有意义的事情还是去了解中国的年文化。我们中国是一个文明之国，历史悠久，以前过年从没想过要去深入的了解它。

在我们那边以往只是在走亲访友中度过了，但是今年的形式却有了很大的改变，人们不只是呆在家里，而是邀上几个好友外出游玩。说起这个来我印象特别深，因为今年我也和几个好朋友一起出去游玩了一番，那感觉真的是很舒服，比起以前一过年就走亲访友的好多了，而且这样也很简单，方便。

我的暑假生活多姿多彩，这是上学的最后的一天，老师刚刚宣布：从明天开始就放暑假了，同学们就大声的欢呼了起来！老师刚刚宣布完。暑假生活的计划便映入了我的脑海。慢慢地打开，进入了我的暑假计划之旅……

一、放假时间

义务教育阶段学校暑假时间8周，7月6日假期正式开始，9月2日正式开学上课。

暑假假期不包括学校集体组织的为期一周的社会实践时间。教师须与学生同时放假，学校除组织相关的业务培训外，不得占用教师的假期休息时间。学校不得占用暑假集体组织学生军训。

二、工作安排

(一)严格执行假期工作有关规定，进一步规范办学行为 严格遵守放假时间规定，不得随意调整假期时间。如确有特殊情况需要调整或者需要在假期安排学生活动的，须提前两周向镇教育办和市教育局提出书面报告，经批准后方可实施。

要切实减轻学生暑假期间的作业负担，以全省统一规划使用的《暑假生活指导》为抓手，为学生提供系统科学的假期生活指导。小学一、二年级不得布臵书面作业，其他年级书面作业要控制在每天1小时以内，要着眼于培养学生的探究能力和实践能力，布臵一些能够激发兴趣、开阔视野、锻炼意志的开放性作业。学校和教师不得以任何借口动员组织学生集体到校上课补课和统一组织自习，不得参与、动员、组织学生参加社会上各类复习班和培训班。禁止在假期联合或将校舍租借给社会力量办学机构用于开办补习班、培训班。

严禁学校为各种社会培训机构组织的校外暑期夏令营及各种拓展活动提供任何形式的组织或宣传服务。

(二)开展丰富多彩的社会实践活动，促进学生自主发展

继续开展“万名学生进社区”社会实践活动。学校充分利用未成年人校外活动场所及当地科技馆、图书馆、博物馆、展览馆、体育馆等公共资源或文艺团体、专业运动队、科研院所、企事业等单位的相关资源，开展各种活动，为学生提供内容丰富、形式多样、多种可选的活动项目，充分满足未成年人暑期多样化校外活动需求。

中小学校要及时与社区联系，发动社区力量，做好中小学生的暑期看护工作，组织社区未成年人参加公益活动。中小学校要加强与家长的联系，在暑假前利用学校开放日时间，认真组织家长会和家长委员会，集中开展一次对家长的暑期安全活动教育和其他教育工作，帮助家长合理安排子女暑假活动，多引导子女从事力所能及的家务劳动，增强自理和自护自救能力，提升孝亲敬老、服务家庭的意识，为青少年度过一个有意义的暑假提供保证。

2.开放教育资源。学校要有计划地向学生开放学校图书馆(室)、实验室、艺术、体育和计算机室及各种文体活动场地、设施设备，为学生的探究性学习和自主发展提供帮助。学校的体育代表队、艺术团(队)要认真组织好暑期训练、排练工作，做到时间、内容、场地、人员的落实。

3.科学安排暑假生活。教育和引导中小学生暑期文明上网，自觉抵制不良信息的侵害，合理安排上网时间，不沉溺网络。学校和家长要引导学生学会合理适度消费，不乱花钱，不吸烟，不喝酒，远离毒品，不接触淫秽、暴力等不良的影视作品和书刊，不进营业性电子游戏厅、舞厅、社会网吧，不参加有害身心健康的游戏，反对和抵制封建迷信活动。学校应指导家长树立素质教育的理念，掌握科学的教育方法，合理安排子女学习、休息、锻炼和参加实践活动，不盲目让子女参加社会上各种补课辅导班。

