再说说练武术的乐趣吧!每天晚上我都要去练武术，在武术队里，我认识了许许多多的好伙伴，他们都是我的师兄师弟们。我们每天在一起练武术，我非常的开心。我们在一起翻跟头，练太祖

拳，练枪法，练剑……，等到休息的时间到了，我们就会开始玩耍，说笑，和他们在一起是我最开心的时候了。所以，练武术对我来说，也是一件很有乐趣的事情，而且，练武术可以防身，让我现在和

将来都不会受到任何人的欺负，还能让我强身健体，使我的体格棒棒的。

我的假期生活可以说过得十分愉快。软笔书法和练武术是我每天必须都要学的，不让我学可不行，因为这两件事情不仅是我假期中的乐趣，而且还是我最喜欢的兴趣爱好，我一天也不能落下，

一定要坚持练下去，学下去。我要利用假期的每一天，去学好我的兴趣爱好，我还要把这个暑假过得好好的，每一天过得都要开心。

早晨，柔和的阳光洒进了窗子，洒到了我的床上，妈妈的第十次的叫声也钻进了我和弟弟的耳帘：“起床了!”“哦”，我们一边答应着，一边穿衣服。

不到十分钟，衣服就穿好了，我和弟弟走出房间，看见妈妈在煮稀饭，爸爸忙着拖地。两人都非常忙碌，洗漱完毕后，妈妈叫我和弟弟去买早点，我带着满肚子的不愿意和弟弟一起上路了，买到了早点，我们又踏上了回家的旅途……

上午，我和弟弟看了一会儿电视剧就开始看书了。看完书，我们又看了一会儿电视，还到电脑上去玩了一会儿游戏……

不知不觉中，一个上午过去了，我和弟弟一个打电脑，一个看电视，谁也不理谁，偶尔也打闹一会儿，不过一会就平静下来了，在这中间，我们还午睡了1~2个小时，好吃的弟弟开始也睡不着，总是和我打闹，不过一会儿就睡着了，睡梦中还不时地发出“吧唧，吧唧”好像在吃东西，直令人啼笑皆非。而我一个中午都没有睡着，不是看书，就是喝水，忙个不停，还不时地捉弄弟弟一下，总之就是没有歇息的时间。

下午到来了，我们盼过了3~4个小时，终于盼到了到河里游泳的时间，我们一起来到河边，欢笑着，嬉闹着，投入了河水母亲的怀抱……我们在河里一会儿潜水游泳，比谁憋气憋时间长，我和檀淇欣总是共夺冠军，其它的人就不可能夺到冠军了，因为我们憋气的时间比较长。我们还比赛游泳，看谁游的路程远，在这点上，我就技高一筹了，因为我比它们都先学，所以我总是得冠军。

游完泳，跑回家，吃过一顿香甜的晚饭，睡上一觉，养足精神，准备接受新一天的挑战吧!

10月7日下午，妈妈和我去萧山日报社参加小记者活动：亲子讲座《聪明的父母教你学习英语》。

主讲人是金山小学涂亿奕小记者的妈妈，她和我们一起分享了她给女儿制定的英语学习计划和她家英语学习的方法和体会。

讲座一开始，涂妈妈就问我们学习英语的动机和目标是什么？一位小记者站起来回答说：“我学习英语是为了以后出国能更好地与外国人交流”。“这是个非常好的目标”，涂妈妈接着说，“那么我们怎样才能学好英语呢？适合自己的学习方法很重要！”涂妈妈介绍了自己女儿的英语学习方法，她给女儿精心挑选了一本英文版《夏洛的网》，让女儿像学习语文一样学习英语，先泛读，再精读，每天读一段，通过每天的坚持，一段时间后她女儿终于读完了整本书，英语成绩也在不知不觉中提高了。接下来，涂妈妈又让女儿通过朗读短文、朗读原版书和学唱英文歌等多种形式来学习英语。涂妈妈说我们的母语学习是从听和看、读和唱、说和写逐步积累起来的，英语学习也是一样，只要坚持不懈就一定能学好！

假到了，天气炎热，大地被太阳烤得直冒烟，大家只能躲在家里避暑了。今天是个“百年难遇”的阴天，我们这些在家里憋的快“发霉”人当然不会放过这样一个好天气了!我和杨胜等几个同学约好了带上家长去打野战。

我们大队“人马”都到齐了，我们才进入紧张又刺激的比赛。

比赛开始了，我们蓝方的队长把我们带进我们一楼的位子。我们都找到了各自坚守的位子，我刚放下心，就听到有人大叫：“我的命没了!”又有一个叫到：“我也死了。”我的心又不得不悬了起来，我小心翼翼的环顾四周，总想“杀死”敌人，为我们队“立大功”可意外的发现他们在几个人的掩护下已经悄悄的占领了我们的二楼，我们想夺回我们的地盘，可是力不从心。经过两分钟的对决，我们终于败下阵来。我们队的队员都垂头丧气的，仿佛到了世界末日。

