As far as I’m concerned, our English Department is the best department in our college. The teachers in our department are knowledgeable, experienced, and warm-hearted. And my classmates are nice, friendly and helpful. Thus, I have a good atmosphere to study. When I have difficulties in study, I always ask my teachers for help or discuss with my classmates. Through their help, I have made great progress in my English study.

我现在在湖南第一师范学校学习，这是主席之前呆过的学校。我的专业是英语，因为我觉得它很有趣。我觉得我们英语系是我校最好的学部。我们系的老师知识渊博，经验丰富，热心肠。我的同学们也很和蔼，友好，乐于助人。因此，我拥有一个很好的学习氛围。当我在学习上遇到困难时，我总是向我的老师寻求帮助或与同学讨论。在他们的帮助下，我在英语学习上取得了很大的进步。

College life is much different from high school life. In college, we should acquire knowledge as well as improve our integrated abilities. There are a lot of English classes for us to learn, such as Basic English, Oral English, Listening, Reading, Writing, Translation, Grammar, English Literature, and so on. I enjoy these classes very much. Except English, we have many other subjects to learn. Life seems so busy here but it’s so fruitful for me.

大学生活与高中生活有很大的不同。在大学，我们要获取知识也要提高我们的综合能力。我们要上很多的英语课，比如，基础英语，英语口语，听力阅读，写作，翻译，语法，英语文学等。我非常喜欢这些课。除英语外，我们还要学习很多其他科目。在这里生活是如此的忙碌，但这对我来说是如此丰硕的收获。

After class, I usually go to the English Corner. There I can practice my oral English by talking with foreigners or chatting with my schoolmates. Now, I’m able to communicate with foreigners well. Sometimes I also take part in some social activities. For instance, last weekend I attended an interesting play. As it was my first performance, I felt a little nervous at the beginning. But when I appeared on the stage, I made every audience laugh happily. I was so proud of myself at that moment, because this was my first achievement.

下课后，我经常去英语角。在那里我可以通过与外国人或我的同学聊天来练习我的英语口语。现在我可以很好的和外国人交流了。有时候我也可以参加一些社交活动。例如，上周我参加了一个有趣的表演。因为是我第一次表演，所以一开始的时候我觉得有点紧张。但当我出现在舞台上时，我让每一个观众都开心的笑了。在那一刻，我为我自己感到骄傲，因为这是我的第一个收获。

Christmas day is becoming more and more fire over the years, the annual Christmas Eve, the streets are the smell of Christmas, Im not very interested in, although for Christmas but also be infected by this lively breath.

It doesnt, the teacher in charge will be things like stickers, Christmas CARDS to our hand, lets decorate the classroom. After class, we are all busy to decorate. Chun-chieh liu is tall, standing on the table will Santa Claus stickers posted on the glass window, looked at the smiling face of Santa Claus, we are also happy. People will write Christmas CARDS in his hand desire to hang in the class of the converted into a Christmas tree, but my wish is to: family happiness.

这几年圣诞节越来越火了，每年的圣诞节前夕，大街小巷都是圣诞节的气息，我虽然对圣诞节不是很感兴趣，但也被这热闹的气息所感染。

这不，班主任将一些圣诞节的贴纸、卡片之类的东西发到我们手上，让我们装饰下教室。下课后，我们都忙着装饰了。刘俊杰个子高，站在桌子上将圣诞老人的贴纸一张张贴在窗户玻璃上，看着圣诞老人的笑脸，我们也高兴起来。大家将手中卡片写上圣诞愿望挂在用班级的小黑板改装成的圣诞树上，而我的愿望是：家人幸福。

教室已经布置好了，就等着圣诞节的到来了，好期待。

Today, as the development of the medical, people can slow down their aging. As for the celebrities, they use the developed technology to keep young, seeing their unchangeable faces in the screen for so many years, the audience also want to imitate the celebrity, they believe that by using the developed technology, they can keep young all the time. While in my opinion, the way to keep young is to hold a young heart, some people look young outside, but in their hearts, they are old enough and refuse to keep pace with the time. reading classics have significant implication for a person’s development. a sea of classic books are usually written by a lot of well-known folks. different kinds of books tell us their own special subjects, which teach us how to effectively do our jobs, carry out problems from different parts and do a successful man.

recently people who tend to read classics are shrinking, while in the past classic staff had a large popularity for all kinds of individuals. why does this phenomenon come out? the reason for this problem is from many aspects, mainly as follows.

the first reason is that people do not have enough time to read and reluctant to spend their valuable time in books. as the economic development is becoming increasingly fast, a multitude of characters surge into their money. in order to earn more incomes, they kill their all time in their jobs, and they even don’t want to take a little of their all time to read. the second reason for causing this phenomenon is next.

nowadays piracy books become growing popular, especially classics. this problem, to some extent, affects people’s moods and interests of reading classics. so a wealth of individuals of reading classics turn to dramatically shrinking.

from my own perspective, we, as college students, should read all kinds of books, including classics, to develop our own comprehensive and perfect knowledge. we should pay attention to the content of books, not the paper quality of books.

阅读经典对一个人的发展有重要的影响。经典书籍的海洋通常是由很多著名的人写的。不同种类的书告诉我们自己的特殊的学科,它教我们如何有效地做我们的工作,执行问题来自不同地方和做一个成功的男人。

最近倾向于阅读经典的人减少,而在过去经典的员工有一个大流行各种各样的人。为什么这种现象出现?这个问题的原因来自很多方面,主要如下。

第一个原因是,人们没有足够的时间阅读和不愿意花宝贵的时间在书中。随着经济发展越来越快,许多人物飙升到他们的钱。为了赚取更多的收入,他们杀了他们所有的时间在他们的工作,他们甚至不想花一点的时间去阅读。第二个原因造成这一现象是下一个。

现在盗版书籍变得越来越受欢迎,特别是经典。这个问题,在某种程度上,影响人们的情绪和兴趣的阅读经典。如此丰富的个人阅读经典的急剧萎缩。

从我自己的角度来看,我们作为大学生,应该读各种各样的书,其中包括经典,发展我们自己的全面和完善的知识。我们应注意对书的内容,而不是纸质的书籍。
