在北京，我有过一次愉快的旅行——海滨之旅。

7月26日下午，当爸爸宣布明天我们会去北戴河的海滨去玩时。我激动万分，此时此刻的心情已经到了极至，真恨不得现在我们就出发。我怀着兴奋的心情度过了这一个看似短暂却十分漫长的夜晚。

第二天一早，我便催促他们赶快收拾好物品准备出发。迅速吃完早饭，我们就踏上了这一次旅行。

我们出发了!我发出了这样的呼喊!

一路上是乏味、无趣的，只有在狭小的车间静静的坐着，只有透过窗户观察外面大千世界，到处都是绿色的树木和各色各样的汽车。经过一段漫长的时间我们终于到了目的地。往窗外一望那一望无际的蔚蓝的大海映入我的眼帘，让我的心里顿时十分舒畅、心情十分兴奋，真想马上跳进大海。

中午我们在一家海鲜馆里吃的午餐。

下午的时刻终于来临了，我们可以下海去玩耍了!我们换上装备(游泳所需的泳裤之类的东西)，向金黄的沙滩那边走去。当时的天气很冷，我缓缓的触碰了一下海水，“呀!真凉呀!”我说道。但是我对海水的好奇心远远超过了我的寒冷的畏惧，我还是走进了海水里。一开始，我还感觉海水是那么的冰凉，但是慢慢的我能够在冰凉的海水立足脚跟。我悠闲在海水里游来游去，突然，一个浪向我袭来害我翻了个大跟头，还呛了几口海水。“哎呀，这海水真咸呀!呸!呸!”我说到。海面上吹起了海风，让我瑟瑟发抖。来时的兴奋劲早已化为乌有，蒸发了。我们迅速上了岸，换好了衣服。

上岸后我们租了一辆三人骑的自行车绕着北戴河转了一圈。吃过晚饭，我们就在北戴河的旅馆里休息了一夜。

第三天，我们一大早就起来了。我们还是准备去海滨玩，因为我们就是来海滨玩的，不过今天的天气骄阳似火，路上我还买了一个游泳圈。

又到了海边，又能欢快的玩耍了。我们换好装备，租了一把大伞。紧接着我们又跳进了大海的怀抱。我套上了游泳圈在海里游着，那清凉的海水，泡在里面真是一种享受。我还能清晰的看见远处那几艘游轮在移动。突然，我身后传来了阵阵隆隆声，我转身一看“哦，原来是一艘摩托艇准备出海呀!”我说到。之后我享受这在海里的每一秒钟。最后，我们上了岸，上岸后我们发现每个人的后背都变黑了，只有那一丁点儿是白色的，看来太阳还真厉害我在水中它都不放过我，硬要把我晒黑，我真那它没办法，只有听天由命了，哈哈!

回到家后，我心想快乐的时光总是那么短暂，一瞬间，两天欢乐的时光就消失的无影无踪，但是在我的记忆里却留下了美好的回忆，让我终身难忘，大海呀!欢乐的地方呀!我还会回来的，等着我吧!

每年暑假，爸爸妈妈都会把我送到乡下的姥姥家里住几天，今年也不例外。其实我早就想去看看陪陪姥姥姥爷，顺便也体验一下农村孩子暑假期间的一些乐趣。

我很快就和村子了的几个男孩玩熟了，整天在一起像个疯孩子一样打打闹闹，这和城市完全不一样，每次姥姥叫我回家吃饭，看到我像个泥巴猴子似的，就叫我假小子。

管他呢，我心里又激动有害怕，平时西瓜都是可怕的村长看着，一旦被他捉着，可就惨了，我正想着，突然，我被人拍了一下，还没回过神来，小明就说，石头剪子布，谁输了谁先去，大伙觉得这个主意不错，纷纷赞成。哎呀，不好，怎么它们是石头，就我一人是布呀，算了，愿赌服输，我认了。

我朝瓜棚看了看，心里害怕的要命，手心里面全是汗，要是这时当缩头乌龟，小伙伴还不笑死我。这是队长的呼噜查到了我的耳朵，我哼了一声，做美梦呢，我轻轻的，猫着腰，溜进瓜地，看着满地的圆圆的大西瓜，不禁激动的叫出了声，幸好被随后跟来的小伙伴拽了回来，要不然，让会长看见，就有我的好看了。

管不了那么多了，我再次走到地边，轻轻趴在地上，匍匐前进，我看到圆圆的西瓜，也不顾生熟，就用小刀快速的隔断瓜茎，抱起西瓜，就朝树林里飞奔。

小伙伴们跟着我逃到了树林了，我们就迫不及待的切开西瓜，品尝的胜利的果实。虽然，事后我被妈妈狠狠的批评了一顿，认识到错误后，到村长家赔不是了，可偷瓜的经历让我至今难忘。

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them. then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.