4.加强行为规范建设。各学校要充分利用暑假时间，创造性地组织家校互动，积极开展“大手拉小手，携手文明行”活动，引导广大家长参与到行为规范养成教育中，使广大家长和学生遵规守纪，团结互助，勤劳节俭，孝敬父母，诚实守信，遵守公德，促进学生全面、健康、和谐发展。各单位要制定切实可行的具体办法，使工作扎实有效，开学后济南市教育局召开暑假期间学生行为规范养成教育专题汇报交流，请各单位做好材料准备。

5. 做好创建全国文明城和未成年人思想道德建设测评工作。各单位要通过暑假工作意见和致家长一封信，做好创城测评舆论宣传告知工作，让家长学生知晓创城重大意义，积极主动地参与到这项工作中来，营造出浓厚的创城氛围。

6.继续开展“感动我们的100个瞬间”活动。以“珍爱生命”、“学会感恩”为内容，组织学生到街道、社区或农村进行实地采访，寻找他人感动我们的事例，使学生在生活中学会宽容、尊重、感恩，在潜移默化中接受教育，进一步提升学生的品行和修养。新学期开学后，学校要利用学校网站、宣传栏、黑板报等公布感人事例，并对感恩事例进行评比。

7. 组织开展好读书征文、咏泉原创诗歌大赛和《再见，毕业季》网络主题活动等系列比赛活动，努力丰富学生假期精神生活、增长学生智慧，具体要求见附件。

(三)切实加强安全工作，做好暑期防溺水工作

中小学校要充分认识做好假期学校和师生安全工作的重要性，牢固树立“以人为本、安全第一”的思想，严格安全责任制，严格贯彻执行国家和省关于中小学安全工作的有关规定，通过多种形式对学生进行安全专题教育。中小学校要通过召开班会和家长会、发放宣传资料等形式向学生和家长进行防火、防溺水、防食物中毒、防传染病、防暴力、防触电、防雷暴、防交通事故等方面的安全教育和非法传销及防止被盗、被抢、被诈骗案件发生的专题教育，强化学生安全意识和提高自防自救能力。要加强对中小学生的遵纪守法教育，提高学生的法制意识和安全防范意识，预防学生违法犯罪和各种事故的发生。要加强预防溺水教育，教育学生不到湖泊、河道、水库、池塘等缺乏安全措施的水域游泳，防止溺水和其他伤害事故的发生。中小学校要引导学生和家长慎重选择暑假出行(游)地点、交通工具和旅游服务机构，切实采取有效措施，努力把学生伤害案件的发生率降到最低。

各单位要严格执行市教育局假期活动申报制度。凡由学校组织的校外活动，特别是与其他单位联合组织的活动，必须报教育体育局批准。要认真落实各项活动的安全保障措施，及时将活动的有关要求通知到学生家长。学校和各类校外活动场所等组织的各种活动均要事先进行精心设计，做好安全预案，注意对活动场地、设施、器材的安全检查工作，落实安全责任人，做到活动内容充实，组织严密，万无一失。

做好学校的安全保卫和防汛工作。学校要建立雨季汛期预警体系和防灾预案，坚持学校值班制度和信息报告制度，组织有关人员集中对学校安全进行一次全面彻底的拉网式检查，发现安全隐患立即整改。学校要建立暑期24小时值班制度，并保持通讯畅通，遇有突发事件要及时妥善处理，并立即上报镇教育办和市教育局，不得瞒报或拖延。

(四)对学生进行“崇尚科学、关爱家庭、珍惜生命、反对邪教”为主题的专题教育

各学校要在放假前加强宣传教育，防止等邪教和迷信活动利用暑期毒害青少年一代，让学生不但要自己不相信，还要向家庭、亲友和社会进行宣传教育，进一步认识等邪教组织对国家、对社会、对人民的严重危害，增强识别邪教、抵制邪教的能力，充分认识邪教、有害气功、迷信等活动的本质及危害性，使学生提高防范和抵制歪理邪说的意识，提高反邪教斗争的能力，形成崇尚科学文明，拒绝邪教侵蚀的良好氛围，从根本上铲除等邪教组织赖以生存的社会基础和土壤。