第二场有又紧锣密鼓的开始了。这一次，我们吸取了教训，把一半的军力都调到了第二楼，我被分配到了一楼。我们全力进攻敌人，真是功夫不负有心人，我们队把红队打的只剩下六个人了。可在这决定胜负的关键时刻，我们队却莫名其妙的的死了三个人，再一看，原来是他们后面我们自己队的队员在“做怪”。真是水淹龙王庙——自家人不认自家人。没过一会儿，他们队只剩两个人了，我以其人之道还自其人之身，迅速的占领了他们的地盘来了个二连杀，为我们队取得胜利。他们队个个都低着头，特别灰心，而我们队欢呼雀跃。

我坐在椅子上，看着同学们欢乐的背景，觉得自己仿佛置身于一个欢乐的世界……

今天，我和妈妈去花鸟市场买兔子。那里有好多小兔子，在笼子里挤来挤去，我看看这只又看看那只，后来我对阿姨说：“我要一只公的和母的。”她挑了两只给我。

回到家，小兔子的形状可好看了。长长的耳朵像长头发，红红的眼睛像草莓，全身的颜色是白色的，用手一摸，毛茸茸的好舒服呀!

我割了点草给小兔子吃，可爱的小兔子特别喜欢，它的嘴巴动来动去的。我仔细一看小兔子的嘴巴，小小的是三瓣嘴，它还爱吃萝卜和青菜。

暑假里有许多有趣的事，也有许多不开心的事，我们就来说说去北戴河游泳这件趣事吧。

来到北戴河，我们把泳圈拿出来打气，我把气筒管插到泳圈口，脚轻轻地放到气筒上，用力向下一踩，再松开，泳圈慢慢地鼓起来了，颜色渐渐地淡了下来，还透着亮光，泳圈越来越大了，这时，爸爸说：“停!”我连忙把脚拿开，拔下气筒管，把泳圈盖上。

我给泳圈打完气，迫不及待地换上泳衣，拿起泳圈，跑向大海，溅起一朵朵白花花的浪花。我自己在比较浅的海里玩，这时，爸爸游了过来，说：“心宇，我带你去深一点的地方游泳吧。”我虽然有一点害怕，但我还是答应了，我到了那，连脚都踮不到底，我恨不得长高点爸爸一直用手托着我，来指导我，游了一会儿，爸爸轻轻地松了一下手，我顿时紧张了起来，身体一歪，喝了一大口海水，还呛得直咳嗽。

太阳落山了，西方的天空还是一片橘红色的晚霞，大海也被这霞光染成了红色。因为它是流动的，所以比天空更美、更加壮观一些。每当一排排波浪涌起的时候，那映照在浪峰上的霞光也渐渐地暗淡下去了。最后，当这红光完完全全地消失了，天空由浅蓝色变成了深蓝色，我们的烧烤行动也开动了。

天色越来越暗了，房子上的窗户的灯光也陆续地亮了起来。尤其是山坡上的那一片灯光，它们从半空中倒映在乌蓝色的海面上，像一串流动的珍珠，和天上的一颗颗星星混在一起，真是美极了。

一、课外扩展：

1、运算我的运算总是出错，不是把加看成除，就是越减越多。用妈妈的话说，以后我开商店就赔大了。所以，为了使我的运算更准确，每天坚持五分钟。

2、劳动假期里，每天帮妈妈洗洗碗，拖拖地，干一些力所能及的事情，减少妈妈的负担。

3、体育锻炼身体是我们享受生活，努力学习的本钱，所以假期我选择游泳来锻炼身体。

二、每日计划

1、温习古诗词我国的古诗词是美妙的，简简单单的几个字就包含着许多深奥的.道理和美妙的情感。所以，在假期里，我会温习以前学过的古诗词。

2、写作业每天，各科暑假作业认真完成五页以上，保质保量，尽量在7月15日以前完成。

3、投稿作文，每周尽量上传两作文，既可以提高写作水平，还可能获得奖励图书。

三、休息娱乐

1、读好书网上的作文我还没看完呢，这个假期争取读完这些书，写出一优秀的读后感。

2、旅游20__年，万人瞩目的是什么?当然是世界杯和上海的世博会啦!我是一个女孩子，对足球没有多大的兴趣，当然想去世博会凑凑热闹，领略科技带来的神奇吧!

