The teaching method is boring; instead of lecturing, some teachers just "read" lessons. I hate it. I want to more free time in class.

During the time I spend at the University of Education, I not only develops my intellectual abilities, I also develop social skills as well as knowledge and wisdom necessary for choosing a future career.

In short, we should value our life in the University of Education. Although there are many things lacking, the four years in the university is a worthwhile period in our whole lifetime.

我，幻想到了我们的校园：东边是许多同学向往的游戏地方，几个阳光大男孩在操场是玩耍，你追我赶；西边是学校里生意葱茏的竹林，翠色流的绿色让人神清气爽，；南边是我们学校知识的地方，朗朗的读书声从教室里传来；北面是敞开的学校大门，上面“长”了许多“尖刺”，为的是不让小偷轻易进入。

《做不抱怨的教师》读书笔记摘抄

暑假期间，我阅读了《做不抱怨的教师》一书，感受颇深。刚开始看到书名，心里想着，哪有老师会不抱怨呢要抱怨的事情太多了。一向以来，教师这一职业被认为是天底下最光辉的事业。但是随着时代的发展，独生子女是越来越多，家长对教师的要求也是越来越高，这就无形之中给我们教师带来压力。抱怨，似乎也成为“释放”压力的一种方式。但是这本书里的第一章有这么一句话：“抱怨是懦弱、无能的最好诠释，他像幽灵一样到处游荡、饶人不安。”所以我们教师要调节好自己的心态，对生活充满信心，对工作有较好的满意度，建立良好的人际关系。

抱怨产生不了任何喜悦，也不会让我们的生活和工作添姿加彩，反而会让我们的负面情绪不断叠加，从而产生更多的不快。大学是一种智慧，教师要具有育人的智慧。在我们的大学工作中，如果抛弃让学生人人“灿烂”的想法，顺应自然，那么孩子们的笑脸会不会更多些呢就像有些老师，学生考了96分还是不够，似乎只有100分才能算优秀。我们教师总是不满足于孩子的成绩。就像有的学生上课稍不认真，一旦被老师抓住，立刻就会被批评一顿;下课跟同学有些小摩擦，又被认为是打架。其实冷静下来，仔细想想，一堂课40分钟，谁能保证什么小动作也不做。只要学生改正过来就行了。“很多时候，学生之间的小摩擦，也不那么紧要。”这正如自然万物的生长一样，在摩擦的过程中，学会了与他人相处的艺术。因此，我们教师让学生在摩擦中学会生存，在摩擦中成长，这是一种自然选取的过程，而在此过程中，我们教师不必代劳。

我们教师经常也会抱怨：此刻的孩子怎样那么不听话怎样那么坐不住怎样那么难教怎样那么不爱学习家长怎样也不管管等等。其实，冷静想想，可能是我们教师有些小题大做了，上课思想开小差，我们提醒一下就行了;和同学闹矛盾，告诉他们要友好相处，不能太冲动。其实转脸他们也就忘了所有的矛盾了。有的同学作业没做齐，可能确实是家里有事，给耽误了，也只是偶尔没有完成。有的同学考试没考好，因为他就只能考成那样，也就那水平，他已经尽力了。当应对学生的问题时，我们教师要试着相信自己的学生，试着控制自己的情绪，这样一来，不但问题能迎刃而解，师生双方都学会了好多道理。

有的事情，我觉得只要跟孩子好好说说就行了。毕竟没有不犯错的孩子，关键是他不要放下学习，继续努力，我们没必要严加管教，另眼看待，不能带着有色眼镜看学生，对学生要多加鼓励，少些批评，鼓励他们。

每个孩子成长阶段的需要不尽相同，懵懂无知的时候要明白灌输引导;渐渐长大些便要放手;等他完全独立了还有鞭策鼓励。爱不是只用单一的方式一路贯彻到底，爱是讲层次的。只要善于引导，灵活多样的使用大学方法，对症下药，天才可能就出现我们的手中。我们就应更用心的去教学生，去感受学生。去感受生活带给我们的另一份财富。如果用心，是能够教给学生很多东西的，不仅仅仅是学科知识!学生成不了博士不要紧，使他们成为一个有用的人，对社会有贡献的人好处更大一些!我们给学生期望，他们就成为我们的期望了。你是笑着应对自己的期望呢，还是苦着应对自己的期望呢笑着应对期望，期望会越来越多，你会找到越来越多的快乐!

