教官停顿了一会，不知为什么我有些提心吊胆。两三秒后，我们又听到教官铿锵有力的口令：“向右看齐!”我们就按照教官的要求去做相应的内容。“立正!稍息!”李教官的这声突如其来的口令让我有点不知所措。但我又立刻回到了状态。

“第一个内容：立正、稍息、跨立，立正!”听到这声口令我们立即摆出立正的姿势。“稍息、立正、跨立”李教官说得内容我们都顺利完成了。正当我们高高兴兴准备走回去的时候，却出了岔子，我们最后一排最右边的四个女生突然停住了。不过很快就恢复了状态。就这样有惊无险地完成了我们的第一次军训汇演。

这五天的军训让我明白了一个道理：做什么事都要团结，坚持不懈;做什么事都要有始有终，不能半途而废。

时间缓慢的来到了这个时间段，操场上的人也越来越多了。等到各个方队都来齐以后，教官还告诉我们今天晚上要过来的目的地。原来是要跟大家一起做游戏，一开始的时候就是教官们向我们表演他们的项目。首先就可以看到教官组成的方队在我们的面前走过，他们昂首挺胸整个动作都是整齐划一的。等到教官走完以后场上的鼓掌声顿时响起，仿佛撕裂了天际一般。等到教官们表演完之后，就来到各个方队面前带领我们唱歌。一开始的时候我们只是各个班级独自唱，可是后来不知道怎么了开始每个班级轮流唱，甚至到最后进行比赛。

玩完这个项目以后又开始了一个新的项目，这个项目就是萝卜蹲。萝卜蹲这个项目也受到很多同学们的喜爱，有的人是专门就盯着一个人玩。所以我们在操场上和篮球场上总是时不时看到某个同学躺在地上，别人叫他起来他也不起来的场景。玩完这些项目以后已经到了九点了，时间也不早了，也该到我们休息的时间了，然后就由各个教官带领方队，迈着整齐的步伐走出操场回到宿舍。今天的军训内容让我难以忘记，我也相信今天会成为我人生中最难以忘怀的一天。

fun left but bored study and endless exercises. However, as a high school

student, I can’t agree with them. Personally, I live a fruitful but happy life

in high school. It can’t be denied that study is my priority that I must spend

has been built in my mind. There is beautiful trees and flours, boys and girls

talk and walk happily, they share things together, students and teachers discuss

Suffering from the boring cold, my brain remains empty. I even don’t know

My Winter Holiday` Plans Well, winter holiday is coming. So whatI am going

to do? I am going to read English books，surf the Internet，play badmintoon every

day。And first I am going to finish my homework 。In addition， I am going to leave

Shantou for Xiamen with my family and we are going to stay there for ten

days。And after we are getting there， we are going to eat delicious food，climb

今天已 经是军训的第五天，天气变好了，但是地上还有些积水。想一想后天的汇演，我心中很是兴奋，地上的积水弄湿了我的鞋我也没在意。

因为马上就要汇演了，教官加强了训练的强度。常因为一个动作不整齐而让我们做很多遍。我们做的最多的是“停止间转法”。这个项目就是由两个向右转，两个向左转和两个向后转组成的。本来是很简单的，但教官让我们全班六十多人做齐，就有点难度了。因我们在做完一个转体动作时要靠一下脚，这一下靠脚要求齐而响，我们班这一下脚总是靠不齐，疏疏拉拉的，听起来很不齐。教官见了，便让我们在转体时喊“1、2”。喊“1”时转身，喊“2”时靠脚。这样一来，喊声只要齐了，靠脚自然也就齐了。我们如此练习了很多次，终于把这个“拦路虎”攻克了。

练了“停止间转法”，教官教我们做“俯卧撑”，这个主要是练习我们腹部肌肉的。教官先让我们趴在操场上，用手支撑身体，必须把这个动作做到最好，做出的“俯卧撑”才会标准。

我坚持撑了一会儿，感到腹部肌肉有些酸痛，我在那一刻非常想打一个“报告教官”，让自己歇上一会儿。但我忍住了，因为刘校长说过“不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹?”现在也一样，不做好前期准备工作，怎能做出最好的俯卧撑?想到这些，我又撑好了。

终于，我们开始做俯卧撑了。因为我们做好了充分的前期准备，所以我们做俯卧撑做的是又好又齐。

通过今天的训练，我明白了：最美艳的花朵，往往不是长在温室之中，而是开在风雨当中的。

How To Protect Our EyesOur eyes is very important.We can see many beautiful

things with our eyes.Without eyes the life will get dark.So we must protect our

放暑假了，暑假的生活总是这么有趣，今天我就干了一件有意义的事情呢。我的玩具非常多，它们都堆在一个房间的角落里。我想玩玩具了，就在角落里去找，可是玩具非常的乱，东边一个，西边一个的，翻来翻去找不到，可到最后却是地板上撒了一大堆，这样子非常的零乱，就更找不到了。

下午我写完今天的暑假作业，就想着把我的玩具收拾一下。妈妈给我买了一个大箱子，这个大箱子的盖子是绿色的，身体是白色的，很大，空间很足，一共有上下四层。妈妈说可以由我自己去整理玩具，让我分别把玩具归类。一层一层的有序的摆放在里面。

首先，我把个体较大的玩具都堆到一起，挨个的放在第一层，比如：小汽车、小摩托车之类的。第一层的空间很大，能放的进去，也能摆放平稳。

然后，我把那些罐体、铁盒子还有积木都放在第二层，这样就方便我找那些零碎的拼图碎片、装置飞机、汽车的碎片、小贴片、彩色的小珠子等等。

其次，我把所有的芭比娃娃、毛绒玩具都放到第三层，逐一的摆放整齐。还有芭比娃娃的首饰、换洗的衣服、鞋子都放在第三层的最右边，这样也防止芭比娃娃被压坏。

最后，我把那些经常玩的玩具都放在了最上面一层，比如：橡皮泥、魔方、画板等。

经过整理玩具，房间变得大了也干净了许多。玩具也有了固定的摆放位置，也更利于我去拿玩具。也更深刻的让我明白了计划性和条理性是多么的重要。

短短五天辛苦却又美好的军训生活已经结束了，耳边不时还会回荡起嘹亮的军歌。军训留给我的不仅仅是难忘的回忆，更是坚强的意志，吃苦耐劳的精神，和团结的力量!