The typhoonHaitang is coming. It comes with the heavily wind and rains. This is my first time to see the wind so strong. I got sleeplessness on Sunday night. The windows were making noises by the great wind. Even I could hear the voice of the iron sheet down on the street. We could not go out while the typhoon coming. It was very dangers because we might be hit by the trees, ad signboards or others things. Anyway, stayed at home was the best choice for the foul weather.

But I am unlucky, I has only a sister and I without brothers. But I think I have the best parents in the world. They are very friendly to me. I live in a good family. My grand parents loves me, too. When I was a child, I can’t undertand them. I want to have bread. My grand father took a bike to Qu Tang. Because in our village there is no ‘bread house’. Qu Tang is far from our village. Now I grow up. I understand them when I think of this things. I will cry I can’t use words to say I love them.

Boundless sea to look forward to, give people the beauty, give a person

warm motherly love.

The sea is like a poem; it jumps; like a picture, rich in meaning; and like

a symphony, vast and mighty...... It is like a mirror; sometimes calm, sometimes

filled with rage, overwhelming, to sail the boat overturned. In my mind, the sea

is blue world, is also the cradle of life. Pregnant with many free and small

life. The sea is so mysterious, so charming!

Now the sea has changed. The sea is no longer clear, it becomes muddy and

dirty. Washed up on the beach, left is no longer alive and kicking the fish

蓝天白云，碧海金沙，海浪拍打着我的脚背，啊，多么惬意的感受!这是梦里的感受吗?不，这是我真真切切的感受，这个暑假，我去泰国的普吉岛度过了四天的美好时光。

闹钟准时在四点半叫醒我，我一骨碌爬起来，因为今天我和妈妈准备去普吉岛渡假了。到了机场，我们把行李托运好，便在候机场等待，时间一分一秒过去了，飞机终于来了，我们一行6人踏上了旅程。

过了好几个小时，我从飞机窗口俯瞰，无数幢五彩缤纷别有情调的房子林立在眼前，蓝色的大海，耸立的高山……飞机慢慢停落在了曼谷的机场，因为我们还要转机，所以现在机场购物了一会儿，下午，我们等到了去普吉岛的飞机，准备飞往普吉岛。在飞机上，我们想着普吉岛是不是很美?

终于，我们迎来了普及之旅的第一天——来到了蓝蓝的大海边，我、苏、瑶迫不及待地投入大海的拥抱。我们六个人兴致勃勃地乘着游艇。各式各样的贝壳或卧或躲在沙子里，美丽极了，无数色彩缤纷的鱼儿在海里游泳，时时啄啄游客的脚。待在这，就像在天堂一般，所以，它的名字就叫天堂月牙湾，我坐在沙滩上，一浪又一浪冲向我，像个顽皮的小孩一会儿把我冲向海岸，一会儿把我冲向浅滩，我和小伙伴们迎着一浪又一浪，叫着：“欧”欢乐无比。瑶一会儿被前来的大浪冲上海滩，一会儿被退去的潮水推入海中，不时还被呛几口海水，那样儿滑稽极了。游了一会儿泳，我开始喂鱼，小鱼儿不时亲亲我的小腿，痒痒的，每当扔出一块面包，一大群鱼就会围上来，争面包吃。大家都玩的不亦乐乎。

接着，我们又去了PP岛浮潜，想到要和那些美丽的鱼儿见面，心里不由得激动起来，等我们武装全备，要从快艇上跳入海中，心里还是有点怕，但那些鱼儿似乎在向我打招呼，深深的吸引着我，我终于跳进海中，看见了那群活泼的鱼，她们不时游过你身旁，或亲亲你的腿，或好奇地看看你。但我看得入迷，不时会呛到一口海水，“啊!好咸啊!”我终于尝到了海水的味道。

一天一天过去了，我们将要结束这次旅行了，最后一天，我们享受了泰国的SPA，先是泡了鲜花浴，然后就做SPA了，按摩师熟练的手法，使我进入了梦乡……

晚上，我们要离开这个国家了，我们办好了手续，回家了。

哈哈……我的暑假生活将要开始啦，心里别提多高兴了，就算是一罐蜂蜜也无法表示心中的甜蜜。

我再也不用拘束在那个充满知识的大鸟笼里，突然感觉世界是那么美好。

早晨，一道刺眼的阳光照过来，我再也没有睡意，洗洗刷刷忙了一阵后，就开始享用美味的早餐了，吃过饭后我就跑出家门，去找我的小伙伴了，和她们一起说说笑笑，打打闹闹好高兴啊，此时的我就像是一只快乐的小鸟。

夏日炎炎，强烈的阳光使我再也没有心情玩了，我像离弦的箭一样飞奔着跑回家，我打开电扇，拿了一个雪糕美滋滋的吃了起来，凉凉的风吹着，甜甜的雪糕吃着，真希望时间能停留在这一刻。