生活就是一面镜子，你笑它也笑;你哭，它也哭。“不以物喜，不以己悲”，时时注意，持续快乐的情绪，做个阳光老师。用一颗宽容的心对待每一个孩子!这样才能生活的简单而充实。

不论中间经历了什么，最后的结果是选择了这里----邢台学院，她成了我学生时代最后的归宿。在来到她的怀抱之前我是个一无所知的黄毛小丫头，但在她一年时光的庇护下我长大了，是真真正正的长大了。不会再像以前一样一遇到困难就找父母想办法，受一点委屈就找朋友哭诉。一个人的日子让我懂得了女生要更坚强才不会让父母太过担心，也知道了有父母陪在身边的日子是多么温暖。几乎百分之八十的大一新生都有一个想法就是不想浪费时间，让自己的大学生活充实起来，所以他们选择参加社团，竞选学生会，竞选班长好不忙碌，常常忙到来不及吃饭，但这样的忙碌有些人适应了而有些人厌烦了。回想起一年前的我也是意气奋发的来回奔波，学习，想要参加一个自己喜欢的社团来锻炼身体，和另一个社团为社会献出一点微薄的力量，再参加一个组织可以锻炼自己的能力。理想总是美好的，当嘴角的微笑还没完全咧开的时候现实就让我妥协了。我裹着冬日的寒风疾步走过了金黄色的银杏叶铺满的那个转角，我并没有成为理想中的那个自己，我只是一名普普通通的大一学生，闲暇时分会描写我的大学生活作文窝在宿舍看看视频或是和室友谈天说地，也会去图书馆找几本自己喜欢的书细细品味，还会积极参加各种活动，结识了好多新的朋友，遇到个小长假相约几个好友去看看祖国的大好山河。就这样一年的时光悠悠度过了。仔细回想，这一年里我并没有做出什么轰轰烈烈的事，更没有成为一名响当当的学姐，但是这平凡的一年时光里却带给了我不平凡的收获:有计划的做事，有责任有担当的做人，学会了更好的待人处事，学会了对自己负责。这些都会是我一生最宝贵的财富。

世界上不可能有两片完全相同的叶子，同样世界上也不可能会有人过着相同的日子。也许你现在的生活并不是你理想中的样子，但是请你记住这世界上总有人过着你想要的生活，所以，要为自己努力，就像歌词里说的“我很平凡，也很简单，骨子里的我却很勇敢……重新来，我还有胜算。”

以前的我，曾经在老师们的言语下对大学生活充满了憧憬，想象着那是怎样的一个天堂——没有繁冗的课业，没有紧张的脚步，没有雪花在眼前飞舞的景象，有的是多到廉价的时间，有的是悠闲自在的生活，绿荫小道间的静谧，小桥流水般的诗意，花丛锦簇间的肆意芳香。多么美好的画面啊！可是不断在脑海中描绘的画面却在身临其境的时候幻灭。

的确，时间很多，但却感到更多的压抑。五湖四海的同学，彼此间磕磕碰碰中也不乏温馨存在，只是有些不可调和的矛盾却让人头痛无比。如果说，高中时候被压抑的感情在大学里得到充分的释放，我想那会不会过于泛滥。

难怪人家会将大学比喻为亚社会，因为在这里你随时可以看到种种社会现象的缩影。有激烈的竞争，有残酷的优胜劣汰，有某些心照不宣的潜规则，有在不公平对待面前的委曲求全，有着不得不随波逐流的无奈。

但我们毕竟还是个学生，即使会为了奖学金而争个头破血流，可时过境迁后依然会如同亲密的朋友；即使我们会在自身利益受损的时候撑起一层保护膜，可在旁人水深火热时依然会伸出援助之手。快乐来得容易，悲伤也时常光顾，忧郁的眼神曾经诉说着苦恋的烦恼，张扬的神采尽述青春的无敌。在离社会最近的我们面前，摆放着太多的迷惑和挑战，在抽丝剥茧的背后，我们必将看到生活的本来面目，不像我们想象的纯净无暇，可却是最真实的面貌。

大学生，早已不复过往的神圣。曾经萦绕头顶的光环，如今只剩下质疑的目光。

大学的四年时间，其中一半用来思考人生，在迷茫中找到出路。也许生活的伟大之处就在于，经历了风雨，才能成长，在其他初中高中毕业的人拼命奋斗、埋头苦干时，我们却拥有了更多的时间和能力去思考成人和成才的命题，这是一种幸运，无论将来毕业的我们是不是具备了大学生该有的技能，在思想见地方面，我们都将有自己的一套哲理，而毕业后走上社会这个大舞台的时候，也一定会在这套哲理来指导我们的行为，成就自我的人生。
