Animals are our good friends. People should be friendly to them. But now, many people in China as well as in the world kill animals in order to get money. 关于“治污水”方面，我认为最关键的还是需要人们的自觉。我们不能把垃圾等等污染河水的物品随意扔入河流小溪。“你我文明一小步，人类文明一大步。”这句话在现如今的社会显得尤为重要。如果每个人都这样随意把垃圾扔进河水，那么我们清澈的河水将会变得浑浊，清河会变成黑河、臭河、垃圾河。而化工企业的管理者应当把污水过滤之后，再把它排放到河流当中。

浙江的降水量相较于其他省是比较多的。所以，“防洪水”也是比较需要注意的一方面。在这方面，政府应该加强堤坝的牢固性，并且扩大河道，栽种多种树木来改善环境。这样才不容易因发洪水而产生人员伤亡的惨剧。对于洪水，我们最主要的还是要做好预防工作。