(五)做好暑期教师培训工作

按照省教育厅统一部署，__年暑假将继续组织开展中小学(含幼儿园)教师远程研修培训工作。学校要成立培训工作领导小组，根据省教育厅和济南市教育局要求制定培训工作方案，严格按照全省统一的课程进度，按时收看视频、提交作业和积极参与网上研讨。要组织好教师的面对面研讨，保证每一位教师保质保量完成研修任务。

禁止教师有偿家教。学校要将教师是否参与有偿家教纳入对教师师德考核和工作考核的重要内容，实行“一票否决”制。对进行有偿家教的教师，一经查实，严肃处理。

(六)做好校舍维修管理工作

各学校利用暑期对校园校舍进行整理与修缮。对校舍破旧的门、窗、墙面要进行加固维修及粉刷，对破损的课桌椅要进行必要的维修和更新。认真检查、维修学校食堂、学生宿舍、厕所等配套设施，采取妥善措施解决校内危房危墙。要抓紧进行新建、改扩建工程，确保在秋季新学年开学，以整洁、崭新的校园面貌迎接学生入学。

(七)其他工作

1、暑假前各中小学按照市教育体育局和镇教育办期末工作的安排，做好初中、小学期末检测工作。

2、各中小学做好期末各种工作总结，将学校总结、教导总结、总务总结、团队总结、师德考核、量化考核、评先树优、安全度假信、假期值班表等材料于放假时交镇教育办。

3、x月x日，举办中小学教师“说教材”培训。

4、x月__日，召开校长会，教师集中学习备课。

5、x月—x月__日，举行“说教材”活动比赛。做好开学前的准备工作。

6、各中小学按照教育办要求，做好初一和小学一年级的招生工作。

7、各中小学按照征文比赛要求，每单位上交5—10篇征文，教育办汇总后上报市教育体育局。

三、组织领导

各单位要认真做好假期前各项工作安排，成立假期工作领导小组，实行目标责任制，明确分工，责任到人。要研究制定假期工作计划，建立教师、学生通讯联络网，及时沟通掌握学生在家中的情况;学校要在假期前主动与社区联系，统筹安排好学生的社区实践活动，为学生的社区实践活动创造必要的条件。

what he like.Last Sunday, Jack had a relaxing Sunday. He got up 6 o’clock. After

breakfast, Jack played basketball with his friends. They were very happy. Then

今天有雨，爸爸妈妈和我出去玩的计划被彻底打消了。于是，我也只好在家里写作业，做家务。

Sunday of May each year. Mothers usually receive gifts on this day and

carnation(康乃馨) is regarded as the flower for mother. In China, the flower for

mother is day lily(萱草花), also known as Nepenthe(忘忧草). In addition, cleaning up

the room, doing housework and a big dinner are considered to be the best

Mothers Day gifts.

Last night, my parents told me that they would go to have dinner with

friends, so they wouldn’t stay at home and let me to buy something to eat by

myself. I played computer games for a long time and when I got tired, I found it

was almost eight o’clock. I didn’t want to go out, so I opened the fridge, there

were many stuffs for me to make dinner. I had never done it before, I only

watched my mother cook, but I still wanted to try. I made a fire and put the

meat in the pan, the flavors were also mixed in it. When the meat almost got

black, I finished. Whe I tasted, I realized the meat was over cooked. I must

learn to cook.

My holiday life will be busy but interesting.I am going to do my homework every day so that I can finish my homework on time.I am going to the library to borrow some books and go to the shops to buy some books so that I can read some interesting books.I am going to play sports such as playing basketball,table tennis,swimming and so on .Of course I am going to help my parents do some housework because they are busy with their work every day.I am going to spend a week in Shanghai with my parents so that we can see the expo.I am sure I am going to have an interesting and happy summer vacation.
