An Accident

One sunny afternoon, when I was merrily riding home, I heard "Help! Help!". I rode to the riverside and found a boy of about five in the river struggling. I jumped into the water, swam to the boy and dragged him to the river bank. the boy said he was trying to catch a fish near the river bank and carelessly fell into the water. I asked him where his home was and sent him home. "Thank you very much!" the boys parents said, when I left his home. Though I got home late that afternoon, I was very happy.

In this chapter of the novel,Jane met her new friend-Helen.What Helen said really impressed me a lot,driving me think deeply.

“Life is too short to hate other people.We all have faults,but when we die,only the pure flame of the spirt will be left.Thats why I never think of revenge,I never consider life unfair.I live in calm,looking forward to the end."

Honesly speaking,I complained about my life or people around me now and again,wodering why it was always unfair to me.However,think it over,I shouldt have been so mean.Time flies.We need to expand the width of life instead of wasting time to think about something meaningless.

Our school is in the west of the city. It is very big with a tall teaching building.

There are thirty classrooms, a modern library, a dinning hall and a gym. There is a big playground where we often have sports. There are lots of trees and flowers beside the playground. There are more than five hundred students and teachers in our school and we all work hard.

Our school is so beautiful that we all like it very much.

Autumn is the third season in the year. It lasts from September to

November. When the autumn comes, the leaves begin to turn yellow and then fall.

The weather becomes cool. It makes people feel comfortable. So many people like

autumn and enjoy this season. Besides, autumn is a season of harvest. The crops

turn to rip. Farmers are busy with the harvest. And they begin to prepare for

the winter and the New Year.

A boy went to a shop and bought a pencil and other things. When he was going to pay the bill, he took out his wallet and found he had not enough money to pay. He felt awkward. At that moment, an old man who was in charge of the shop smiled and said to the boy that he could give the rest of the money next time. The boy was so shocked, as the old man trusted him so much. My dream home is very big and nice.I have a house and it has at least three floors.On the first floor,there is a big dining room and we can have dinner together.There is also a nice kitchen and a big sitting room.On the second floor,there are all the bedrooms,so all my friends can stay in my house.There are computers,TVs and videos in each bedroom,so everyone can have fun.My own room is on the third floor.I can put the dolls,the posters and other things in it.I also have a balcony and I can see the whole city from it.

Firstly, it is very important for us to take more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins and they help in the process of digestion. Eat plenty of foods high in protein. Thirdly, we?d better do morning exercise every day, do sports frequently to make our bodies strong. Besides, we have to avoid too much work pressure. Getting too tired all the time may definitely weaken our defense system, making us get sick easily. Finally, we have to get rid of those bad habits that damage our health, such as drinking and smoking.

My DreamEveryone has a lot of dreams. Some people want to be rich, dreaming of becoming millionaires overnight. Others want to be famous, dreaming of suddenly jumping to great fame. I have a lot of dreams,too.

When I was a young girl, I dreamed of becoming a scientist like Hua Luogen in future.However, I knew very well that I could not succeed without painstaking efforts. So I studied hard in the middle school and college in order to attain my goal.After graduating from college, I found a job as a teacher.Although I was very busy with teaching, I never gave up my goal. I read a lot of books to get more knowledge. I made experiments to practise and apply what I had learnt from the books. Sometimes, I was so deeply indulged in my research that I forgot my meals and time.

Now I have made great progress. Several of my research papers have been published. The methods proposed in my papers have been proven to be valuable for the solution of some problems. I am very happy.The ladder of becoming a scientist is still far ahead, but I have climbed the first rung anyway.

Spring is coming. Birds are singing and flowers are blooming. I wanted to plant spring in my home, so I, together with my dad, went to the market and bought some flower seedlings. We prepared to plant them in the yard. When we were back home, we went into action in no time. Some time later, we finished. I will patiently wait for spring to come to the yard now.

Stress is a state of being upset that happens when we are under pressure.

Both our feelings and our bodies get upset.

We can even get emotionally and physically sick if we have too much stress

for too long. Stress can come at us from every direction. For instance, it can

come from fights with other people. It can come when we have too many things to

do and too little time to do them. It can also come when we do not have enough

money to pay for what we want. Since stress can make us sick, we have to learn

how to deal with it. There are good ways and bad ways to do so. We should deal

with stress in good ways, of course. Good ways to cut down on stress include

people or to stay away from them. We can decide what to do now, what to do

later, and what to leave off doing forever.

We should not deal with stress in bad ways because bad ways to cut down on

stress just lead to more troubles, for example, skipping out and leaving our

work undone, blaming our problems on someone else, stealing or cheating.

终于轮到我们上场了，我的心怦怦直跳怕我们班会输给其他的班级。当音乐一响起来，我们每个人都很快进了状态。我那颗怦怦直跳的心也平静了下来。大家各自表演者自己的角色，十分认真。突然电脑出问题了，把我们出场的顺序都打乱了，弄得我们几个团团转转都不知道怎么去表演了。这是老师在后面打着手势让我们跟着幻灯片来表演，我们手忙脚乱的的样子把评委都逗笑了。最后我们的成绩只有76.365分。

虽然这次我们没有取得好的成绩，但是我们却收获了快乐。

With the rapid development of the society, people can live a better life in

general. So because of the improvement of people’ s living standard, more and

more people own cars. Traffic jam comes to life. While people in order to be

punctual, they often ignore the cars crossing on the road. This behavior will

easily bring traffic accidens. On the other hand, the car owner also want to be

on time and then regardlss the traffic rules, which is also easy to have traffic

accidents. Both the driver and people themseves’ behaviour leads to accidents.

Those accidents may take people’s lives away. It’s so terrible. Therefore, for

the sake of life, the driver and the pedestrian should obey the traffic

regulation as we have only one life.

Im going to the sun for my holiday. I will go there by spaceship. I will pilot a big blue spaceship to the sun. The sun is very hot. So I put on the super shirt.
