石油又称原油，是一种粘稠的、深褐色液体。地壳上层部分地区有石油储存。主要成分是各种烷烃、环烷烃、芳香烃的混合物。它是古代海洋或湖泊中的生物经过漫长的演化形成，属于化石燃料。石油主要被用来作为燃油和汽油，也是许多化学工业产品如溶液、化肥、杀虫剂和塑料等的原料。

既然我们要创造是石油，那么先让我们看看石油是怎么被大自然演变出来的。

研究表明，石油的生成至少需要200万年的时间，在现今已发现的油藏中，时间最老的达5亿年之久。在地球不断演化的漫长历史过程中，有一些“特殊”时期，如古生代和中生代，大量的植物和动物死亡后，构成其身体的有机物质不断分解，与泥沙或碳酸质沉淀物等物质混合组成沉积层。由于沉积物不断地堆积加厚，导致温度和压力上升，随着这种过程的不断进行，沉积层变为沉积岩，进而形成沉积盆地，这就为石油的生成提供了基本的地质环境。

买了票，哈哈，我终于可以骑上真正的马了！我骑在前面，姐姐跨在后面。嘿，你别说，我的心开始还像揣了只兔子砰砰直跳呢。但不久，我和它就成了朋友，我轻轻一拍它的背，它就快快地跑起来，我给它挠痒痒，它跑得更欢了。一圈、两圈、三圈……乐得我心花怒放，真像做梦一样，哈，好开心呀！我兴奋得忍不住直摸它。

可管理员一声口哨，它竟不跑了。我真不愿意下来，可……

虽然我是骑上了一回真正的马，但我的梦想并没能真正完全实现，因为我好希望能骑上一匹高头大马，在辽阔的大草原上尽情驰骋啊。

蜗牛缓缓地向着金字塔顶端爬行，纵然烈日当头，因为蜗牛相信自己虽没有鹰的矫健，但毅力是它最大的天赋；蜘蛛没有翅膀却可以把网结在空中，因为蜘蛛相信梦想是最好的翅膀；叶子在风雨中飘摇却依然坚守在枝头，因为叶子相信一生执着的绿一定会换来一个金色的秋天……而我相信，为梦想插上一对翅膀，就一定可以冲上云霄。

有时候，为了梦想，有人能坚持25年——英国内阁盲人教育大臣布伦克特小时候写过一篇作文，他写道：“我将来一定要成为一位内阁大臣，因为还没有任何一位盲人进入过内阁。”他坚持了25年，终于完成了这个梦想。他笑着说：“如果谁能将当总统的愿望坚持25年，那他现在一定是总统了。”

有时候，再艰苦的环境也打不垮一个人对梦想的追求——司马迁写《史记》时被奸臣诬告，关进牢房，忍受残酷的宫刑。好几次他都准备一死了之，可是一想到编写《史记》的梦想他都忍住了，选择了坚持，选择了忍辱负重继续撰写，直至最后获赦。梦想使他产生这样坚强的毅力，也才有了《史记》的诞生。

可见实现梦想需要坚持，坚持比天赋更重要。鹰能飞越千山万水而麻雀不能，它们有什么区别呢？一样的翅膀，而且麻雀轻巧的身体更应该适合飞行呀？其实不仅因为麻雀没有远大的志向和遨游天空的梦想，只想着地上那一点碎米，还因为麻雀没有坚持和付出。老鹰在悬崖峭壁间潇洒自如地飞行仅仅是一天两天的功夫吗？不，这背后凝聚着多少汗水哇！正是老鹰在幼时锲而不舍的训练才换来它在食物链顶层的宝座。麻雀生活在安逸的城市，它们不会坚持不懈的去做事。这也造成了麻雀成为弱者的最终结果，不是吗？

我相信，要实现梦想和追求只要为它们插上一对翅膀就一定能冲上云霄。这对翅膀就是——坚持！