今天是怿怿小班暑假的最后一天。

明天，怿怿就将进入中班，开始新的学习生活，开启一段更加丰富多彩的“旅程”。

所以，在今天这个颇具意义的日子，好好总结一下怿怿的这个暑假。

首先，身体健康。怿怿这个假期长了2斤，身高也长了2cm。这点还算不错。生活起居、饮食等方面都很有规律，早中晚三餐吃得也很好，一般早上满满一碗粥，吃得比我多啊，她总是笑称自己是“传统人”，因为早饭她就喜欢中式的粥，加点肉松咸蛋就行了，对面包等西式早餐倒是不怎么感兴趣。中午一般都是面或者馄饨，这是怿怿一直都喜欢的，自己吃得飞快。晚餐最近也很好，都能自己吃完半碗饭，荤素搭配，再加上一碗汤，营养均衡。

其次，学习能力。不管是兴趣所在，还是被逼无奈，这个假期，怿怿都坚持每天学习。写字是必修课，即使再不情愿，她也在软硬兼施下完成。二胡之前她不肯练习，但这近一个月来不错，每天都坚持30分钟以上。算术倒是怿怿喜欢的，只要我在家，几乎每天晚上都要做近半个小时，一本96页的《重点小学数学练习》已经完成了三分之二多了。现在小家伙对于10以内的加减法基本能心算了。

再次，运动水平。以前怿怿一直比较懒，对于走路极不喜欢，总是要赖着我们抱。这个暑假，我们让她多骑自行车，起先也没什么大兴趣，后来被小区里一群骑车的小伙伴感染着，也开始骑了，再后来我们把自行车的两个小轮子拆了，她居然也就这么水到渠成得骑得飞快，每天都跟在小区里一帮读小学三四年级的哥哥身后一起“飞驰”。经过每天的锻炼，小家伙更加结实了呢。除了骑车，我们还在蓝宫办了一张游泳卡，虽然还没教会怿怿游泳，但是她已经在学着憋气了，游泳学习的初步启蒙已经开始了。还有就是转呼啦圈，从之前的一圈两圈到现在能转上40来下，也是不小的进步哦。

当然，还有其他一些收获。

收获的同时，自然也发现了一些怿怿的不足，比如说，写字勉强啦、沉迷于IPAD啦、爱发发小脾气之类的。当然，有问题我们会及时指出，小家伙也很配合地表示会尽快改进。但我们当然还是以表扬和鼓励为主。毕竟，在我看来，一个假期能有这些收获，也是非常不易的，我们也非常欣慰。

今年的暑假我过得快乐极了!我不但提前完成了作业，而且每天下楼骑自行车，车技越来越娴熟，还回老家跟哥哥一起捉知了、下象棋、打扑 克······

最令人开心的是：我和妈妈一起亲手种的小树和小花都成活了。为了纪念我的猫咪“小乖乖”，我在埋葬它的地方撒下了花种，没想到过了几天就发芽了。我就经常给它们浇水，希望它们快快长大。没过多久，我发现小花长出了嫩绿的叶子和细细长长的蔓儿，就跟妈妈一起用小树枝给它们支了个架子。从老家回来后，我惊喜地看到——我种的小花开花啦!一个个紫色、蓝色的小喇叭，仿佛在吹奏着欢快的乐曲!我这才知道种下的原来是牵牛花呀。

我们还从路边冬青树下挖了大、中、小三棵芙蓉树的小树苗，把它们种在楼下的草坪中，就像一家三口一样。因为是夏天，刚种完时小树苗都耷拉着脑袋，显得奄奄一息。我担心地问：“小树苗能活吗?”妈妈安慰我说：“我们付出了辛勤的劳动，小树苗一定能活!”一天下楼，我走近小树苗一看，枯干的树枝下面竟然又长出了嫩绿的新叶!我高兴得不得了。心想：植物的生命力可真顽强呀!

暑假中有大把大把的时间可以自由支配。我还坚持吹笛子、练书法，还读了好几本书，还尽情地玩“摩尔庄园”······暑假的生活真快乐!

一、工作要求

1.认真安排好在园幼儿的一日生活和活动，做到有计划、有落实，并按照幼儿园制定的保健工作要求，注意做好食品卫生、安全及高温期间的幼儿防暑降温工作。

2.对不来园幼儿，班主任做好安全教育工作，幼儿园发放告家长书。对中、小班幼儿，班主任至少在暑期里打电话询问一次。对没安排好幼儿生活的要对家长做好指导工作。

3.认真做好新生入园通知的发放和编班工作，并组织部分幼儿进入新生幼儿家开展“拉拉手”认识新朋友活动。

4.开展一次全园性的文明礼仪知识讲座，并举行知识竞赛活动，进一步提高师生的文明素养。

5.组织好教师参加暑期全园培训工作。

6.认真做好园舍整修工作，做好对施工人员的工程检查和人员管理工作。

二、各人员暑期工作职责

(一)值班人员工作要求

1.认真制定计划，并按要求组织好幼儿活动。

2.巡视并检查幼儿园环境、设施设备，检查幼儿园施工人员工作情况，及时处理有关问题或联系有关人员进行处理，并作好相应的记录。

3.做好幼儿园清洁卫生工作。

4.准时上下班，不擅自离岗，不做私活。

(二)行政值班人员

1.组织好暑期活动。

2.及时收集信息并做好传送工作。

4.做好大修检查指导工作。

5.做好新生编班和发放录取通知书。

忙碌了一天，此刻，我正伏在书桌前享受家的宁静。

对我而言，心灵的宁静就是躺在床上，枕着松软的枕头，读一本好书，把全身心都放轻松。躲离了喧闹声，我坐在床上静静品读文章，有说不出的惬意。此时，一切重归于寂静，只有床头闹钟还在“滴滴答答”的唱着单调乏味的歌曲陪伴着我，此刻，白天充满生机的我感到了疲惫。而只有家——这个温馨的港湾可以供我休息，让我拥有这种宁静的感觉，让我在外漂泊的心有一个归宿。

