今天爸爸给我买了一只可爱的小鸡，全身长着桔黄色的茸毛，我给它起名叫“小黄”。小黄两只小眼睛一眨一眨的，像小星星一样，它的爪子还没有长得那么坚硬有力，让小黄显得更加可爱。 小黄最喜欢做的事情就是趴在我的脚上睡觉。毛茸茸的、软软的身体，让我感觉到脚暖和极了。看着它睡得香甜，我不忍心动一下，生怕惊醒它，当我挪动我的脚时，它还恋恋不舍地追随我的脚。到了晚上小黄还是唧唧的叫着，要我陪它。于是我做了一个脚的模型，周围放了温水瓶，这样小黄就安心入梦了，看着它睡着了，我也安心地睡觉了。 小黄还喜欢跑来跑去和我捉迷藏，有一次，我找了半天，也没找到它，后来，在我的澡盆里发现了小黄。它在里面怎么飞，也飞不出它自己不小心蹦进去的澡盆了。看着它，我笑了，小心翼翼地把它拿出来了。 我的小鸡“小黄”可爱吧!

随着社会的发展，生活水平不断提高，我们喝上了自来水，用上了电视机，冰箱，取暖器，电梯等。但生活中我们不断地在浪费资源：打扫卫生的水，浇花的水，洗衣服的水，每天都在浪费。水对于我们有多大的用处，浇灌农田要用水，修建房屋要用水，花草树木需要水，还有人们的生活用水工业用水等，没有水我们就无法生存。然而水在被我们浪费，被污染。如果我们用洗碗的水来浇花，洗衣服的水来打扫卫生，洗手时水开小一点，那我们要节约多少水。电也一样，我们每天每人少开一盏灯、少看一小时的电视，少座一次电梯，我们要节约多少电。当我们站在街上，闻到的是臭气，走在大街上到处是垃圾，抬头看天空灰蒙蒙一片，一辆接一辆的汽车都在排放着尾气，还有人在乱砍伐树木?注意观察，仔细想想，我们的环保意识实在太差了。

自然不可改良、生活可以选择 选择绿色生活、环境保护，人人有责。

Everyone can do something for our environment. For me, I should try to save electricity in my daily life. For example, if I am the last person leave the classroom in the evening, I will always remember to turn off the lights. In order to protect our forests, I will use paper wisely. I should try to use both sides of paper whenever it is possible. I will not use things like paper cups and disposable chopsticks because they are made of wood. It’s our duty toprotect our environment .No matter where we live ,we should do something tokeep our neighborhood clean and tidy .We can collect waste paper or otherwaste things for recycling.We should plant more trees and we should preventthose factories from pouring waste water into rivers,lakes and fields.We shouldn’t leave rubbish everywhere andspit in public places .We mustn’t pick the flowers or step on the grass inpublic.If everyone tries his best to protect the environment ,the world willbecome much more beautiful and our life will be better and better .

Protection of the Environment Once man did not have to think about the protection of his environment. There were few people on the earth, and natural resources seemed to be unlimited. Today things are different. The world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources,and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, human life on earth will not survive. We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea, there will soon be none left. Yet,with modern fishing methods, more and more fish are caught.We know that if too many trees are cut down, forests will disappear. Yet, we continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees. We see that if rivers are polluted with waste products, we will die. Yet, waste products arestill put into rivers. We know that if the population continues to rise at the present rate, in a few years, there wont be enough food.What can we do to solve these problems? If we eat more vegetables and less meat, there will be more food available. Land for crops feeds five times more people than land where animals are kept. Our natural resources will last longer if we learn to recycie them. The world population will not rise so quickly if people use modern methods of birth control. Finally, if we educate people to think about the problems we shall have a better and cleaner planet in the future.
