又是一次英语惨败，我垂头丧气地坐在桌边。您径直朝我走来，我心生惊慌：定是免不了一顿责备了吧，也罢，我也快要丧失对这门学科的兴趣。您让我有空去找您，我便带着忐忑的心前去。出乎意料的是，您耐心细致地帮我分析了卷子，又教导我课文要多读，阅读要多训练；没有怪罪、责骂或是嘲笑，有的只是语重心长。我迎上您的目光，看到了您的期盼与鼓励，顿时，我平添了无比的信心和勇气。

早读课才开始，我便已头晕目眩，该死的低血糖又开始作祟了，呕吐感迫使我冲了出去。可眼前却是白茫茫一片，眼看就要撞墙，恍惚间，却听见您在身后喊我，我停下来扶着墙蹲下，很快便感觉到了您靠近的气息——您竟陪着我一起蹲了下来，一秒、两秒、半分钟、三分钟……您用手轻轻拍我的后背。眼前的雾终于散尽，我这才看清您的脸，眼睛中尽透温柔与关切，竟让我产生了是父亲的错觉，更让我体会到了浓浓的师生情谊。

三千米跑道上，仅两圈我就心生胆怯，还有五圈啊，要怎么撑完呢？眼看着同学们一个接一个从我身边超越，我更加没有毅力了，我多想放弃，脚步愈发缓慢。突然从拐弯处冲出您的身影，您拼命拍手示意我快步向前，皱着眉冲着我喊：加油加油，别放弃啊！拍手声更像是擂起的战鼓，又一次激起了我的斗志。我像是获得了动力，又迈开沉重的双腿向前冲去。五圈，您硬是陪我跑了下来。我坐在地上气喘吁吁，看着同样喘气却又欣喜的您，突然间就懂了您的心，让我明白了坚持的内涵和胜利之后的喜悦。

微笑是一种美德，微笑是一种希望，微笑也是一种鼓励。保存别人的微笑是我最大的快乐！

在每一学期，都会有接力赛。当然作为我们班的一员，肯定得付出点什么，于是，我就被分配到了靠后面的队列。在漫长的等待中，我时不时也会学着高年级的做着简单的热身运动，毕竟，我也是个四年级的学生了，也变成了一个高个子。我们的王老师（班主任）就在一旁不停的给我们说不要紧张，不要紧张，可这一说，总感觉有点更加困难了，望着别的班信心满满的模样，我不知不觉的，腿有点微微的颤抖，尽管这样，我也不能泄气。

比赛开始了，前面的人跑得挺快，可到了后面，就越走越慢，我们的班主任，急得满头大汗，她的手脚也微微比划着跑步时的动作，我看着她的眉头紧紧地缩拢在一起，脸上的皱纹也变得更加明显，她脚上的高跟鞋，也“啪嗒，啪嗒”的响起来。

在烈日炎炎的操场上，我们的背上已经被汗水浸透，王老师还在一边不停的说话，“即使我们得不了第一，也要做到自己最好的状态！”

我们这一个学期，换了一位新的英语老师，他姓许。

初见时，只见他西装革履，器宇轩昂，嘴下有颗痣，算不上帅气，也算不上貌丑。可我一见他就心生厌恶，也说不出为什么。

外表也就那样了，但不得不说他确实是位好老师，讲课细致，该记的笔记也会特别尽心尽责地书写在黑板上。规定要背的内容他会全盘监督，可以说是十分之一丝不苟了。

早就听说许老师很严厉，真正接触他之后便发现，这位老师的严厉之中还是有几分平易近人的，不是人们想象中的那种恶魔。

最后不得不说的是许老师的字了。他常说：“字如其人。”甚至特地为此给我们上过一节课。但是他自己的字着实令叶某（我）不敢恭维。笔画相连，说白了就是连笔字，说是连笔字还算是美化，其实就是潦草，很多时候都极难辨认。抄笔记的我们着实是叫苦连天！

许老师，您常言“字如其人”。可您的字那么潦草，您说说，您是怎样的人呢？

我的英语老师十分漂亮！

她有一头棕黑相间的头发，平时喜欢扎马尾辫。两道浓浓的眉毛下面有一双宝石般的大眼睛，每当上课时，那双大眼睛总是闪烁着智慧的光芒。高高的鼻梁下有一张秀气的樱桃小嘴，十分美丽。她的个子不高，身材很苗条，看起来楚楚动人。

英语老师的爱好很广泛：唱歌、跳舞……其中，在学校最常见的，就是带着我们“走进”游戏世界，这样既能让我们学到许许多多单词，又让我们牢记这些知识，还能让我们体会单词知识的魅力，十分有趣。

英语老师上课非常有意思，而做游戏则是更胜一筹。有一次，英语老师打开了游戏“时装秀”的大门：第一项任务是用旧报纸、木块……这些被别人瞧不起的东西，做成各式各样的衣服。我选了“魔法师”这个角色，回家，我和妈妈一起做好了魔法师的衣服、帽子、魔法杖。第二天，我和大家一样，穿着自个儿的衣服在讲台前后、左右走秀，老师则用手机为我们拍下了这有意思的一幕。

这样一来，我们就和英语老师结下了深厚的感情，我也会珍惜和英语老师在一起的时光。

我爱我的英语老师！

小学五年级以前，真的很讨厌英语。说是讨厌，到不如说是因不懂而产生的厌恶和恐惧。久而久之，便也放弃了，面对一次次考试，也不显得那么惶急了。总是七十多分的成绩，在一个英语差班里，也只能算中等。

除了那几个成绩十分优秀的同学在九十分以上外，剩下的，只有等待奇迹的降临。有的时候，真希望幸运女神也能眷顾我一下，让我不再为英语而发愁，让我能顺利的考上初中。当然，那只是幻想，但他的出现，让我如愿以偿。

一个偶然的机会，妈妈听说七班的英语老师教的很好，英语成绩年级第一。便从我的好友那要到了电话，好友很热心，他的英语很突出，就是上了那个老师办的辅导班。妈妈讲电话打通后，那边传来了老师甜美的声音，经过交谈，才知道，他姓蒋。妈妈把我七十八分的成绩告诉蒋老师时，没想到她竟说："还可以."我吃了一惊:第一次有人这样说。我的信心大增，不在那么失落。

于是，我便开始了我的转变。

周六时，我都会准时到达她家里，和十几个学生一起，听她讲课。风雨无阻，我真的希望有一天，我能不再为我的英语发愁。

她讲的很详细，因为没有课本，所以有的人便向年级比自己高的表哥表姐借了一本，而我没借到，蒋老师便帮我借了一本，并鼓励我好好学。她告诉我：“其实英语并不难。”真的吗？不知怎的，我有些相信了她说的话，也许英语真的不难。从那时起，我们的关系便近了。

她讲的很好，从简单的单词，到句子，再到课文，再到语法，她讲的很详细，严肃而又不失幽默，学得多而不累。在她的引导下我渐渐的爱上了英语，开始尽情地在英语世界里遨游。

此后，每一次英语考试，我与第一名的分数不相上下，她也和我一起在蒋老师那里学英语，只是比我早。

我很庆幸，能遇上蒋老师，是她改变了我，使我能顺利考上初中。

我会将她永远的记在我的心里，我敬爱的英语老师——蒋老师！