每天6：30前，我和两个表弟已经准备好去锻炼了，为了迎接初中两个月的军训，我更是不敢放松，每天都坚持在小区里做引体向上，现在我已经能够上去一大半了，比起以前已经有了很大的进步。

下午，我也并不轻松，表弟的作业写完了，我还得从头到尾给他检查一遍，哪里有错误我得帮他作标记，不会改的我得苦口婆心地告诉他解题思路，语文要在阅读文章中找答案，不要胡乱写，字不要写错;数学要看清题目，找出题目中的解题条件和已知条件，再理清思路细心地算。但他们总是吊儿郎当，把我的话当作耳旁风，我就像一个啰嗦的和尚，喋喋不休的念经，没人理睬。

当然休息时间是少不了的，每天我都会有充足的休息时间，只要任务完成了，我就能看电视玩游戏，这样既学到了，又玩到了，不亦乐乎。

快乐的暑假，渐渐地离开了我们，那些快乐的事情似乎就发生在昨天。

我抓着瓶子的中间，挤了几下，水向着爸爸射去，爸爸躲到水里。我把水水射到了爸爸的头上。爸爸像只猛兽似的突然从水中冒了出来。把水射到我的头上。我也发怒了，我和爸爸“打来打去。”最扣还是爸爸输了“哈哈，你是我的手下败将，我像中了大奖似的兴奋极了，其实我知道，是老爸一直让着我，我才会赢的?

暑假里打水仗真是快乐!

我已经十三岁了!可长这么大，从来没有坐过火车，真的是一件非常遗憾的事情。暑假到了，妈妈和爸爸计划带我出去旅游，目的地就是我们国家的首都——北京!可我更关心的是乘坐什么交通工具出行。当听到爸爸托人买火车票的时候，我一蹦三丈高，终于可以享受坐火车的感觉了!每每听到爸爸说车票难买的时候，我的心情非常担心，默默祈祷希望能够满足我的愿望。一声“车票搞定，卧铺……”的消息传来，不禁让我喜上眉梢。

终于到计划出行的那一天了，我们拿着得来不易的火车票，带着行李匆匆赶往火车站。一下车，我顿时吃了一惊，哇!这里真的是人的海洋……只见很多人，大家都是行色匆匆，携带着或多或少的行李。进入候车大厅，来到检票口，人们摩肩擦踵，缓缓前行，终于通过月台，登上了我神往已久的火车。

因为是头次坐火车，我非常好奇，东瞧瞧西望望。火车好长，大约有二十几节车厢。以十三号车厢，也就是餐车为界，前半部是硬座席车厢，后半部是卧铺车厢。我们是十五号车厢，也就是硬卧车厢。上了火车，只见车厢头部左右两边各有两间小房间，右手两间上面铭牌写“乘务室”、“茶水室”，左手两间都是“卫生间”。过了茶水室，一条长长的通道，右手就是卧铺啦。卧铺边是上、中、下三个铺位，面对面两个是一组，一节车厢大约有十组吧，也就是说有六十个铺位。对着卧铺，也就是通道上的一侧，有观景的车窗，每个车窗下，有一个茶几、两个小椅子。整个车厢收拾得非常干净、利落，也很温馨。

随着汽笛长鸣，火车缓缓启动了。我很紧张，看着窗外。只见窗外的树木、电线杆一晃而过，速度越来越快。“哐当……哐当……”的声音不时传来，而且节奏也越来越快，人坐在上面也是摇摇晃晃的，这是怎么回事?我的紧张情绪，爸爸妈妈看在眼里，笑出了声。“儿子，别紧张!”爸爸说：“火车是有车头带，沿着铁轨高速运行的，非常安全。你听见的‘哐当，哐当’声音，是火车轮碾压铁轨的声音。”原来是这样啊，我放心了，又开心了。我坐在车窗户，窗外是一望无际绿油油的田野，辛勤的农民赶着牲畜在田地里耕耘，田间的公路，时不时的有一辆飞驰的汽车穿梭着。火车就在这如画的大地飞驰，一会穿涵洞，一会上高架桥，桥下就是波涛汹涌的河水，是不是还有一辆高速插上的火车，响着汽笛，呼啸而过……

到了晚上，我们躺在卧铺上，伴随着列车的摇摇晃晃，好像又回到了小时候，躺在舒服的摇篮里，不知不觉睡着了，我甚至还做了一个甜甜的梦，梦见了一个美好的明天……

plant trees. I take part in this activity all the time and the trees I grew last

year have grown much taller. I am so proud of making the world green. Without

it, we could not live for long.
